Dr. Holmes gets it and has addressed my needs and always gets me set up to breeze through that part of my annual recertification. Nima is always on point with making sure my glasses are made correctly so they work with my needs in the cockpit. He is a wizard when it comes adjusting them so I don't look goofy and the glasses fit comfortably. All of the staff at Chesterfield Eyeworks have been helpful and pleasant over the years. Fortunately Saturday hours are available and I immediately booked the 10am time slot availability. They were friendly and prompt, after completing the intake forms there wasn't a long wait to be seen. I really liked the welcoming, pleasant and professional demeanor of the entire staff. I was looking for a specific style frame and they had what I wanted in several color options. For my next eye exam I would certainly continue scheduling here. When I tried to resolve the issue, the billing department was never available to speak with me. Instead of getting any help, I eventually received a collection letter--with an additional $80 fee added on top of a $190 eye exam. Also, the exam was done on 4-9-25 and the account was sent to collections on 6-9-25. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
