They're open late and very accommodating! The hours listed say 11pm closing, but they still take you in at 11pm. We often come late. This is not a fancy schamncy spa, but I enjoy coming here for a relaxing foot and leg massage. They have 5 reclining large chairs in the front and 4+ rooms for full body massage. I've only gotten the foot massage in the front. For the foot massage, they soak your feet in hot water and give it a good rinse before your massage. A hardworking group of people and so nice!! HORRIBLE! Do not go here! After a long couple of days of walking the parks, my mother and I were in need of a foot massage. We are from NY, and get a lot of foot massages there, and there was a glaring difference. To name the one good thing: the massage itself was wonderful, but let's face it....if the only reason we went to get massages was for the massage itself, we would use a machine at home...we go for the experience! So now on to griping: the foot massage area is not separated by a curtain or anything from the front desk....and the whole time I could hear the owner/hostess talking, answering calls and opening and closing the front door to sound the incredibly loud and irritating door bell! Second, the lights in the massage area were kept on the whole time....there was some music but half way through it stopped....which only made the sound of the YouTube videos and Chinese television all the more irritating. Also the nonstop door opening and closing with loud door bell became even more obnoxious given there was no music to drown it out slightly. Finally, and definitely the worst part of this place, are the employees or family of employees that were there. Sitting in the chair next to us, was an older Chinese female who clearly either worked there or was family of the owner. She was talking on the phone the whole time, getting calls with a loud obnoxious ring tone, and then began to watch a YouTube video. We asked our massage therapist to please ask her to stop so we could enjoy our massage and relax....and he did, several times....I guess she just didn't care. Which made it an even worse experience. I had to inform them, they are not doing me a favor...they are providing a service for which they charge in advance, clearly I know why now! They even had the audacity to tell us that if we wanted to relax and have quiet we should have paid more for a private full body massage! If I could give 0 stars, I would. An older man did my one hour massage and it consisted of shaking. I asked for deep tissue. When he rubbed my neck and moved up to my hairline, I said no oil three times and sill got oil all in my hair. He rubbed my face and I said no as I had makeup on. So he ended massaging my face by pinching my nose (WTH?) I should have left when I walked into the room and there was a strong odor of curry or food of some sort, but I had already paid. Don't believe their 4 star! My friend paid for an hour and was let out after 40 minutes. After i notified them, they took him into the room for another 10 min and let him out early again. You do not get your full time for what you pay for. I terminated my service after 15 min. The massage merely consisted of lightly constantly rubbing back up and down. They are not trained on any of the massage techniques they list. After repeatedly asking for better service , my masseur made a point to go all out and cause severe pain and thus the termination on his service as his conduct was so unprofessional. I have been to many spa, to compare other spa, this place need to improve their massage techniques. I was visiting Orlando and pick this place as they were open past 8pm. My friend and I decided on the 60 minute aromatherapy foot massage. After a soak in a hot bucket of water ....the ladies doing the massage used lemon scented oils and went to work. This place was awesome. I get massages regularly back in cali and they're more pricey than I'm used to for an hour massage but is standard price for the area. I called in advance to make sure they could accommodate a group of 6. Soon as We got to the spot, we were serviced immediately. We all opted for the combo foot massage and full body because we needed the foot massage more from all the walking we had been doing at universal studios and Disney. Absolute fraud. This has actually NEVER happened to me before but I had to walk out after 20minutes of my massage. Forget that the sweet old man worked on 1 foot for 20 minutes the lady at the front desk refused to honor a groupon because she said even though it says 90$ service, they only get paid 21$ and there for I would have to cancel the groupon and pay them direct or i would have to have a 60minute service maximum. Mind you this place costs $50 regularly for 60minutes. Where would the actual 'deal' be? Nowhere. She begged me to stay and let them do a massage. I did even though I felt it was unfair. I would like to point out that the majority of the positive reviews for this business were 2 years ago or older. All recent reviews are in line with my experience. Was in the area for a trade show and really need some relaxation and foot massage after a very long day at he convention center. Searched and called a lot of places and was really looking for the best rated establishment for the best value. I have frequently visited reflexology spas all over the country for many years. Have paid anywhere from $25-$45 for a one hour session. Typically this includes a combination of foot, legs, head, shoulders, back and glutes. When first walking in to the place I immediately notice the smell and how unappealing it is. To me it didn't smell like curry as stated in another review, it was a very funky smell, may have been coming from the fish aquarium that didn't look like it was very well maintained. In any case, It made me question whether or not I wanted to continue on with the appointments that we made. There were three of us ladies together, and once we got called back to start our appts, I need to make sure we were on the same page with what was included in the massage which were communicated would be $40 for an hour. The lady working there said that if we wanted to have "combo" then it would be $70. There was a language barrier for certain verbally. Through put the session, the door bell dinged over a dozen times over and over. I do not understand why there would be a bell in a massage business especially that loud. There was no relaxing music placing until about 15 min into our session. Our therapist began conversing and it is one thing if they need to briefly communicate but this went on and on. Finally, I spoke up and told them that it had been a very long day and would prefer if the speaking would stop so we could relax. All masseuses had such different flows and technique. Mine was mediocre at best, another male massage therapist was very intuitive and great at what he does! There were clients talking loudly amongst themselves and one on speaker phone. Husband and I came here after five long days of continuous walking at the universal parks and it was one of the best couples massage we've gotten in a while. Included rub down as a warm up, elbows and knees to grind out the kinks, walked on my back to really crush the tension, then oil for relaxation, and finished with a hot towel to clean off the oil. I had an $80 gift certificate a friend had bought for me in October of 2018. I walked into the business, and was greeting and I asked how long have you been here and the lady replied 7 years. I then pulled out the gift certificate and she said oh we can't take that we are under new owners. Well as a small business owner, I know if you buy or take on another business you take on there debt as well and they should have honored this, if anything as a good gesture for repeat business.
