I am mind-blown at the similar experiences I've read on here! TERRIBLE!…read more We showed up early for our 3D sonogram and no one was there. We called twice with no answer before the owner finally pulled up, waiting about half an hour past our appointment. After only about 10 minutes of trying to get pictures (which she was very rough with me, shaking my tummy to try and "wake the baby") she said we needed to reschedule because she wasn't cooperating. A week later, we show up for the next appointment and finally got a few good ones. We then made another appointment with the photographer for our maternity pictures which was also part of the package we had paid for. On that day, the photographer was an hour and a half late, and got maybe 20 pictures, rushing us through the whole session. Come to find out, after months of no phone call about our pictures, I called them. The woman told me she was in a law suit with the photographer and was trying to get everyone's pictures back. WOW. THEY ARE CLOSED AND OUT OF BUSINESS WITH NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM. I'm hurt and furious that this precious time was ruined by a scammer. If anyone has any info, please contact me!!

We drove a distance as for we weren't from the area to find no one there. The store next door informed us they were moving and they have stood people up often. Someone even went as far as driving from three hours away and got stood up. Go to call their number it was disconnected, and their Facebook website taken down. Had no warning that we couldn't be seen or not to come. I will never recommend anyone here if they reopen somewhere else. Very unprofessional.

My husband wasn't allowed back with our child for the ultrasound for our new baby. When filling out…read morepre registration paperwork it said all children under 18 need to be attended by an adult, not that they weren't allowed in the imagining room. They took a moment and cherished memory away from our growing family. We drove an hour for the appointment so there was no other option for my child at the time. Staff seemed combative and on edge about the policy. Overall, not a positive experience and I would not recommend to others. Let me be very clear, we've been here three times for sonograms in the last 2.5 years. Our first time my family was allowed back and it was a pleasant experience. The second visit my children weren't allowed back with their father until the end where they came in briefly to see the baby. The third visit they weren't allowed at all. The second visit was the worst because the staff was very unfriendly and combative about the change in policy. My tech proceeded not to talk to me for the first 15 minutes of my scan. It was dehumanizing and isolating. I was given no prior notice and again, the preregistration paperwork says children under 18 must be supervised by an adult. Which is fairly misleading as that to me implies they can accompany as long as they are supervised. The only redeeming factor of that visit was the tech did invite them in to see the baby at the very end. It doesn't take away from the stress induced during the sonogram, as my heart was racing from the initial altercation/misunderstanding and silence for most of the visit, but I was glad family did get to briefly share in that moment. This last visit I was a bit more prepared for the policy change, but I'd like to reiterate that the staff is not friendly and on edge about enforcing the policy. They did not allow my family in at the very end this time despite having done prior. As someone who might be having complications with an upcoming pregnancy, it was very jarring and anxiety inducing being separated from my support system. Being pregnant is a vulnerable experience. It's supposed to be filled with joy and shared memories with families as a family is growing. My children are well behaved and should be included in the experience. If they're not, we escort them out of wherever we're at. It's also a fairly inequitable policy. We had to travel over an hour for these visits, so it's not like I can call family and friends to watch my children during the visit as we were already there. My heart goes out to the unknowing working mom who took off but doesn't have a strong support system so she must bring her other children with or whatever unknown situation someone getting radiology work might be experiencing. It's not very understanding to complexities of your patients background. The policy change isn't family oriented or parent minded making this facility a fairly un-"family friendly" place. Ultimately, the inconsistencies and treatment were intolerable. My hope is that this is our last child so we don't ever have to be referred here again. That or we will be specifically requesting to go elsewhere in the future as this facility has negatively impacted my current pregnancy experience to a point where I'd prefer to never return.

We just thought it was a little later appointment that it was. When we got there, we were the only people at the vet. The receptionist told us our appt was at 3, not 3:30 but that she would check and see if the vet had time to see us. While she was gone, we saw the sign they have prominently displayed on the counter that says if you're more than 10 minutes late, you'll need to re-schedule. We were completely fine with that. It was our mistake and we understand that vets tend to have booked schedules. The receptionist came back and said they had time to see us. She told us that they have an 10 minute late policy and we told her we'd seen the sign. She directed us to a room to wait. The assistant came in after a short time. We apologized for being late and she said she appreciated that. She did the pre appointment stuff, Weighing the dogs and confirming the needs for that visit. She then left and said they'd be back. It was almost a half hour after we got there when she came back with an estimate for the appointment and then she told us that the next appt showed up and they'd have to move us behind them since we were late. That, on some level makes sense, since we were late. The fact that we had already sat there for a half an hour as the only people in the clinic made it feel a little hollow and punitive however. We waiting almost another half hour for her to come back and say that they were almost done with that appt. I asked at that time how long it would be til someone could see us. She said she didn't know. At that point, we got up and left. I got the dogs in the car with my wife and went back in to see if I owed anything for the visit. The assistant came out and said we didn't owe anything for that visit because they didn't do anything and then started to tell me about their 10 minute policy again. I told her it wouldn't be an issue since we weren't coming back. We were late, we were ok with rescheduling. It was our fault. What we weren't ok with was just being dumped in a room and left to wait endlessly. If they didn't have time to see us, that's all they had to say. At this point, the vet came out with an attitude. Start chastising me for being late and, once again, lecturing me with their 10 minute late policy. I pointed out that my dog, her patient, has serious vet anxiety issues. I told her she knows that. She said no and her assistant shook her head yes and told her they did. I told her we wouldn't have to worry about that since I was never coming back. She then told me I was fired. haha. I've already told them twice i'm never coming back.... I fired you. My dog has serious anxiety about going to the vet. They know that. they've treated him for it. If you're going to punish me for being late, fine, charge a late fee or something like that. What I won't stand for is punishing my dogs. Leaving our dogs in a waiting room for almost a full hour is unacceptable. Anyone that likes/works with animals know's better. There are plenty of options in town for vets. I've heard there are some really good vets in town. This isn't one of them. She's more worried about her late policy than your pets well being. Any vet that would go this route clearly is in it for the money more than the animals.
