Very disappointing hotel. We paid about $250 for the night there was no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. I guess if you don't have luggage, then it's no big deal. However we had a 47 lb bag and a 26 lb bag since we were living out of our suitcases for a week. The other issue is that they had exposed wires throughout the hallway of the 3rd floor (pictures attached) and peeling paint. The bathroom was very nice (large shower only) however there was a piece of a bloody scab left on the bathrrom floor. At first glance, it looked like a bed bug (photo attached), but we did a thorough search of the premises, no bugs. Final issue was the heating system. They had circulating fans/heaters, but unfortunately no heat was emitted from these machines, only cold air. I suggested we call down to make sure we were doing it properly, but there wasn't a phone in the bedroom. At that momebt I was too cold to go check the living room and then I forgot. I suggested that we just call down with our cell phones, but the confirmation paper was in the car and by then MacGyver created warmth by using a hair dryer. On a positive time, there was an ocean view as promised. Also MacGyver went down for dinner and enjoyed her meal. Here's What I Think...I will never go back to this place, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

A few minutes walk to the Ocean. Beautiful!!

We are in our room as I speak. Today is 08/28/2020. We are in room #208. My first thought was, It was out dated, But actually, I must say, I do Love it here. the two rooms are very spacious and It's Clean, Friendly and the staff is unbelievably helpful. The Food here, Great!!, Service, Excellent, Drinks, (cocktails.) Great and the bill for dinner and drinks was very reasonable. Would I stay here again? In a New York Minute. The ocean is a very small walk away. Great neighborhood and Quiet. There is no elevator but, It's really not a big deal at all. For me and my friend, It felt like we were coming home. Great job to all who work here. Thank You All, And tell the chef and his staff, Food was perfect, Great Job, Jo-Anne Sebs.

    air conditioner in room

Food in restaurant was very good. We stayed in hotel for 4 nights. The rooms (we had two) were clean but sketchy. Air conditioner was dirty. Seems like part of the hotel might be a boarding house...there were slots for people's mail at the top of the stairs. We were NOT happy that our 4 nights were charged to our credit card prior to arrival. We had wanted to use a different credit card. Also, check in was supposed to be at 3pm....however no one was at the desk until 4pm. At $240.00 a night I expected a better room. Housekeeping was hit or miss.

4/5 stars! Had to…read morecome to Boston for a quick fast business trip last minute, my local friends suggested to stay here since you can walk from the airport and back. Usually I don't like Airport hotels since the loud noise of planes taking off and landing right outside always bothered the hell out of me as I'm a light sleeper. But for some reason this hotel was not noisy at all. I did not hear the usually obnoxious planes taking off or landing as I usually do staying at an airport hotel. In fact it was rather quiet. They also upgraded me to a nice scenic water view of the bay in the corner so maybe thats another reason why it was so quiet? The only reason why this was not a 5/5 is because as many pointed out this hotel is rather expensive in price. Had it been a bit more competitive in price I could probably give it a 5/5 stars but it was like almost $300 for just one night! But also in all fairness, I think the FIFA games were in town so that probably drove up the cost of the prices. Also another weird thing was soon as I checked in I had to run up to my room and change for my meetings as my driver was already waiting for me outside to take me to my meetings. But as soon as I checked in some Indian looking lady comes right up to me from behind and she was like trying to sell me something as if they do for Time Share Hilton Grand Vacation Properties? I was like WTF? Is this a time share property too? I shut her down saying I have NO TIME to even talk to you right now and just ran up to my room. But god knows what she was trying to sell me in the lobby had I let her do her sales pitch to me right? This hotel comes with $18 credit if you are HH GOLD so I used the $18 to buy a few water bottles, and OJ, in the lobby. The small convenience store next to the front desk opens at 12AM midnight which is odd right? There were a number of guests trying to buy some water or soda and the front desk kept saying sorry its closed until 12am??? So I finished all my meetings and came back and it was midnight so I was able to buy those water bottles since it was midnight. But again just odd that it's not open until midnight right? The hotel itself is actually directly connected to the airport. So if you go to the 2nd floor you can walk right into the actual airport which was incredibly convenient as you can imagine. I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel thats literally directly connected to the airport like this!

Uncaring staff. Unfriendly service. Only plus side is the proximity to airport and the 24/7 shuttle service. Hotel definitely seemed nice enough at first but the staff really seem rushed even when there is no rush. View was awful. Decent sleep I suppose but I couldn't wait to get back to the airport. At least they had a decent shuttle service, as I mentioned.

Easy to stay, very clean rooms, airport shuttle... all good things (with exception to the single digit temperatures the area was having). The location remains excellent, and the bar is still one of the hotel's best features. Unfortunately, the rest of my recent experience fell well below the standard I remember. The shuttle service is one of the biggest issues. During my stay, I watched multiple Hyatt shuttles come and go while I continued waiting for the Embassy Suites shuttle. The scheduling and reliability could definitely use improvement, especially for guests who rely on it to get to and from the airport. Customer service over the phone also needs attention. Calls often go unanswered for an extended period, and instead of a staff member greeting you or asking if you can hold, you're simply placed into a waiting queue. A small courtesy, such as acknowledging the caller before placing them on hold, would make a much better impression. The hotel itself is also showing its age and would greatly benefit from a comprehensive renovation. The property has a lot of potential because of its location, but the facilities no longer reflect the quality many guests expect. I'm not writing this to criticize for the sake of criticizing. I'm sharing honest feedback in the hope that management will address these issues. I've enjoyed staying here for years and would like to see the hotel return to the level of service and quality it once offered.

It's in a good area and there's a lot of options for food if you want to either walk and pick up or have something delivered. I had little to no wait when I first walked up to the desk and the woman there was very efficient and informative with everything about my room and my parking. Yes, it does cost money to park here, so keep that in mind. They have a pool, gym, even a restaurant for those who don't want to leave the hotel whatsoever. I don't believe they have room service but it's just as easy to order over the phone or go downstairs to order. The wait seemed a little long, but I was back in my room in no time. The room itself was spacious and clean, things I admire deeply in a room. I didn't hear much noise, I could hear from inside my room and the beds were comfy. It's a good hotel to stay at, especially if you're looking to go to the airport or come from the airport, like 10 minutes away with no traffic.

How does someone at a hotel make you feel that? This review reflects my personal experience and opinions regarding a recent job interview process involving Raquel. I am currently going through one of the most difficult periods of my life after the death of my mother in November. The grief is still crushing me every single day. During my interaction with Raquel about a job opportunity, I was visibly upset and crying. She harshly turned me away. She told me I would be given another opportunity TO MY CRYING FACE and that a follow-up interview would be scheduled. That follow-up never happened. I felt completely dismissed and unsupported while I was literally crying in front of her. As someone grieving the loss of a parent, I expected basic human decency and honesty. Instead, I walked away feeling ignored and betrayed during one of the worst times in my life. What hurt the most wasn't just losing the opportunity -- it was believing I would actually be contacted again, only to be completely ghosted. My impression is that my situation wasn't taken seriously at all. It felt like she lied to my face while I was crying. AND THEN LONG AFTER I posted about this experience (WEEKS!) I was FALSELY accused of harassing Raquel. That accusation is unfair and false. I never contacted her personally and had no intention of doing so. I was simply sharing what happened to me. Not to mention, I ceased contact with her LONG beforehand. I will never recommend anyone work with her. She has Zero heart Everything here is based on my personal recollection, opinions, and how these events actually affected me.

And that's perfectly fine. For what it is, it absolutely nails it. We booked it for one simple reason, proximity to Logan International Airport, and the free shuttle sealed the deal. When you've got an early flight, convenience stops being a luxury and becomes the whole game. This place delivers on that front without making it complicated. Check-in was smooth, staff were friendly and easygoing, no attitude, no friction. The room was clean, well-kept, and had a small kitchenette. We didn't use it, this was a quick overnight, grab a bite and get some sleep kind of trip--but it's a nice option if you're staying longer. The bed was comfortable, which is really all you want at the end of a travel day. There's also a complimentary breakfast, which is always a welcome bonus when you're trying to get out the door early without overthinking it. Now, I've seen some complaints about street noise. I get it, the hotel sits near a busy area, and from our room on the fourth floor overlooking the Chelsea Street Bridge, there was definitely traffic. But for me? Not even remotely an issue. I spent two decades living in Boston through college, med school, residency, fellowship, the whole grind. Street noise at this point is basically white noise. If anything, it helped me sleep. At the end of the day, actually, scratch that, bottom line: this place gives you a lot for what you pay. Clean, convenient, comfortable, and practical. If you're flying out of Logan and want something reliable without spending luxury hotel money, this is one of the best options around.

I understood the hotel's cancellation policy and honestly wasn't expecting an exception. The Expedia representative contacted the hotel and spoke with the manager, Aaron. He initially stated that I would be charged for the night according to the cancellation policy. I responded that I would not cancel my reservation because I wasn't going to give up the room only to be charged while the hotel had the opportunity to rebook it. At that point, Aaron changed his mind and told the Expedia agent that he would waive the cancellation fee and that I would not be charged. I was genuinely impressed by this gesture, so I canceled the reservation based on that agreement. Later, I received an email from Expedia informing me that I was being charged the cancellation fee after all. When I contacted Expedia, I was told that Aaron had reversed his decision after I canceled and that there was nothing they could do. I'm disappointed not because the hotel followed its original policy, but because I relied on the manager's promise. Had Aaron simply stuck with the original policy, I would have kept my reservation. Instead, I canceled based on his assurance, only to have that agreement withdrawn afterward. The issue wasn't the fee itself--it was the lack of integrity and follow-through. I hope the hotel will honor commitments made to guests in the future, because trust and customer service are just as important as the accommodations themselves.
