4/5 stars! Had to come to Boston for a quick fast business trip last minute, my local friends suggested to stay here since you can walk from the airport and back. Usually I don't like Airport hotels since the loud noise of planes taking off and landing right outside always bothered the hell out of me as I'm a light sleeper. But for some reason this hotel was not noisy at all. I did not hear the usually obnoxious planes taking off or landing as I usually do staying at an airport hotel. In fact it was rather quiet. They also upgraded me to a nice scenic water view of the bay in the corner so maybe thats another reason why it was so quiet? The only reason why this was not a 5/5 is because as many pointed out this hotel is rather expensive in price. Had it been a bit more competitive in price I could probably give it a 5/5 stars but it was like almost $300 for just one night! But also in all fairness, I think the FIFA games were in town so that probably drove up the cost of the prices. Also another weird thing was soon as I checked in I had to run up to my room and change for my meetings as my driver was already waiting for me outside to take me to my meetings. But as soon as I checked in some Indian looking lady comes right up to me from behind and she was like trying to sell me something as if they do for Time Share Hilton Grand Vacation Properties? I was like WTF? Is this a time share property too? I shut her down saying I have NO TIME to even talk to you right now and just ran up to my room. But god knows what she was trying to sell me in the lobby had I let her do her sales pitch to me right? This hotel comes with $18 credit if you are HH GOLD so I used the $18 to buy a few water bottles, and OJ, in the lobby. The small convenience store next to the front desk opens at 12AM midnight which is odd right? There were a number of guests trying to buy some water or soda and the front desk kept saying sorry its closed until 12am??? So I finished all my meetings and came back and it was midnight so I was able to buy those water bottles since it was midnight. But again just odd that it's not open until midnight right? The hotel itself is actually directly connected to the airport. So if you go to the 2nd floor you can walk right into the actual airport which was incredibly convenient as you can imagine. I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel thats literally directly connected to the airport like this! read more

Unfriendly service. Only plus side is the proximity to airport and the 24/7 shuttle service. Hotel definitely seemed nice enough at first but the staff really seem rushed even when there is no rush. View was awful. Decent sleep I suppose but I couldn't wait to get back to the airport. At least they had a decent shuttle service, as I mentioned. read more

We flew in early morning to Logan from SFO, so selecting a one night stay after a long flight was a great idea, the rate was $700+ steep, (book with rewards points) but better than having to pick up rental car and driving another 3hrs. Hilton room service was closed, only food option was package sandwiches and salads at the lobby convenience display. The room was decent and clean, bed mattress firm. Not much choice for breakfast, stay away from Berkshires, Cafe Presto better choice. Hilton shuttle runs every 15 mins and will take you to Logan and car rental depot. read more

Very very convenient to the airport, but pricey as well. The breakfast was included in our deal, but it was $30. otherwise. Parking? $58 a day or $66 valet. Perhaps that's common for Boston, just be aware. Great HVAC & hot water. Clean room. No views, but that's typical for an airport. Complimentary shuttle was very convenient & quick. Wow, location location location is what Boston Hilton @ Logan Airport has to offer. Had to grab a super early flight on DELTA and decided to stay here. From your room it's like a 5 minute walk across to Logan Airport and Delta check in.... I was flabbergasted by this simple convenience by Hilton & Logan Airport... Now my room was clean and great shower heat & pressure for cleaning the body after a long sweaty day. Super huge Samsung flat screen TV for the room and great corner view of airport all thanks to my Hilton Honors upgrade. Now my only complaint was the front desk indicated we were to received $18 each to use on food or beverages. So we decided an evening snack and cocktail was I order. First off I ordered a White Russian but the waiter took it upon himself to upgrade liquor shot for $20 Tito's without asking. Plus he didn't credit us for the $18 x 2 for our bill. Not a big deal on the credit but come on if you give it then I want it. I'll be back at this hotel for sure just for the simplicity for traveling in a busy airport.. I salute you HILTON ! read more

I enjoyed my quick one night stop here. - Free shuttle to and from the airport. For pick up in terminal C, wait outside of door C110 (pick up for other shuttles). - Graciously checked me in at noon. In line w half the rooms being empty based on the check in map the morning before in the app. - HVAC actually works. - Good water pressure. - Great Hilton bed. Only downside is I could hear the room next door flush their toilet. So I imagine it's quite loud when half the floor isn't empty. read more

Check in line was so long, Greg greeted us up front though with water and a friendly smile. I ordered room service, still waiting on the delivery, not sure how the food is yet. Connolly's doesn't have a lobster roll any more, that was disappointing. The bed in the rooms are a little hard to get comfy on, but the room is clean. read more

Terrible service, employees just talk together don't help customers. Bell desk is non-existent, there is no benefit to staying this close to the airport when the hotel is so poor in how it helps its customers get to the airport. read more

So, my husband was sitting in the lobby where we were staying the night in this convenient airport hotel, where we have stayed before, and he was finishing a $20 glass of wine and doing some emails, after we had dinner in the publik house restaurant. I went upstairs to unpack, and guess what, out of everyone in the entire lobby that was sitting there, a security guard went to my (well-dressed by the way) husband and said "only guests are allowed to be here in the lobby, are you staying here" Okay, racist much? No one else was asked this in the entire lobby! And would they have asked a WHITE person this? I don't think so. Thank god my husband actually had his room key and didn't tell me until later because he knows I would have gone down and screamed at them. So that's it --- no more HILTON for us ever anywhere again. read more

For a nights stay, this wasn't a bad place to stay since we landed at the airport from a late night flight and had an early morning flight to catch. I will say the only great thing about it is that you can walk to it from the airport. read more

The rooms at this Hilton are nice and large. There is a desk and the room was clean. There also is a late night dining option in the hotel. It is directly attached to the airport via a parking garage and a 15 minute walk. If you have heavy luggage I would just take the shuttle. Service was fine. I did a digital check in and it worked fine. read more

Since our flight got canceled, this location is just perfect for us. We ended up in a room on the 10th floor, but the window was leaking. We let the staff know, and they moved us to a different room and even upgraded us to a junior room! Plus, the gym and swimming pool look amazing. read more

If you're on a quick trip where you need easy access to the airport, this place was absolutely perfect. Connected to the airport by a sky bridge, easy walk from our terminal. Easy self check in and keys from your phone made getting to the room with luggage a breeze. They have a 24 hour shuttle to the airport (for those at a terminal that is farther away). We used the shuttle to take us to and from the rental car center which was super convenient and quick. We had dinner at the bar/restaurant in the hotel. It's pub style food. The bar is packed and the restaurant gets busy and had a wait both times we stopped in. Burger was decent. Huge portions. Onion rings looked so good going out to other tables so we ordered them. They were a complete let down, not good, non-existent onion inside the breading and they were dry and bland. Total disappointment. But, with that said the other food was pretty good. The room was a good size, and clean. Bed/pillows comfortable. Hotel clean. I would have preferred a walk-in shower vs. a step over/into tub but other than that everything was fine. Was a tad bit disappointed that the rooms don't have a safe or mini fridge (I'm so used to that just being a usual item nowadays - and I travel a lot for work). In any case the convenience of the hotel for a quick 2 night stay was convenient and perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again. read more

This hotel is terrible!!! The housekeeping staff made so much noise in the morning yelling in the hallway slamming doors and banging the walls inside the rooms it sounded like a construction zone!!! Rude and inconsiderate to guests!!! Great airport hotel with a super easy walk to the terminals. Pretty nice Hilton experience, and the breakfast was very good. There was a very beautiful 9/11 memorial outside that we enjoyed walking through and reading about. We were stuck by the airline due to a delayed flight causing a missed connection, and they put us up here. The only complaint I have is that the airline specifically said they would cover a connected room for my family of 5, but the hotel charged me a "premium" fee for that courtesy. It was written on the voucher, but I guess the person at the front desk didn't agree that it was covered. Frustrating, but thankfully not a major charge. read more

The restaurant on site was delicious and service was fast. The best part was you could walk to the terminal from the hotel via an indoor bridge. Just an easy 10 minute walk. I really appreciate the convenience of this hotel. Trying to find the hotel by following the signs and walking at midnight was not my favorite thing. Getting to the lobby was so much walking. Anywho, staff at midnight was nice. Checking in was pretty easy. The room was good size and comfortable. The curtains didn't close all the way to the walls edge and definitely needed to be rehung. The bathroom looked nice but on closer inspection, the toilet had and riser (not sure if that's the name of it) but it made the seat sit up higher. The shower curtain rod was not securely attached to the wall which made me nervous to put a towel on it while I was showering or to dry when finished. This was the first shower in a hotel that has had dual shower heads. I think this ended up working out well because one of the shower heads was broken and would not stay up. The other shower head stayed up without issue. I was looking forward to a hot shower but not one that was scorched earth. I mean, I like to work up to it, not start there anyways. Trying to figure out the temperature took sometime but I got it worked out. I appreciate the shower gel, shampoo, & conditioner being available. Did not love the scent but that's a personal preference. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of outlets USB and standard outlets. For my super brief hotel stay, I would stay here again. Not offended. Comfortable. Would recommend. read more

We picked this hotel because we had an overnight layover at the Boston airport. It was extremely difficult to navigate the airport and get to the hotel but the front desk was very helpful in guiding us over the phone. Since we were arriving close to midnight I used the Hilton app to arrange for room service to be in the room before we arrived. They absolutely delivered and the food was delicious. As we stepped in, tired and ready for bed, there were drinks and two pizzas waiting for us. The room was a good size and faced the airport with areas designated to watch planes. I wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel but our flight was super early. The hotel itself had many signs on how to get back to the terminals. I wish they could provide this same guidance to the airport. read more

it gets 3 stars for being super convenient to the airport, especially terminal A. That being said, the rooms are ok, but a bit dated and because it is an airport hotel they have seen some wear. service is spotty, some of the staff are nice, some talk to you like they would rather you be anywhere else and they have that job only because they needed a job and would rather be anywhere else. the bar/restaurant food is horrible even by airport standards. if you come in at an odd time food may not even be available. they have a coffee bar/ sandwich and pizza stand in the lobby that may or may not staffed and it may or may not have food. the people staffing it do not care and seem genuinely happy when they run out of food so they don't have to help anyone. unless you have a super early flight out of terminal A or you are married to Hilton because of loyalty, go somewhere else, there are better options. read more

Got a bit of guff from John the bartender about bring in a glass of gift wine, but the staff, shuttle drivers and room with an outrageous tarmac view was heaven. Great amenities and super comfy bed. Just said "hey" and seemed troubled to be doing his job despite me being as kind as possible with warmth and a smile after MY long day of travel from across the country. His boss needs to re-train him on kind and welcoming customer service. As for room; it was good but the bathroom was not very clean, so I cleaned it (lots of hair on the door, around the shower, on the high wall areas, around the sink and on floor area under the sink) from prior guests. read more

No reduction on price (from a bland and terrible front desk associate), subpar room, and then after only wanting a quiet night of sleep, an unnecessary wakeup of the entire hotel at 230 in the morning due to an emergency that never happened. I would say Hilton Logan Airport is a low--but solid--4-star hotel. The good? It's right next to Logan Airport, connected by a covered, enclosed, heated walkway. The rooms are clean, comfortable and pretty well soundproofed. Connolly's restaurant near the lobby gets the job done, with standard pub fare. Wifi is fast enough. And the service is fine. The "meh"? The rooms are a bit dated. Heat/AC fan runs incessantly whether actively heating or cooling. Room service isn't particularly impressive. Old-ish cable TVs with no Netflix or streaming services. But what it does, it does well enough. If you're looking for a clean, quiet, relaxing place to sleep before or after a flight, this place gets it done--just without winning too many style points. read more

My wife and I arrived on a late flight and wanted to stay as close to Logan Airport as possible. You can't do better than the Hilton. From terminal B, it was a 10 to 15-minute walk via indoor pedestrian walkways. Checking in at 1 am, we found the front desk staff pleasant and helpful. In no time, we were on our way to our room on the 8th floor. Our room had a view of the terminal A ramp with lots of Delta Airlines aircraft. Our room was modern-looking with a comfy King-size bed. The bedside lamps had convenient power outlets for charging our phones. My wife found the in-room coffee "good." The bathroom was great. We had plenty of towels. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. My one complaint was the adjoining room door let through more noise than I would like. We heard our neighbor's alarm going off the following day. read more

As mentioned in other reviews, I chose to stay at this hotel because it was conveniently connected to Logan Airport in preparation for a very early morning flight the following morning. I also would never stay here unless I were redeeming points, because you are most certainly paying for the convenience of doing so. The set of walkways are reasonably convenient for terminals A, E, and maybe B, but you can also take the shuttle, which runs every 15 minutes, but only every 30 minutes during the middle of the night. I took a "test walk" to Terminal B the evening before my flight, which turned out to be a very good thing to do. Because at 5am, the one shuttle that was there was not boarding people promptly, and there was a waiting line of more people than could fit in it. So walking became faster. I was also surprised that no one was staffing the desk at that time. My understanding is that the rooms have been upgraded since the last time any of my friends stayed here. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were once again too soft for my preference. Outside noise (e.g., planes taking off) was muted, but noise within the hotel (i.e., the hallway) was not, and I heard many footsteps, conversations, doors closing, etc., throughout the night. It certainly wasn't an awful stay, though parts of the experience could have been better. read more

We were forced to stay here one evening when our flight was diverted to BOS. The staff was definitely friendly, but the property needs a serious refurbishing! Our room had something crunchy on the carpet (gross!) and the furniture in our room and in the lobby were stained. Overall, not a clean feeling, but the place is rather huge and they were able to accommodate us in short order, which was nice. The staff was also friendly. read more

We stayed here overnight to crash between two flights on subsequent days. Our first flight arrived at around midnight so we weren't trying to schlep anywhere. We had arrived to terminal B which is not within walking distance. I don't plan well so I didn't really read the email they sent me about the shuttle until literally after collecting our checked bags. Thankfully, I was able to send them a message on the Hilton app that I was ready for the shuttle and after minimal waiting, one arrived very close to the terminal exit. It was a seamless experience to the hotel. Even though we were arriving on the later side, someone was ready to greet us at the desk. Unfortunately, room service had already stopped for the night and the lobby bar was closing. We made our way to the room which was wonderful: spacious, clean, comfortable, and with a great view of the Boston skyline AND the airport. You actually have the option to have a full on airport view when booking the room for the aviation nerds out there. We were lucky enough to be able to order domino's. I say that both sarcastically and non sarcastically simultaneously. This place closes at like midnight or 1 so if you don't meet that deadline you are SOL. We checked out the following day and it was super easy and convenient to walk across the sky bridge to terminal E for our next flight. If you are looking for a place to stay before or after a flight at Logan, this is a great option. read more

I almost always stay here when I have a flight out of Boston, because it is just so convenient! The rooms I've stayed in are always clean, and all the furniture is fairly comfortable. The pool and hot tub are good to use as well. There is a restaurant in the lobby area, and a little café that is good just to grab something quick like a coffee or a pastry on your way out! The shuttle will pick you up and bring you to your airport terminal, if you order it. It is a nice place overall to stay! read more

We entered this hotel by public transport, the Blue line and got of the airport station. This heads to a long hallway and to some elevator doors. I don't recall the floor clearly, but it was probably the second, that led to the hotel floor. What was also fortunate for us was that the hotel was close to our departure terminal, so we also didn't need to calculate ahead of the many terminal bus trips we needed to get on. Once on the floor, there was two routes to take. When I was there, a hotel sign was placed and we followed that. A long and winding indoor hallway we followed, that passed parking lots and bridged buildings together, and finally we landed on the hotel. There was more walking to be done until finally we found some directions signs that led us to the lobby; this was located on the first floor. We were hours early, but the staff checked us in. The room was clean and also quiet. Outside we had the view of one of the airport stations, and even though planes were flying in and out, we heard no sound of them. I also didn't experience any noise from the neighboring walls or the ceiling above us. Shower waters were misty and strong. The only confusion I had was I couldn't figure out the air to remove the steam; there was no switch to be found. However, I also noticed that the bathroom didn't feel stuffy as I was using the shower, so there could be a fan operating with the lights? Amenities worked, and for the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap sets, they were in large bottles that were installed in the shower. Bed was on the plush side, so it was soft and could get warm if you stayed in one spot for a while. I had the air conditioning on slightly higher than usual and that helped balance out the sleeping temperature. On the following morning, we head to the lobby area to checkout, there were key card drop boxes located at one of the doorways to the long and winding hallway. This helped reduce the stress to line up and checkout. Overall, a good experience and even though I slept early, I slept well. read more

We chose embassy suit is because of good location to Boston Logan airport. But the front desk 's attitude was rude and unfriendly. We DoorDashed a pack of water bottles which were left at the lobby. When we go get it, it was gone and front desk lady acted as if this has totally nothing to do with her or the hotel. No attempt to help to find out why it's gone. I chose to stay here for last 2 nights of the Boston trip because of an early morning flight and I wanted 1 full day to enjoy Boston. I was not disappointed. Taking the airport shuttles and transferring to the T, I was able to walk around downtown Boston, dine at the restaurants there, and complete 2 campus tours. and tour Chinatown. On the day of the flight, I woke up and walked for 5 minutes to Terminal A. The room was good, had a great view of Boston Harbor and Downtown. There's no complimentary breakfast, and the only mistake I made was to eat breakfast in the hotel restaurant. It is high priced, as one would expect, but with unexpectedly low value. I would stay here again for the convenience, especially since early morning flights are probably inevitable. read more

This hotel is convenient to the terminals, and that's it. The restaurant is understaffed and the bartenders are terrible. They do not seem interested in serving people unless you are seated at the bar. The room is strange in that there is a second bar, but your back is to the actual bar. When you sit there you have to use the bar staff to order food and drinks, not the waitstaff. The people at the front desk are not friendly and also seem to be unconvinced with guests. One last thing, shuttle is inconsistent, there is not set time or place to wait. You call the hotel and the get to you when they can. read more
