He gave him 2 options for appointments, specifically either Monday or Tuesday of the following week. When he was finished, I asked for an appointment, and he flipped through his appointment book and said there would not be an appointment available for months and months. This was curious as the customer before me got 2 options of appointments for the next week. I wonder if the difference was race based.
