I reported the problem to the management multiple times, hoping they would take effective action. While they responded occasionally, the issue was never properly resolved. I even spoke with my next-door neighbor, and they told me they were experiencing the same problem but felt they had no other choice but to live with it. I have videos showing the mice inside my apartment, documenting the ongoing infestation. These were taken during my time living there and reflect the conditions I repeatedly reported to management. No resident should have to live with an ongoing rodent infestation for years. I expected management to take the issue seriously and provide a lasting solution, but that did not happen. I hope management improves its response to maintenance and pest control so future residents don't have to go through the same experience.

Despite those requests, he threw it away. Her purse contained her ID and credit cards, creating even more hardship for an elderly woman already dealing with serious medical issues. It works, however they do not provide a living experience remotely close to other luxury's properties in the area. Location is great, and if you can manage to find a reasonably priced unit, go for it. Just understand this is not a luxury property. It's fairly safe and they've made a few recent cosmetic changes. It worked for me for awhile, however they are similarly priced to several other communities in the area that provide a much better quality of living than the Sullivan has to offer. When we communicated what we wanted, they went above and beyond our expectations to really make us feel welcomed and at home. Jose and the rest of the office staff are exceptional! All maintenance requests we had were resolved very quickly, and Mr. Keith and his team are extremely friendly and helpful. We really appreciate that the management team is on top of keeping the community clean. We regularly see workers cleaning the common areas, building lobbies, etc as well as doing miscellaneous routine maintenance like repainting the parking lots and picnic tables. That shows us they care really do care about keeping up with the community. We really have loved making this community our home and plan to stay for the long term.

The move in day comes I go check to see if it was ready to my surprise again they tell me they can't give me that apartment that I have to stay with the old one or get a refund, by that time me and my wife were really fed up with the lies and our time being wasted we wanted our money back so we told them to refund our money, they manager said ok it'll take a little over a week, another week passed me and my wife looked at new places to move in, and I get a call from then telling me I can't get my money back that I was violating the contract when I never moved in because of there lies!

They tore off our old exterior stairs structure and siding, waterproofed the entire wall, and installed new siding and a stairs structure that is far superior to the old one. Their integrity and work quality are off the charts. The owner, Ahmad Khreshi, did thorough research before starting our well-planned project. I was impressed by his knowledge of current construction techniques and dedication to doing the job right. There were several problems that required Ahmad to think outside of the box, one being how to install siding under our existing power lines conduit which was mounted to the exterior wall at six different points. Several times, Ahmad's crew discovered water damage due to poor work by our developer. Ahmad was extremely flexible in adding repair of that damage into his work plan on top of the bid-upon work. Ahmad was kind and fair, listened to our concerns, answered our questions, kept us in the loop, worked with us on timing, and gave us a couple breaks. His crew was extremely professional and respectful, taking off their shoes when they had to come through the building and isolating interior work areas with plastic sheet dividers. When our project was completed, Ahmad send us the following. I've never worked with a contractor who followed up with an offer of help like this: "Remember, you can always reach out with any technical building related questions, in any trades. I'm more than happy to give advice and guidance on code matters or general best practices, even if you are hiring other people."
