Instead of showing an ounce of humanity, the man on the phone literally laughed at my pain and kept hanging up on me. To mock a puppy that is in a dire situation because parvo can be very dangerous and deadly and it could kill is pure cruelty. That place lacks basic human decency.

Dr. Jody is so gentle with her and talks to her like she is one of her own, plus she is so current with treatment options. The staff helps my elderly mom carry the cat carrier to the car and even let her barrow a carrier when she didn't have one. All of Zsa Zsa's visits are very optimistic and consist of acupuncture with B12, antiobiotics, probiotics, and many food suggestions for our baby's lesioned mouth. They were so good with our dog, they held her and loved on her. Got her a fluffy blanket and laid her on it and covered her up. Took blood work. Urinalysis, and we finally had to put her down but they were so sympathetic to us and they even cried with us and that meant alot. We had her cremated and all this still didn't even cost as much as it did at Cheat Lake. THEY WERE WONDERFUL AT WAYNESBURG ANIMAL HOSPITAL.

Dr. Minger and his vet…read moretechs clearly love animals; they're kind and gentle and patient, and they take such good care of our boys. Every time we are there, whether it's a routine checkup or an actual problem, Dr. Minger spends a lot of time with us explaining anything we might want or need to know. He answers every question, even if we have a lot of them, and I never get the feeling that he's trying to get rid of us to get the next patient in. The prices for treatment and medication are affordable, the quality of care is excellent, and the staff is friendly and pleasant. We will keep bringing our pets here as long as Dr. Minger is practicing.
