I was turned down by another business, that offered to "haul away" my "unrepairable" tub for free; Glen was willing to take the time-- wait for parts to ship, check repairs and face the challenge needed to work through the problems. He has old fashioned values and ethics, totally refreshing in this throw-away world. I recently called Glen because I am making aesthetic repairs on my spa and realized that I needed new insulation as well.
