Went over issues plus asked for 28.ppint inspection. Waiting area roomy...free fresh coffee....got desk &.plugged in cell...went to.work. I brought my 2020 Palisade in for an oil change July 2025. I asked them to look at a button that was sticking on the back console. When I got the car back, the report said that the button had been unstuck and was functioning. When I went to press the button, it was not functioning, when I went to wiggle it, the entire button popped off like it had been cracked off earlier and stuck back on. I called the service department and spoke to Anthony who said that they would check with the techs and get back to me, spoiler alert. I still have not heard from them a year later. I then escalated and called the service manager, Stacy, who also ignored my calls and messages, I still have never heard from her. In the meantime, there was a service rep texting me on appointment updates, then to see how my service was - when I told him about the issue, he completely ghosted me and never texted me back. So if there's ever an issue, you will never get it resolved. I literally am sitting here one year later, after emailing this case to Hyundai corporate and literally no one has ever contacted me about it. Now I have a rear console button that does not work and was broken further by the tech department and no acknowledgment or accountability or even a discussion about that. read more

I been going to this partocular dealership for 7yrs because that's where I purchased and finance ( APR 29.99 to be exact) my car ... now I know my car is old but I work hard to keep my car up. this dealership only cares about the potato salad with raisins eating ppl. i was ripped off, gas-lighted and mocked by the service department here. I stupidly brought my car in here because I got a letter in the mail about a faulty component that needed to be checked (btw this is one of the oldest tricks in the book to get you in the door, don't fall for it). Anyway 2 days later they tell me there's nothing wrong with that component BUT I desperately need X, Y and Z done for $250. Again, I was stupid and agreed to the work before getting a second opinion- well long story short, when I finally picked up my car and drove it off the lot the engine started shaking violently, I thought the whole thing was going to explode. I call them and they tell me there's nothing wrong with it and they didn't cause the shaking but if I bring it back they'll look at it. I bring it back and they tell me it needs an additional $650 dollars to repair. while all this is going on the service department is giving me the runaround and trying to convince me I damaged the car myself. Moral of the story: NEVER EVER EVER take your car here for ANY reason whatsoever- they will deceive you and rip you off in anyway they can. read more

Scheduled an oil change here for early in the morning. When I scheduled it, I was given the option to wait. I was the only person in the waiting room in the beginning and then it filled up (10-15 people). All those people were helped, waited on and left to go home. After 2 hours, I checked on my car and was told it would be at least another hour. So 3 hours for an oil change? No thank you. Your customer's time is valuable. The worst part about it was the service manager seemed to case less. He told me all those people waiting went home in Ubers! There needs to be a better more efficient system. The customer service department is horrible. My brand new ionic 6 completely broke down (apparently, tons of them are, if you are in the market, DO NOT GET ONE). When i got a flat on the loaner they gave me, they told me to bring in it in and they would "take care of it for me." they then charged me $250 to change the flat and when i called back asking why i am being charged, i was berated and told they never said they would take care of it, that i was a liar, and hung up on me. Good thing the call was recorded, because they had to admit that i was told they would take care of it, but didn't mean what they said. We took our car in to get an oil change and tire rotation the other day and when we got home I noticed the tire rotation wasn't done. The reason I know this is because several months ago we had to buy a replacement tire for one that blew out. It was a Mavis tire that was their version of the stock ones that came on the car when we bought it. They looked almost identical. I guess they thought we'd never notice. When we brought it to their attention, they said bring it back and we'll check the cameras in the shop to see what happened. When we got there, they hadn't looked at the video and never admitted guilt. We were there for an hour so they didn't even try to get us out quickly. Now I wonder if they even changed the oil when it was in before. We're never going back there even though they are much closer than the next closest dealer. read more

On March 18th I took my hyundai 2015 Santa fe car for the mechanic to see if they can fix my amplifier, because that was the problem of my vichel. I told the guy at the counter that my mechanic has checked the problem and their is no need for diagnostic test. He told me that my vichel has two recalls on it that they're going to fix it gor free. I was in town from out of state for the holidays and had an issue that I was trying to get diagnosed before going out of warranty. The staff at Springfield Hyundai was so kind and helpful. They set me up with Uber rides to and from the local hospital where my mom was so I could sit with her while they did the diagnostic. They couldn't get the necessary parts before I had to head home but they didn't charge me for the diagnostic, knowing that my home dealership would do the work. Their diagnosis was spot on and I was able to get the work done at home under warranty. My local dealership had not diagnosed the problem correctly the first time so I was grateful that the folks at Springfield Hyundai showed them the way. My experience at Hyundai in Springfield was terrible from start to finish. I spent $1,700 on services on January 3rd, which everyone assured me my car is great. I even asked should I just invest in a new car, and less than three weeks later, on January 23rd, my car died on the side of the highway 100 miles away. The staff seemed disorganized and unconcerned, and communication was poor throughout. One person told me I'd get a refund for my services, which I never recieved. For the money I spent, I expected reliable service and a car that was safe to drive, but that clearly didn't happen. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this dealership. Hello, On 12/22/25 I had an Oil change at Springfield Hyundai and was advised something else needed to be done, I agreed, everything was done. my oil was checked on Saturday 01/03/26 as I was getting my other fluids checked and I was advised I needed an oil change change and was showed the oil in my car and it was black. I called Hyundai the same day and was given an appointment for today 01/5/26 the oil was checked they said it's fine but the oil is still black. I questioned and was advised it may be that way since I should have had an oil change some time ago but I advised I never knew I come to Springfield Hyundai every year for inspection and when something is needed, I don't go anywhere else and asked why didn't someone tell me. I just left auto zone and was advised if my oil is still black it's not changed. The service Dept was unprofessional and gas lighted me from the time I walked through the door and then made it seem like I was the problem. They replaced my engine under their warranty with a faulty engine. I have been trying to get them to fix the rattling in the engine since Sept. 2025 to no avail and the basically told me to F off. They told me it was the catalytic converter ($2200) and the rattling is still there and they refused to fix the issue, oh yeah, they told me they would like to buy my car because it was in good condition but they can't fix the problem. A service manager contacted me requesting a description of the problem I was having after I had already entered it online when I made the appointment as well as wrot it out on the night drop off envelope. He then gave the wrong information to the technician. Their supposed "electrical expert" could not diagnose my charging problem. Returned a week later and the technician left a message for me to call but not his name. Had to call the dealership 5 times until I could speak to a human. Service did not have a Level 1 charger to diagnose my problem. Then, I was told that this was not their problem and I should return to the selling dealership. Hyundai corporate confirmed that I could take my vehicle to any dealership for service. This is standard for most, if not all, ar manufacturers. The worst experience ever. I paid $230 for a diagnostic and they will not give me a copy of the diagnostic print out. I had my car towed there and towed back to me. I've called over 10 times for this diagnostic printout and they will not give it to me. I honestly think it wasn't done and they charged me for it. I was in an unfortunate situation where my key fob was destroyed. I went to the dealership to see if my warranty covers it. They said it's not covered while my salesman Timothy (Tim) try everything in his power to push me to get every warranty. But nevertheless it was not covered. Now I'm at the dealership today 01/03/22 and they are saying I have to make an appointment to reprogram the key. They didn't take care of it the first time. Put a figurative bandage over it. And now the problem arises again they are unwilling to accommodate, while I have a job and will not see to my car till 01/11/22. Please do not do business with these people. Shady is not the word. Service Center The Service Center at Springfield Hyundai, PA, has left me with a negative experience due to its failure to complete the services I had paid for, its lack of transparency, and its refusal to take responsibility for its actions. This has led me to the decision to never purchase another Hyundai vehicle. My coolant reservoir was left empty after a flush that was discovered months later by another auto shop. I paid for a diagnostic after being told I needed a $1,265 replacement part. I found the tech never ran the device diagnostic. Later, the manager replied to the BBB that the tech looked at the vehicle, which was "the diagnostic." Within 150 miles, my 2021 Elantra has reset itself; months later, my part is still properly working. A look-and-see diagnostic from Springfield Hyundai cost me $215.00, but Auto Zone would have performed my device diagnostic for FREE. No need since I purchased a pro device for $139.00, which is on sale now from Amazon for $99.00. Despite the severity of my issues, the General, Service, and Assistant Managers have disregarded my concerns. I have official complaints with the Hyundai Corporation and the Better Business Bureau. As a solution, I've asked for full transparency for all customers and accountability for their actions. It's no surprise that the Hyundai Corporation has sided with the dealership as my battle with the BBB dwindles. Three months and no resolution. Throughout my experience, I've been met with deception, lies, and deflection, with no solution. Good luck if you have a complaint. WARNING - never go to this place! To make a long story short this place is unorganized and looking to charge you for any and everything! So I came in to get my car after being quoted for diagnostics and I went back to get my car prior to closing because they did not have the parts to fix my car. First the rep calls me an hour prior to closing, so I have a hour to get my car. So I come to get my car ( because it belongs to me) and the service person walks me to the front to pay! I use my credit card and they tell me what I owe which is like $450. mind you they have not fixed ANYTHING! This is all for diagnosis and and a oil change . They give me my car and I leave and then the nastiest service representative Nancy calls and threatens me in the morning and say I came in late last night and I owe them more money. I asked her to explain and she would not let me get one word in and kept over talking me. So I asked to speak to manager and she asked me why? Like who says that? After being on hold the manager says they didn't charge you enough? Like how is this my fault ? This is the worse experience I had and I know this is why people don't go to dealerships for service. I purchased a new 2023 Hyundai Tucson less than a month ago from another dealership. Not a big deal! I had a problem with the car, The screen was black and would not light up. It's a digital dash. Again no problem, things happen the car has less than 1000 miles I'll take it in to get repaired. This is where Springfield Hyundai comes into play. I call them to set up service. I tell them the car is new with 1,000 miles on it. I explain to the woman in service what was wrong. And she tells me there is going to be a charge. I was baffled, and then I was told to take the car where I bought it for the work. I called Pacifico where I bought the car. And no problem they scheduled me in. So I asked them. I thought I could take the car to any dealership for repair. And they said you can. And that the person I talked to at Springfield was 100% wrong. I called back and talked to someone in service and he tried to justify what the woman told me. When what they should have said is "Let me get you an appointment" but anyways I tell the man at service. I need a manager to to call me back asap and that they were giving out false information. This was Monday, I told the man behind the counter I was recording the conversation and he said go right ahead. So this was on Monday and as of Thursday still no phone call. I contacted Hyundai USA with this and I'm waiting for them to call me back. I forwarded the phone call to Hyundai USA for them to evaluate they also. GM Chris at Springfield Hyundai emailed and texted that they wanted to buy our 2009 Elantra. Arrived for the inspection visit and Curtis was assigned to me. Long story short they declined to buy the car citing "$3000 in damages" that were "more than the car is worth". The car was exclusively serviced at Springfield Hyundai since 2011 and long had a right rear panel dent when inspected there in 2020, 2021, and 2022. This certainly would have been in the service records if for no other reason to absolve the service department of any blame. Instead of the elderly owner getting a fair and competitive price for her car she learned that it had no value. Quite a change from the July 2022 inspection when the comment was, "Your car is in great mechanical shape for its age!" Incredibly disappointed and a good business relationship was ruined. If a car's age and known body condition made it ineligible for purchase why keep asking if it is for sale? Nobody should have had an experience like that. read more

I would absolutely recommend you take your car to any place but here. I had gotten my rear brakes and rotors replaced back in December, costing me little over $500. Last week in mid March I had the same issue of my brakes grinding. I made an appointment as early as they said they could but that was a week and a half out. I even tried to bring in the car and explain to the guy at the counter how unsafe it felt to drive. He did not check anything about the car and all he did was say he could call me back if they had an appointment open up earlier. I never received a call and had to drive on it for the next week. When my appointment finally came they checked everything and found out it was my rear caliper hose that was leaking onto my brakes. I explained to them how I had them just replaced and they found nothing during December. Their response was that they could not verify that the hose was leaking at the time or had any damage so I had to pay for entirely new brakes and rotors again. I absolutely do not recommend this place. They do not check any further into issues than what they need to patch it up nor will they acknowledge that their neglect cost their customers extra money. I will be taking my car to another place from now on. read more

For 6 months Anthony Falcone, Bob and the entire service dept ignored and then lied about a significant factory recall on a 2017 Sonata. Upon contacting Hyundai Consumer Affairs, the rep confirmed Mr Falcone's lies, fully honored the recall which I learned had an open warranty, and encouraged me to file complaints with BBB and on social media. The rep said there "are a good number of consumer complaints there." Buyers be warned: even the factory rep steered me away from these guys and to another reputable, honest, professional dealership.
