Worst pedicure I ever had in my life. This lady does not know how to do a pedicure, I pay $55 for a deluxe pedicure she didn't even do a massage that was supposed to be for that price. I will never go back there read more

I hate to leave a negative review because the workers were so sweet but I had a bad experience. My nails are bumpy, the sides are all weird (see picture), the nails are crooked, the ombré isn't quite ombré, the edges of the nail are also bumpy, my fingers are stained, and the nails are weak and flimsy. Overall I just wouldn't recommend. The photos show what I asked for vs what I got. I've gotten acrylics done dozens of times at different places and have never gotten a set half this bad. I was pleasantly surprised to be fit right in on a Saturday morning, even though I was a walk in with complicated nails. No one uses the product that Ive been using, so i decided to make a change. This place has several options and lots of happy customers. I was skeptical of the powder build, but it looks amazing and my nails are super strong. I only gave them 4 stars bc the polish job was a bit sloppy, but i will definitely update my review! read more

After getting a gel manicure, the tips of a couple of nails started to wear. Not sure what happened, but when I went back in to show them, the owner (I assume) was very nice and said she would fix it for me. I did have to wait because she was in the middle of working on someone else, but as soon as she was finished (about 20 min) she corrected the 3 problem nails, then put another gel coat on all my fingernails, along with a clear top coat. I was very pleased with the results and will go back again. Mistakes happen, and it's hard to find someone who is so willing (happily) to make things right. read more

Walked in,,, I was asked to sit in a chair to pick color, then moved again across to trim my nails, then moved again to do my full set, asked to wash hands, then I returned to yet another chair..., I'm now kicking myself for leaving a tip. So, I walk next door for a hair cut and I show the lady my nails, she says,,, "they're crooked! " And, opaque considering it's supposed to be gel finish...‍ read more

Three crooked nails VERY crooked nail in a pink and white. They were so crooked they were digging in to the fingers next to them. When I questioned him about them he refused to acknowledge his mistakes. I left before the gel coat was applied, came home and cut them all off. I am 52 years old and have been doing this for over 20 years and this is by far the worst set of nails I have ever had applied. read more

Decided to give them one more shot and confirmed I will never go back. I wish I didn't even try. My thumbs are not even close to even. Ones trimmed at a slant. Don't help to even say anything it gets ignored. Also the women who did my acrylic put it near a inch thick it was ridiculous. Is there even a decent salon in Lafayette??? read more

I was in town and needed my nails done ASAP for a family photo shoot. I called various places and this was one of the salons with the earliest appointment available. It was a bit uncomfortable at first as I was only the second customer in the shop. I was pretty set on getting a design I had found on pintrest, but was talked out of it by the man working on my nails. I ended up going back and forth between colors and finally just let him do what he thought would look best. The process took a lot longer than I had experienced at other places and even though the end result was not what I had walked in planning to get, I did end up liking it and got a lot of compliments. I'm writing this over a month after my visit and I'm not easy on my nails, but I wanted to comment on how great they lasted me. The man doing them did say he was going to make them last and they sure did! If I needed my nails done and was in town, I do think I would go back to this salon. read more

Vo Van Ngoc did my nails in a French manicure and they look so pretty! He's Vietnamese, but can easily & pleasantly chat with you in English. This was the 1st time I've had my nails done & he didn't mind me asking questions. He took his time to make sure they were dry, even, smooth and looked nice. I will be back & maybe go for a pedicure too, which I've never had. read more

I get my pedicure done every month here. They are always friendly. The pedicure lasts at least a month. They have a new lotion scrub system, so steps aren't skipped. The pedicure includes massage, salt scrub, warm towels Etc and takes about an hour. The price is great for the amount of time they spend working on your feet. I've never had a manicure done since I do those myself. read more
