The entire crew is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and above all they are so honest. Getting a new transmission is a big repair and comes with a hefty bill. They worked with our extended warranty company to get most of the costs covered. That was not an easy process and was very time-consuming for Automotive Solutions but they were as much tenacious as they were patient in getting the claim resolved. Our vehicle rides better now than it ever has before and we couldn't be happier. My best guess (assuming positive intent on the saleswoman's part) is that she forgot to mark the car as sold, so it was mistakenly shown to another customer. Regardless, Gupton failed to honestly own up to their mistake, which was quite maddening. When I showed interest in a comparable vehicle, since the one I preferred was sold out from under me, Gupton dragged their feet on matching the deal we'd already agreed upon. Really bad impression of these guys -- not only failing to own up to their mistakes, but also not even making an effort to make it right with the customer... Too bad -- took my business to another Jeep dealership that was very pleasant and honest!

I've been interested in trading my car in for practicality and finance reasons. I stopped by Monday evening to test drive one of the cars they had on the lot that interested me (mind you, it was used and priced at the same rate as a brand new one) I figured while I was there I might as well have them give me an estimate to see what my trade in would be worth roughly there. Like I said, I bought my car brand new and currently, BRZs in similar conditions to mine are going for around 25k give or take. I left immediately after being offered only 17k. The next day when they tried getting in contact with me again, they proceeded to send me a link to a 2023 Subaru brz with a SALVAGED title being sold for over 18k! After I pointed it out they kept making excuses and tried to gaslight me into thinking that all the cars on the site showed that on vehicle history to try and get you to buy the full carfax... reality was the site they were showing me was selling pretty much all salvaged cars. Anyways, don't be fooled by them and know your cars worth before going if you do!

Since I bought my RAV4, now called Nirvash, I've regularly gone to Toyota of Gallatin for service and upkeep. Apart from changing tires, I trust them with everything else I can't handle myself--like replacing wiper blades or the air filters. Over the years, I've heard some not-so-great stories about dealerships taking advantage of customers, but luckily, Toyota of Gallatin has always been honest and fair with me. Every visit, they make sure I have all the info I need to take good care of my vehicle. They even do this when there's an opportunity to make extra money from services I ask about but don't actually need. For instance, about a year ago, I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to replace both the cabin and engine air filters. It turned out the cabin filter needed replacing, but the engine filter was still in great shape. They asked if I really wanted the engine filter replaced, showing it to me to confirm it was fine. That saved me around $50-70 that they could have charged me for that day. Earlier this week, I visited for fuel treatment and brake service. They completed the overdue fuel and engine cleaning treatment, but upon inspection, they found my brake pads still had plenty of life. They told me I was good to go, which saved over $600 in parts, labor, and taxes that could have added up. I asked for the service anyway, and they could have done it for extra profit but chose to be honest and fair about what was really needed. I've heard a lot of stories about certain dealerships just trying to rack up big bills by recommending unnecessary repairs. But so far, Toyota of Gallatin has been different. Their honesty and fairness have earned my trust and loyalty.
