Hidden gem!! I found this place when I was stopping in next door to get sushi. I wasn't that hungry yet so I decided to get a massage first to pass the time and I'm soooo glad I did!! I took a contact at the hospital working 60 hours a week so i decided to incorporate massage once a week so I wouldn't hurt myself since I'm working so much. The facility is super clean, bathroom is very clean, and most importantly I feel comfortable and I swear my weekly massages here have helped fix my back.. I was having really bad back and neck pain and started coming once a week to see Tom (he's the best)!! They have a special for 1.5 hours for $55 which is a great deal , which includes hot stones.. he gives a great deep tissue massage, really breaking down that scar tissue and the muscle strain that I have accumulated over the years being an ICU nurse doing total patient care. My pain has improved significantly and my posture i feel is better because my muscles are not all pulling on my vertebrae... Tom makes sure to always make me feel comfortable and I'm able to completely relax bc he's very professional. My husband and I came in for an hour body massage. Our appointment was at 5:30pm. We were brought into our rooms and then asked to pay ahead for our services. I grabbed all my stuff and went back to the front desk. I was then told I'd be charged an additional $10 ($5 per massage) to use my credit card to cover their processing fees. No where is this additional charge listed. Now it's almost 5:45 and my massage finally begins. My husbands started on time. Just as my therapist (her name is Celina) begins the phone rings and she went running out of the room to answer the call. This happened 5 TIMES during my massage. Whether it was the phone or someone coming in she continued leaving. 6:25pm and she says ok we're done! Wait what?! It's only been 40 minutes?!! I told her we are not done and she needs to finish at 6:45 to complete my hour. She proceeds to rub my feet for 5 minutes and walks out! I was infuriated because this isn't what I paid for! All she did for 40 minutes is rub oil around my back, honestly I don't even think she's a licensed masseuse. I will NEVER RETURN! Forgot to mention this is under new management since February. I've been here a couple of times in the past, but according to other yelper's they're under new management. It's still an awesome reflexology place; I only noticed one difference, they have a new stamp card and after your 5th massage you get $10 off. My boyfriend and I arrived at 9:10 and opted for their special full body massage for 70 mins at $30. They massaged us for the full 70 mins and closed later. I didn't realize that. They were very nice about it and didn't cut our time shorter or refuse service. Out of respect I will call and make an appointment if I'm coming later next time. The differences with this reflexology place and others are: You lay down on their soft massage bed with a hole for your face during the back massage. When they do your feet you turn over and they put a pillow under your head and drape a soft towel over your eyes for more relaxation. Your feet hang over the table into a bucket of warm water. They're open late 10pm. They have great customer service. Gave us water and little hard candies after the massage was over. Other reflexology places I've been to make me feel like they don't want my service idk if its because I'm a younger person or I don't speak their language, but this place is friendly and you could tell they value ALL of their customers. They use massage lotion/oil for the back and foot massage and wipe you with warm moist towels, so you don't leave sticky. If you're very modest, you may feel a little uncomfortable since you need to take your top off for the back massage (if you get the full body). They have curtains that separate the massage areas, Its pretty much 2 large rooms with 4 beds in each area, separated by curtains. It's dark and a lady covered me with a towel as I disrobed. I did not feel uncomfortable. A little more expensive than the typical $15/hour foot spas, but this place is much better. Overall, you get more for your money. I frequently visit reflexology foot spas (been to about 7 different places in the last 2 years) and this place is the best! read more

If you want one of the best $20 massages out there this is the place. Not only they know how to give good massages, the place is quiet and clean. I could say they can charge more because of it but they want to keep the price low to attract more customers. Their location is along Foothill Blvd but hard to notice (which means less customers so I liked it more lol) but I know it's not that good for their business. I just found them through Amazon (similar to the Groupon promo). So there you are look nowhere else I guarantee that this is a true find. Not great, but not bad either. My sister and got a gift using the amazon local deal. The place was clean and had a very calming and relaxing environment for a massage. I would have liked for my massage therapist to have explained what exactly she was doing, because there were a few awkward times when I was caught off guard with the techniques of the massage. And it's basically one large room with several areas for foot and back massages, so everyone is in the same room, and we were lucky because no one else was there to disturb us and they closed off the room with curtains. My shoulders are hurting a bit today, but I think it's because I didn't tell her that I wanted light to medium pressure, I think I got firm pressure which is hurting now! I came in to sample their touch and was assigned a young man with severe halitosis. To his credit, he did a pretty good DT job, but it was like chopping wood, just blast through it and move on. I would have liked more attention to my arms and not a DT tune-up, he quickly finished and blasted out the door. I feel like I caught them at a bad time, but I see another over-worked establishment that stays open until they go broke or the rent goes up, and hire sub-minimum wage talent. This is the worst massage I've ever had. The masseuse had very limited use of techniques and repeatedly used them to the point where it no longer felt good. Nothing really felt good in the first place actually. She even scratched my scalp in one area for several minutes and that's after scratching my scalp for about 15 minutes. She asked me to flip over and hit my head with the pillow she was setting down. Such a joke. To end it all, when requesting payment she asked me repeatedly for a tip which I was planning to leave regardless of the awful massage and when I left her a tip she said she wanted more because of the hard pressure she used. But the thing is, I never asked for her hard pressure and it was hardly any pressure anyway. For the price of $34 Groupon deal for 60 min with hot stones and essential oils, it's not bad. The hot stones and oils felt great. My complaint, however, is that the gentleman who was massaging me kept digging his elbow into my spine and it hurt so bad. That night when I was going to sleep, I realized my upper back, between my shoulder blades, was super sore as well as a portion of my lower back. I'm pretty sure massaging the spine is a big no. On top of that, they never asked me or my boyfriend of any past injuries or areas they should be careful of. My boyfriend had a big back surgery a few years ago but didn't get a chance to tell his massage therapist to watch out for that spot. I know this is part of the massage, but she jumped on top of him with her knees and walked on them all the way from his mid thigh to his upper back. Heidi answered the phone around 9:20pm. Invited us for an hour massage without an issue. My friend received her massage by Heidi and Amy gave me mine. After arguing for 20 minutes about the length of massage, I already booked, I relented because I was in so much pain to take a shorter massage which isn't sufficient time to aid me and utter waste of money. Manager promised to add the extra time to the card for my extra massage which was owed to me, because I had bought 2 massages on Groupon. Which since they dont speak English, she didn't want to honor or give to me before my massage, so she left during my massage and left behind a card that expired in 5 days! They wouldn't even extend it for 7 days, as I was going out of town and explained you aren't suppose to get massages within 5 days! Another 20 minutes of them making faces and talking about me & letting me know I can have privilege of calling back to the non English speaking manager. I have been here previously and had a very good massage, but the good therapists never stay. Hence the worst massage I have received here!! Masage therapist insisted doing Thai massage (walking on my spine) after I must have said a dozen times I was there only for deep tissue, which she apparently had no idea how to do. I even tried demonstrating!! I also was QUITE specific NOT to walk on my spine as Im very familiar with what compounds pain and what helps allieve the pain. My adice stay away. I was in such shock, more stressed than when I walked in, in more pain, upset about more calls to Groupon and/or the manager the next day that I started walking out and therapist had the nerve to say "excuse me please , me tip?" So, I told her she should talk to the manager. And, I can count on 1 hand the times I have not tipped service industry professionals because they work so hard, but I was so upset! I decided to buy a gift certificate for a co worker that frequents Spring Foot Massage often. She always says that she gets a great massage on her lunch break and highly recommends them. I thought what a great way to welcome her back to work after being on vacation. I was greeted at the front desk by a man that was clearly on his lunch break. He must of been eating a tuna sandwich! No I'm sure he was eating a tuna sandwich! Trust me! I asked to purchase a $20.00 gift certificate and he kept telling me "better deal $25.00". I told him no that it was just a gift and if the recipient wanted to increase her time she could spend the extra amount. He kept pushing me to buy the $25 massage. We played tag back and forth over the cost. I kept pointing to a sign that showed the gift certificate prices. A $20 gift certificate is all what I wanted. After several minutes another employee came out of the break room and asked what I wanted. Again I repeated I only wanted to spend $20 on a gift certificate.
