I kind of want to keep this place a secret, as it seems to be a hidden gem. Located just in front of Revere Beach with STUNNING views from the lobby. The rooms are huge, very spacious and comfortable. They offer a variety of amenities like a pool, gym, and an onsite restaurant. Staff was super friendly, and the biggest reason we booked this was proximity to the airport as we needed a shuttle, to the hotel, and our driver was awesome! Definitely a bonus. The breakfast as great, offered a decent variety, and again you're eating front of floor to ceiling windows facing the beach., There is also a starbucks in the lobby. We would definitely recommend and come back again.

Conveniently located by the blue line train to get you in town and the bridge to go over to the beach. There is a LL bean small freestanding building that has beach chairs and other things at the foot of the bridge. I would not pay extra for the limited ocean view because it is rather misleading. Huge closet but no stands for your suitcases in there. 2 beds and they only give you 2 towels. The Breakfast is fair and good luck getting a seat so come early. The beds were comfortable the bathroom was large. The biggest plusses are being able to walk out the back and be right to the blue line train and not needing to rent a car because parking is extra. Also the bridge that takes you to the beach is literally out the side entrance. I have not tried the onsite Starbucks or restaurant.

So 5 stars for cleanliness, building layout, and staff friendliness. I was staying here for a wedding and the block filled up, therefore I paid full price for a room (I understand this). But, upon arrival no one asked me if I was going to such wedding and turned out they didn't hand out half of the prepared gift bags for the wedding guests. The family ended up having to take the gift bags home which was sad to see hard work and money wasted. I also did not like how their website included incorrect breakfast times therefore I missed breakfast. Their bar/restaurant was beautiful with decent food. Grateful the bar stayed open later for the wedding after-party! All in all you're paying for a beautiful view in a great location!

    Omg so pretty again

OMG I would live I'm revere but In this hotel the subway was right there and a Starbucks in the hotel very good breakfast food most hotel gyms suck this didn't. The pool was humongous. Best of all the beach was a small walking bridge away here's some photos:)

Bathroom with sliding door but it actually locks

Stayed here 10/24-10/27 in room 321 and we had a pleasant stay. I have no complaints to be honest. One small thing... No toiletries is our room at all, nor did we see housekeeping anywhere. Everything else was good. -cleanliness -fridge/microwave -has sliding bathroom door that actually locks -spacious -ocean view -comfortable bed -updated tv and outlets -complimentary breakfast (should have more vegan options) -elevator access only with key (safe) -pleasant staff I would stay again and would recommend Thank you

Wouldn't stay here again. The staff wasn't helpful and one of my four rooms smelt like cheese/feet. Actually unbearable. Try another spot.

Any sort of customer service skills would be awesome. Between the shuttle and her, horrible first impression of the place. Stay here if you need a quick sleep close to airport. Location was great for that. Steer clear if more than one night.

How does someone at a hotel make you feel that? This review reflects my personal experience and opinions regarding a recent job interview process involving Raquel. I am currently going through one of the most difficult periods of my life after the death of my mother in November. The grief is still crushing me every single day. During my interaction with Raquel about a job opportunity, I was visibly upset and crying. She harshly turned me away. She told me I would be given another opportunity TO MY CRYING FACE and that a follow-up interview would be scheduled. That follow-up never happened. I felt completely dismissed and unsupported while I was literally crying in front of her. As someone grieving the loss of a parent, I expected basic human decency and honesty. Instead, I walked away feeling ignored and betrayed during one of the worst times in my life. What hurt the most wasn't just losing the opportunity -- it was believing I would actually be contacted again, only to be completely ghosted. My impression is that my situation wasn't taken seriously at all. It felt like she lied to my face while I was crying. AND THEN LONG AFTER I posted about this experience (WEEKS!) I was FALSELY accused of harassing Raquel. That accusation is unfair and false. I never contacted her personally and had no intention of doing so. I was simply sharing what happened to me. Not to mention, I ceased contact with her LONG beforehand. I will never recommend anyone work with her. She has Zero heart Everything here is based on my personal recollection, opinions, and how these events actually affected me.

After some research, I settled on the Hilton Garden Inn (even though I usually stay at Marriott properties) and I was very pleased with the hotel. Since I had rented a car, after I checked into the hotel, I returned the rental car and had the shuttle pick me up, and then used the shuttle in the morning, which simplified things. The hotel was very busy and it was right before a big storm was due the next day. I didn't eat on site but the cafe looked crowded. My room was nice and clean and quiet. If I came back to Boston and needed an airport hotel, I'd stay here again.

The amenities are great especially being that you can do laundry for FREE, NRVER in my travels or staying at hotels have I ever experienced that. I'm only giving them 4 stars because breakfast is basic and doesn't match up with the high standards of room accommodations, staff friendliness AND they need freakin cheese with the breakfast. There are no waffles, I would like adult cereal like raisin brand, the egg be burnt with a mixture of being undercooked. The bacon is that thinner than paper cut, greasy cut or mystery sausage meat. Housekeeping is limited to how long they can spend on cleaning rooms so attention to detail is often missed, I just gave up on expectations and limited them access JUST DON'T DO IT AT ALL attitude I adopted. The hotel is also an Extended Stay Hotel which is a plus, as drivers you will hear us often refer to our rooms as home. Maintenance is also great, I wasn't getting all my cable channels and maintenance switched out my tv which fixed the problem. I had a few other maintenance issues which they attended to immediately and with a smile each time. One other draw back myself as well as my coworkers experienced was housekeeping was not as detailed with our rooms as they could be. For extended stay guests, they are only allowed 15 minutes to clean our room. 15 minutes does not allow for attention to detail cleaning which can be a little annoying for people like myself that likes things done right or not at all. It's annoying because by them having to rush they would forget to refill/replace body wash, leave extra trash bags, dishwashing detergent and liquid and leave trash on the floor. Other than that, if my employer was not paying for the room I would return to Boston and stay always. Here today! Gone tomorrow!
