Not a fan of this hotel. On arrival, the lobby was incredibly noisy with a large occupational group who were "taking a test." I'm assuming there are no other rooms where this could have taken place, but strange nonetheless. Then, the front desk was MIA--after waiting several minutes, two ladies walk up and basically blow me off. My first thought for a description: absent and apathetic. Next, I got into the smelly & defective elevator. I wondered if I accidentally hit a button the first time it called for Help. But then when it did this on my ride back to the lobby, I realized it wasn't me. This venture back downstairs was to ask about the "Sky Lounge" listed on the app as an on-property dining option with light bites. I was hoping to find libations, as I was trying to escape the persistent vacuuming right outside my door past 7PM. I encountered a pushy & sarcastic bartender at a bar in the corner of the lobby who said the "Sky Lounge" didn't exist. I ordered a vodka & soda from her to take back to my room since the lobby was still rowdy (a few hours later)--no soda could be detected so one can assume it was flat--just like this hotel stay. read more

Very nice hotel only 25 minutes from Philly and close to Collingsworth. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Loved the bathroom especially the lighted mirror. Breakfast could use major improvement. Eggs were cold and sausage was burnt. The coffee was good. Friendly staff and hotel and rooms are clean. Free onsite parking. read more

What a horrible experience!! Construction on the weekend starting very early in the morning. Pounding and hammering sp loud it was impossible to sleep, exactly the opposite of what you expect from a hotel. GM said that he was not willing to do anything. Notice in the lobby said that they expect minimal disruption. What a lie!!! Also, rooms were dirty. Clearly, their vacuums don't work. Floors were visibly nasty. Toilet doesnt flush properly. Convenient location off of 295. Wegmans and Target across the road. Generally quiet although hear the roar of 295 in the background. The exterior of the hotel looks good and the parking lots in good shape Check-in was good. First thing I noticed, though is when I got up to the fourth floor that the rug in the hallway was stained when I entered my room, I found that the rug was also stained or just needed a rug cleaning. See photo. Some small stains on the couch. The rest of the room was in good shape except for the pillows being pretty crappy quality. The lightning could be better in the room. It was pretty dark. The shower floor had definitely not been cleaned...there was even hair. AC worked however it made a noise. It shouldn't be making which was annoying so I generally did not run it much. Breakfast was below average and disappointing. Housekeeping had a unusual way of dealing with the linens that I've never seen in a hotel. They removed all the dirty linens on one side of the hall and left them in front of the room. The hallway looked awful going back-and-forth to the room. Photo attached. read more

This is our go-to location when coming home for a visit bc of location and convenience to our family. I usually go on a major search looking for a nicer place but never find one that matches the convenience of this one. This trip has changed my perception. The newly renovated rooms make this my preferred location for the room as well as convenience. The staff is always super nice and helpful. So no reason to look elsewhere. read more

Great low cost option hotel in the area with easy access to 295, 38, 73, and the turnpike. it's a relatively new property so everything is still pretty fresh. Staff is great. Reasonably priced bar in the lobby opens at 5. Anthony's pizza across the street. Nice big "suite" rooms with comfy beds. Decent bathrooms. Free breakfast every morning with a few hot and cold options (nothing elaborate). No restaurant any other time. Close to the Moorestown and Cherry Hill Malls for more dining options plus plenty of local places in Mt. Laurel and Moorestown. And the price is great! One of my travel work locations is right near here so I stay here often. If you are Team Marriott it's a no brainer. There's a Residence Inn down the road as well but you only get half the points so I always stay here. Check it out! read more

I don't know what happened to this hotel it used to be great!! But now it's a dump. It's sad because we loved this location close to where we normally move around and convenient with the free breakfast but I'm completely disgusted. Unfortunately we will be here for four days and no choice but to stay here. We switched rooms because the first one was worse but I believe all rooms are like this. Also the bath towel that I used had a long black hair. The shower you can tell they only wipe it dry but they have never used any type of cleaning spray because when you shower you can see all the stains in the wall. Seriously this place is in bad shape. Hopefully the people from Marriott will see this review and all the others and do something about this. It's filthy and gross I'm never coming back. This place now with the way it is it's comparable to a motel. read more

It's fine. It may even be good. And certainly I would stay at SpringHill Suites again. Our room was clean. The wifi worked. Plain oatmeal was available at breakfast. There was a pool and exercise room. It was a perfectly decent, modern, middle of the road hotel. They even gave us a toothbrush when we realized one was missing. On the flip side, this is a pet friendly hotel. And that's cool if you have pets, I suppose. It's less cool when the dog next door starts yipping, and you just want some peace and quiet. Maybe non pet lovers can request being put far away from the animals. Also, I don't think I've ever in my life been denied a delayed check out. I wasn't asking for much time, just an extra thirty minutes so we didn't have to rush out. But no. No flexibility. That was not a very pleasant note to leave upon. And we arrived late, after a harrowing drive in the rain. Once we unpacked, I went down to the lobby hoping to get a bottle of beer to unwind after the trip and before bed. On Friday night, they stop selling bottles of beer at midnight. At 12:05 I was entirely out of luck. It wasn't a very pleasant start to our stay either. Especially, after discovering the yipping dog upstairs. But we were all so tired, the last thing we wanted to do was ask about changing rooms. We might stay there again. I don't know the next time we'll be in that neck of the woods, so maybe we won't. All in all, the place is fine. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it as a safe, clean place to spend the night. The woman who checked me in was pleasant but seemed new since she took quite some time checking me in. The hotel looks nice from the outside and everything in the room was bright and organized. My only comments would be that the shower already looks worn out and stained and the maid didn't do a very good job cleaning the bathroom floor prior to my arrival as there was a giant footprint on the tile and the tread most definitely was from some sort of sneaker and not from my ugg boot. read more

We just spent 3 nights at this hotel. Have stayed there many times over the past 3 years. But this stay was really bad. The carpets are in dire need of a cleaning. Both the hallway and the room carpets were stained with food and who knows what else. We were told at check in that our room would receive attention after the second day.... Never happened.... While the staff stood in the hallway just beside our room munching on cupcakes and complaining how tired they were... we will take our stay's elsewhere.... Don't expect a clean facility here. read more

Best hotel in this area. I live in Los Ángeles where we have gorgeous hotels everywhere so I'll admit I'm used to a particular level of living when it comes to hotels. So imagine my utter dismay when I could not find one 5 star hotel within this vicinity. So I settled with what was billed as being a "luxury" hotel and even priced itself as such; the Westin nearby. Let's just say my booking was only for 2 nights and I cancelled the second night as soon as my eyes opened the next day. I beelined it out of there to find another hotel and a girlfriend who lives here recommended spring hill. Night and day. And not to compare this one to my horrible westin experience because it stands on its own. My room was clean, let me say it again, CLEAN, for those who didn't hear it in the back, CLEAN ok got it. And also so comfortable and spacious. I'm traveling with a child and it was a fantastic option. They have breakfast but I don't eat hotel buffets but nonetheless they have that option. In fact I so enjoyed my stay that I extended for another night and I'll also make this hotel my place of choice when I'm back in town visiting family. It's not and LA hotel but it's a great option and the best one in this area in my opinion. read more

Manager Blayne is super shady as I incurred an incorrect charge which he emailed saying was removed. I go to find it was never removed and email him again and he says he is fixing. Never replies again. Then I mysteriously see 35k points taken out of my rewards account without any notification or authorization to me. I call Marriott and they say it went to accounting that way and now I'm still wasting a ton of my time to recoup the points and stay on hold lines. Travelers beware. Update: Blayne emails to still not address the 35k point deduction and then offers 5k point bonus? This makes no sense and I email him back and as usual no response. I've now contacted customer service again with no response for a week and will continue to escalate. What a total waste of time. You would think with their recent data breach that they would try to be more honest and transparent. Evidently not. Do not stay here. read more

Stayed at this hotel for a work meeting for 2 nights. Meeting actually in their conference room. Enjoyed every minute of my stay. From the front desk attendants to maintenance personal, all are very friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. Have to specially mention Cindy at the breakfast Bar! Whatever they are paying her.... it's not enough! She is a great asset. Looked forward to seeing her my second day! Plus she remembered you from the day before! Every person who came through for breakfast was greeted with a cheery good morning and a chat. Like I said.... whatever SpringHill is paying her.... it's not enough. Our wedding guests stayed here. The management was excellent, rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Because if covid restrictions breakfast was ok, but they had to follow the guidelines. I would highly recommend this hotel. read more

Conveniently located in an office park- super quiet, squeaky clean and super friendly. Starbucks is across the street along with several great restaurants within a 5 mile radius. One of the nicest Springhill suites I've stayed at as a business traveler. read more

We stayed here for an extended period of time, with our dog, while waiting to close on our home. The hotel is brand new and very clean. All of the employees were friendly and willing to help. We regularly took advantage of their complementary breakfast, pool, and outdoor patio/fire pit. They do have a small laundry room available which was a huge plus for us. It's the same price as the local laundromat but you can relax in your room instead of standing around some random facility. The location is great as you can walk over to 4 quick service restaurants (all of which we frequented). We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and would book again if needed. *only recommendation to the hotel would be waste bags for pets, which they said they are getting shortly :) read more

I recently got married at the Bradford Estate and used the SpringHill Suits Mt Laurel-Cherry Hill for my out-of-town wedding guests. First of all, the hotel is brand new so it's impeccably clean and well maintained. For anyone getting married at the Bradford, the hotel is a short drive (less than 10 minutes). The rooms are very spacious, perfect for all the baggage that comes with having a wedding! Now the staff, the staff is amazing! Abby, the hotel's Director of Sales and Marketing, was so pleasant to work with! She was organized, kept us up-to-date on room status, and was happy to accommodate any special requests. The hotel Manager, Pat, and Coordinator, Michael, constantly made sure we had all we needed during our stay - it was a very personalized experience, which I loved! And no matter the time of day, our guests were greeted with a smile. I would highly recommend this hotel, we had a wonderful experience! read more

It's odd that they try to be so upscale when - other than the bathroom mirror, they don't even have a partial or full-length mirror available to check yourself...and have other cheap shortcuts any frequent traveler will notice. Their front desk staff are comically snooty for such a run-of-the-mill accommodation. Rooms are small with depressingly dark decor. Many other options - nicer and more affordable - a few miles away.
