I currently live in the Fenway area, which is quite a drive from West Roxbury, but since they pick up and deliver, I said... why not! And I am very pleased with my experiences with them. Definitely will continue services! They provide large reusable laundry bags for pick up and deliver, which is definitely convenient. I actually drove to the store initially to drop off my stuff and they provided me two new bags to take home and use upon delivery. The staff is super friendly and understanding! They actually forgot to give me a few things during my first pick up, but they called me back a day later and apologized for forgetting things. They scheduled a drop off for me right away and I was able to get all that I wanted. Now that's what you call convenience and great customer service. When I received my stuff, it was all neatly folded in large plastic bags and select shirts were put on hangers. I'm impressed with how meticulous the staff is in terms of cleaning AND interacting with customers. Thank you so much. Keep it going!

I was working in the area at the time and thought supporting a local business would be the right thing to do, but apparently not. My first time going in there, he was laid back with his feet kicked up on the desk as soon as I walked in.. I should have paid attention to that red flag.
