The consistency is highly lacking regarding scheduling and keeping appointments. I purchased two…read morepackages each including three sessions. Concerning four appointments, Mary cancelled four siting issues of family vacation, vehicle issues, covid19, and family obligations. When attempting to reschedule on two occasions the next available appointment was over four weeks away. The final cancellation was less than one hour before my scheduled appointment time. I was never re contacted to rescheudle the final session, so six weeks later I had to request a refund. Considering other massage therapists I have used this treatment was unprofessional and disrupts therapeutic resuslts gained from consistent sessions. I wanted to enjoy this treatment but the experience was more stressful than its worth.

Masseuse brought dog in room, asked me to go golfing with him- INAPPROPRIATE, constantly tried to make conversation during massage, inquired about my personal life- even attempting to text me a "what's up" on the weekend (after I never went back and gave up my sessions, which I immediately blocked the message because that's not ok), and did not pick up on cues that I was uncomfortable. Never should I feel uncomfortable if it's a truly professional place. Go somewhere else if you want a peaceful respectable massage. My skin crawls that I even went for as long as I did and I hope to save someone else the trouble. Not saying the guy was a bad person, but needs to go back to school to learn professionalism.

When we got into the massage room he said I am going to give you two hours. I said what? He said I am going to give you two hours. I said, oh!! OKAY! While thinking about it I thought I am the only customer here maybe he would rather work than sit around, or maybe its because it is my bday. Or Maybe it is because I am a first time customer. NOPE to all. At checkout he said I owed $130.00 Well I didnt have that much cash on me so he goes credit card? And I am like wait $130.00 plus tip and he said yes. So I said No, I reserved a 90 min. massage for $85.00. He said he gave me two hours. So we went back and forth for a bit when the lady owner came out and pointing at the price board on the wall and trying to say in part english and part other language that yes it would be $120.00 and that is the correct price. She was pointing to a separate foot massage. I was like oh no you dont. I never asked for the two hours, i did not reserve two hours, I never changed my reservation to two hour massage. This is not ethical or good business. I am paying what I reserved for. $85.00 plus a $15.00 tip. Another man came in asking for a massage so the owner lady had to get him out of there as fast as possible so he would not hear what was going on. So, I was firm with the older man and said that I will pay what I ordered and reserved and handed him the cash with tip. He had a very mad look on his face. I then walked out the door.

I made a mistake when I purchased this coupon. Well two mistakes.. The first mistake i made is i left a negative review here against the another massage business that shares the same building as this person not realizing they were 2 totally different business!!So Sorry Have since had that review removed. The second mistake i made was purchasing a Groupon from this business. When I called the voice mail was always full so I could not leave a message to book a appointment and i tried for months. Then when I finally did get through to leave a message (2 months of trying) it took another 2 weeks for anyone to call back. When they did call back I was told the person that owns this business had broken her foot and was not taking any appointments, but there was another massage therapist that was willing to honor my Groupon but it was my choice if i wanted to wait, get a refund or see a different massage therapist.
