I've only gotten the foot massage in the front. For the foot massage, they soak your feet in hot water and give it a good rinse before your massage. A hardworking group of people and so nice!! I like to tip based on how much I enjoy the massage, and not because of the standard 20-25% for personal types services. Third of all, it was unnerving to me that the lady who showed me into the room was not the gentleman who did the massage. Not that I was against having a male masseuse, but being greeted by the person providing the service would have been nice and courteous. Perhaps a "do you have a preference over male or female masseuse?", or "would it be ok if your masseuse is male?" would have been appreciated. The table was a little uncomfortable, as there's not much padding to the table itself. The head rest was a hole in the table (vs. the padded portable head rest you might be used to), and it hurts my chin a little. I liked that the hot stone massage was included, and that they use a damp towel to wipe down the massage oil. I appreciate that as leaving with oiling hair and skin is usually so uncomfortable. The attendant was out of the room more than she was in the room. She actually took 2 phone calls during my session and 2 other times another person came in the room to talk. Rosana (?) was awesome. Even though I had never had a wrap before, she explained everything and put me right at ease. I came back the following day to get my other wrap and she was able to do it for me. She was super nice and we got to chatting about all the Halloween stuff to do in the area as well as downtown.
