This might be my FAVORITE hotel in the Tri-Cities! Very comfortable stay! Rooms are new, clean, and modern. I was on the top floor and the bedroom had high 16' ceilings which was a nice touch. Very nice bathroom (mirrors have great lighting) and comfy king bed. Desk with work area and couch sitting area. They even have HBO which is rare these days with the Marriott chain. Internet was ok, could be better. Upgrade in internet capacity is needed but that was my only complaint. I will be back! read more

Really happy with the whole process from booking to their communication leading up to my trip and checking in as well as our stay. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff and at the restaurant as well. We used the pool and hot tub, both of which were nicely maintained with new towels. The gym is large and the breakfast area is too. I'd stay here again. For one night with two beds it was $311 total. We came for a gymnastics competition. read more

We stayed here for 5 days (SO is an ambassador elite member) and we stayed in a 1 bedroom suite (room 526) gorgeous big windows. Quite corner, overlooking convention center. I was a bit surprised how beat up the hotel bathroom sliding door was, given how new the hotel is. TV in living area is a bit small. However water pressure was amazing. Breakfast was good. Honestly the peppered eggs, were tasty. I usually hate hotel eggs. Many options. My daughter loved the oatmeal and getting to put her own "toppings " on every morning. Pool is WAAAAAY smaller than the images on website. Thankfully it wasn't crowded. Great location for morning walks. Ample parking. read more

I'm tempted to switch my Hilton loyalty to Marriott due to sweet hotels like Springhill. Modern, a tidge upscale but not so much you feel out of your league, with reasonable prices. This hotel is connected to the conference center and has a small pool, a small fitness room, a lounge and restaurant and offers free breakfast. My room had a sitting area, Keurig coffee, modern bathroom and lovely soaps. I would recommend this hotel if you're in this beautiful area. read more

I am a new fan of this location and the primary reason is that it is quiet!! After staying at columbia point, near the highway, the road noise is terrible. Tucked off a main drag, it is close to the convention center. It is close to the mall and lots and lots of restaurant options (although mainly chains). The hotel is nicely appointed, with all the things you would expect from a springhill. Breakfast was the standard layout for springhill, however they still have the most horrible scrambled eggs ever (well maybe there is one worse). They are inedible in my book. Please find some better eggs!! (one star off...may seem petty, but this is my biggest beef with some of the marriotts). Other than that, I think this is my new hotel in Kennewick. read more

Stayed here recently for an event. The room was nice, had a king bed room, there's a nice sitting area with sofa and desk with a slider glass between the area and the beds. In the bedroom area they had a bench, that was nice so that we could place our bags on it. The only complaint about the room is the size of the refrigerator. It is quite small. For staying a couple of days we like to keep bottles of water and usually a carton of juice. We had to place the juice on its side and at that point there was hardly any room for anything else. They have a quick freeze feature in the fridge, and wow, it froze up the juice! The breakfast was decent, eggs (patties and hard boiled), sausage or bacon, oatmeal, waffle maker, no bread slices, but English muffins and croissants for sandwich making with the eggs, ham & cheese. The only fruit avail were apples and bananas. And not a deal breaker, since we didn't plan on being in the room much, but the TV was somewhat lacking in channels when we did want to watch it. Will we stay here again? Maybe, if we can get a good deal like we did for the event, but I don't think we would stay if we couldn't get a deal for under $200 a night. read more

Clean, this is a good location. The restaurant is still closed which is too bad because that's why I booked us here. They do offer a complimentary breakfast to-go in the mornings. The gym is also closed which really bummed me out. The front desk lady is super friendly and nice! The rooms are clean and tidy, although the furniture does show signs of wear. The carpets in the hallways also show some stains and some wear and tear. Overall, the bed is comfortable and it'll be an okay place for the night. read more

Beautiful newer hotel that is connected to the Toyota Center and in a very nice quiet area in Kennewick and in close proximity to a lot of great places. This hotel provides a beautiful lobby area that is really close to the elevators we stayed on the very top floor in a very nice sized room. When you very first entered the room there was a small kitchenette area with a Keurig, Microwave and mini fridge next to that was a sitting area with a couch and a desk and a TV that could either face the couch or the beds. The room had two very comfortable queen sized beds and across from the beds was a nice sized bathroom area. This was a very nice room and very well lighted with the very large window in the room. I am a Marriott elite member and was very pleased to find that there were up front parking spots reserved for Elite members! They provide a beautiful outdoor sitting area with fire pits that my kids loved we spent our first evening out there enjoying the cooler air and peacefulness! In the morning we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the selection of food was very good and the dining area was super cute and plenty of room! We loved this hotel and the staff and plan on coming back next time we are in town!! read more

Favorite hotel in the Tri-cities. I've stayed at 3 hotels in the area so far for work and I really like this hotel. It's extremely quiet. The decor is top notch. Rooms are well thought out. There's plenty of light, including book lights. The Flat Panel is decent sized and located so you can watch it from the couch of the bed easily. I use my laptop to stream tv. The breakfast is about average, for these places. They are all pretty much the same so not complaining. There is a decent number of choices and I made a sandwich for lunch with the fixings. The breakfast dining area is much bigger than most, which is nice. The service is excellent everywhere in the hotel. The hotel is really clean. It seems brand new. read more

Our family loves to stay here! The Executive suite is gorgeous, and the breakfast is really nice. We have also stayed in 228 where there is a separate bedroom and large living space with a queen bed and pullout. Concierge, Samuel is always especially helpful and accommodating. The lobby bathrooms are huge and tidy. We are a local family and stay at this hotel at least once a quarter just for fun! read more

The hotel and staff generally is fantastic. The room I was in was spacious and modern. The bathroom was beautifully done. There are plenty of outlets throughout the room and near the bed for all of your computers and phones. My only complaint was that they have the air locked out so that it will only go down to 68 degrees; with a room this large I doubt the unit even keeps up with that so it doesn't feel like that so in the middle of the night, it felt hot... after all; it is the middle of summer. Even the maintenance guy had a smile on his face!! Designated platinum parking spaces. Plenty of places to eat not too far away. read more

This is an almost-new hotel that is connected to the Toyota Center. Our party checked in as Marriott Elite members. The lobby is large and connected to the dining area where they serve their complimentary breakfast. They also have the little store where you can purchase snacks and even frozen foods should you need something in a bind. The elevators are close to the lobby for easy access to the rooms. We had several rooms on the top floor and all were slightly different but overall they were huge with more than enough room. Each room has a fridge, microwave and Keurig which is a must for morning coffee. There is a sitting/desk area and a separate sleeping area (all of our rooms had 2 beds). The beds were comfy with typical Marriott blankets and pillows. The bathroom has an opaque sliding door which as another Yelper mentioned is a major downside if you have others in the room because its not very private and the light shines very brightly through the door. The bathrooms were spacious with a glass, walk-in shower, large sink and vanity area and toilet in the back. I was pleased with the daily breakfast offerings (hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage and all of your other typical continental breakfast-type offerings). I did not view the pool or other amenities so I can't comment on those. Parking is free and Elite members have designated spots up front which was nice. read more

I would have given a 4 star rating if it weren't for the "misunderstanding" . I was assured that there was a room available with a soaking tub. and reassured that they noted the request in my reservation...when I checked in I learned there aren't any rooms in the entire hotel with a soaking tub.! This hotel is possibly one of the better hotels I've stayed at. We stayed 7 days all with late reservations each time. The staff there is extremely nice and friendly. They called us on our last day to tell us they had a few extra rooms and we didn't answer and that was when we finally had to leave. Overall a really positive experience. We decided to stay here due to it's proximity to the convention center - which you can't beat! They are attached! This made it super easy to go to our event and not have to worry about any type of transportation. You will pay a bit more for this luxury ($10-$20) vs. other nearby hotels, but it was worth it in my opinion! I joined Marriott rewards which enabled me to check in for our hotel online. That was a great feature. When we arrived, we walked up the desk and they already had our room assigned with key cards waiting for us. The beds and pillows are definitely on the firm side - which worked great for me, but not for my better half! The rooms are clean and modern. Upon walking in, there is an LG TV (37" I think), a loveseat, chair/small desk, fridge, Keurig + coffee pods, and a king size bed. The bathroom was clean and bright. The only down side was that the door to the bathroom has a large opaque glass window that lets a ton of light through when you close it. Due to it's proximity to the bathroom, it's pretty bright in the room if someone gets up to use the ol' can during the night. In the morning, there is a free continental breakfast. We were very impressed with it. They had: Bagel, English muffins, crissoint, eggs, potato and sausage scramble, yogurt, waffle (made yourself), hard boiled eggs, fruit (pineapple + strawberries), cereal, and coffee/juice. Some sort of sports team was in the breakfast area when we arrived, which meant it was crazy busy! Even among the chaos, the two gals running the breakfast area were friendly and doing a pretty good job staying on top of everything! This was close to 5 stars, but the price premium has me stuck at 4/5. Either way, we'll be back! This is a fantastic option if you're doing events at the convention center! read more

The hotel itself was great! The rooms were clean and spacious. We had a large tournament over the weekend and they were definitely roomy enough for a family stay. However, the beds were hard as a rock! They also charged my card for the full stay and my mothers card for half as well. Obviously we were overcharged. I have yet to see it fixed in my account. It was supposed to be fixed upon check out. Yet it still hasn't been. Also don't count on the hotel restaurant or bar being available on Saturday night as they never opened and the hotel was full. Great facility and location.....horrible management! Never had this issue with a Marriott hotel.....definitely a blemish for Marriott!!!! read more

Best hotel ever! Staff is amazing especially Lee. He went above and beyond to make our girls weekend a blast. He found xtra blankets so we could sit by the fire, he accommodated all our outrageous needs. The food in bar is excellent. Rooms are clean and amazingly beautiful. Never waited for elevator, food at buffet was hot, plentiful, and great variety. Room was very big, room and comfy. Cleaning staff were great, nice. Got us everything we needed. This is a new hotel, about 11 weeks old. Pros: awesome staff, nicely designed (Danish modern) spacious rooms, great breakfast, great pool, large closets, nice bar/ restaurant, free parking, great location next to Toyota center. Cons: the rooms can get a little warm unless you keep the curtains closed during the day and the thermostats won't go below 68. Also, the bathrooms have sliding glass barn doors so it's difficult not to disturb those sleeping when getting up at night. Overall, it's a great place to spend a few nights. We were very comfortable and felt like the rooms were clean and well appointed. Would definitely return! read more

Wowzers. I was impressed with this place. Long weekend with a friend and four kids in one room. I was nervous but the room was enormous! Not as big as a Residence Inn room but pretty darn close. Very well put together - decor, etc. Loved the free breakfast, kids were thrilled with the lollipops at the front desk, and the pool (though a wee bit cool) and hot tub were great. My husband and I stayed here while visiting my sister-in-law. The rooms are beautiful and the people are so friendly. The wifi in the rooms is faster than the LTE service on my phone. My only complaint is that the pool and the jacuzzi were colder than I was expecting. If we need somewhere to stay in Kennewick, this will be the place. read more

I travel around a lot for races, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was clean and beautifully set up. The lobby/eating area has plenty of space to move around in. The room was very spacious also. It had a sitting area with a desk and partial wall separating the sleeping area. The bathroom had plenty of room for myself and my husband. Others have complained about the opaque bathroom door, but it is so opaque that you cannot see through it, maybe a shadow. Again, I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it. read more

Excellent hotel. We stayed here during the Great American Eclipse of 2017. We couldn't find any hotels in or close to the path of totality, but we were probably lucky to find rooms at this hotel. The property is fairly new, and is extremely clean and well-managed. The rooms are spacious, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We saw the eclipse in Baker City, OR, so Monday was a pretty long day. We ate at the hotel restaurant Sunday and Monday nights, and found the food to be excellent. I stay at Spring Hill Suites quite a bit, but this one was probably the best I've experienced. read more
