Beautiful newer hotel that is connected to the Toyota Center and in a very nice quiet area in Kennewick and in close proximity to a lot of great places. This hotel provides a beautiful lobby area that is really close to the elevators we stayed on the very top floor in a very nice sized room. When you very first entered the room there was a small kitchenette area with a Keurig, Microwave and mini fridge next to that was a sitting area with a couch and a desk and a TV that could either face the couch or the beds. The room had two very comfortable queen sized beds and across from the beds was a nice sized bathroom area. This was a very nice room and very well lighted with the very large window in the room. I am a Marriott elite member and was very pleased to find that there were up front parking spots reserved for Elite members! They provide a beautiful outdoor sitting area with fire pits that my kids loved we spent our first evening out there enjoying the cooler air and peacefulness! In the morning we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the selection of food was very good and the dining area was super cute and plenty of room! We loved this hotel and the staff and plan on coming back next time we are in town!!

Our family loves to stay here! The Executive suite is gorgeous, and the breakfast is really nice. We have also stayed in 228 where there is a separate bedroom and large living space with a queen bed and pullout. Concierge, Samuel is always especially helpful and accommodating. The lobby bathrooms are huge and tidy. We are a local family and stay at this hotel at least once a quarter just for fun!

Super nice bathroom, such a pleasant surprise.

This place is the best. The nicest staff ever, seriously the hospitality here can't be beat. They are so willing to help and really go out of their way to ensure you have the best possible experience. And the hotel itself is gorgeous, really nicely decorated with beautiful rooms, lots of natural light. Seriously, this hotel was an absolute lifesaver and I wouldn't think twice about staying here again. Definitely recommend.

Sitting by the fire just us girls!

However we were woken very early at 06.15 with deliveries/staff arrivals occurring beneath our room (204) which was an issue. However when we requested a room move the staff could not have been more efficient and obliging and the following night we slept until 09.30! The whole hotel is spotlessly clean. I ate in the bar one evening (interesting and tasty non typical bar food - very positive comment!) and my server was a lovely bubbly and chatty lady who took an interest in my conversation. If only she had not been at work I would have loved to keep chatting with her for hours......

I had to go pour my own cup of drip coffee and they had the nerve to charge me $6 for it. 4 adults and 2 kids and the total was $425 because they included a compulsory 22% "catering fee" and then had the audacity to ask for more tip after being ignored and forgotten by the waiter. We will not be back and definitely not recommending to anyone.

We came on a Saturday and there must have been a bunch of graduations or something because the hotel was packed. We usually get a two queen suite for our family of four but our only option here was a standard king and a sofa bed. No stars removed for that, the room was immaculate, well air conditioned, comfortable and most of all: Quiet. The hotel WiFi offered a solid connection and was easy enough to connect our devices upon arrival and I also got a small discount for signing up for the free Best Western Rewards program. They have a full fitness room with exercise equipment and a small pool, 4 feet at the deep end, in a sauna like room downstairs. The pool ended up being the primary bone of contention as my son is a connoisseur of hotel swimming pools and gave this one a scathing 0 out of 10. The water was too cold and, after hopping in, he severely scraped his shin from knee to ankle (see photos). Added to that, the noise factor in the pool room was perhaps one decibel below an acid trip at the Tet Offensive (1968). Seriously, PTSD inducingly loud in there, and the humid atmosphere only adds to the sensory overload. I lasted about five minutes. As we were walking out of the pool area, I noticed a prominently placed sign advertising a first aid kit available at the front desk, so accidents must be fairly common here. Apart from that, the hotel is in a quiet part of town with plenty of good eats nearby. Whether you're on a McBudget or have no problem forking over $25 for a California Burrito, you can find a wide variety within a 3 to 8 minute drive from the hotel. Parking was ample, if not super close to the building and there are luggage racks available if you're like us and bring the entire Gypsy wagon up to your room. There is coffee, water (hot and cold) and a variety of snacks available in the lobby 24-7. Breakfast (included with stay) includes my all time favorite fixture: The DIY Waffle Station. Get up early to beat the line. So, the missing star is for the pool debacle, but the rest was very solid. Friendly staff, easy to navigate the floor plan, etc. Seating in the breakfast area is extremely limited. I counted four tables with about twelve seats, total, to serve the entire hotel. So, if you're traveling with a big group you might have to do breakfast in shifts. TL;DR Version: Clean, friendly, comfortable and geographically well situated. The pool could cause physical or psychological injury but at least there's a first aid kit? DIY waffles are a win.

We arrived at peak cherry season the weekend of July 4th. Cherry trees surround the beautiful shared outdoor patio, ripe cherries covered the trees and were falling to the ground. Can one eat too many cherries? What is too many? Did I spoil my dinner? Yes! The Orchard Chalet is the bottom floor of the owners house. It is a 2 bed, 2 bath, living room with reasonably comfortable sleeper sofa, wood pellet stove, dining room & full kitchen. It has been a while since its last remodel, but it is comfortable and perfect for families. Its dedicated, semi-enclosed, outdoor covered patio provides plenty of space to spread out and relax. Our parents and children enjoyed their stay in the Orchard Chalet. We were able to comfortably entertain a couple families that stopped by to say hello. A building behind the main home is split into 2 units, the Sunrise and Santina Chalets. I stayed in the Santina Chalet which is freshly remodeled in a modern styling - highly recommended for couples wanting a romantic getaway! The bathroom has a spacious shower and soaking tub. Its backdoor opens to a deck overlooking the cherry orchard. Look for my pictures. The owners were very friendly, but sadly they were heading out of town so we missed out on the breakfast that others rave about. Will we return? YES!
