This hotel was probably one of the nicest Marriott properties I have ever stayed at and the price was less than half of what some of those would cost in other areas. You could 100% tell they take pride in their establishment and workplace which is refreshing nowadays! Beautifully maintained grounds with a nice basketball court as well. The lobby is spacious and has a big seating area along with a nice bar that was pretty lively while I was there. Complimentary hot buffet breakfast had plenty of options and again was the best I've seen at hotels offering it. I wasn't too hungry so I didn't eat much but I'd recommend the maple andouille sausage if you like a little kick. The rooms felt brand new. Everything was spotless which is rare in a hotel nowadays. The bed in room 407 was definitely sagging a bit and that would be my only complaint. Looking forward to staying here again next time I'm in the area. read more

This hotel must be new. It still has a fresh, clean smell. The lobby area, the elevators and the room where we stayed were immaculate. The room and the bathroom were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The reception staff was very friendly and competent. If I am ever back in the area, I would like to stay at this hotel again. read more

The hotel was clean and appeared to be either fairly new or recently redone. Checkin was polite and easy. The rooms were newer and nice for a Springhill. The free breakfast was better than average, and they kept the area very clean as well. Overall, a reliable and clean place to stay in the area! Interesting fact: the front desk representative explained that the hotel is located partially in two different towns and therefore requires two different liquor licenses. read more

As a Marriott Elite member, I frequent Marriott hotels often and this one was one of the nicest I've ever been in. Where to start? Check in was a breeze and the gentlemen at the front desk were SUPER friendly, welcoming, and funny. We felt right at home when we arrived. Our room was on the second floor and for a small space the architects brilliantly laid out the room to maximize usage and efficiency. The bathroom had a sliding door entry that was modern and sleek. There was a walk in closet! It was huge for a hotel room! The beds were very comfortable and room was kept at the perfect temperature. A desk with privacy, opaque, sliding glass windows allowed me to get some work done without disturbing my sleeping kids. Breakfast was great! Kids were happy to make their own Belgium waffles and I was happy they had boiled eggs, vegetarian "sausage patties" and oat milk! The coffee was delicious, not bitter, as well. Breakfast exceeded my expectations for sure! All in all, I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area! read more

Honestly the reason for this review is their pool and the marriotts failure to update their website and let their guests know! Their Rooms are nice thats why this was out 2nd time we booked a stay here but it was booked with our kids in mind since it was my daughters 14th birthday, we planned to do supercharged which is a race car/arcade place very close by and school clothes shopping at the wrentham outlets, we really liked the hotel since we stayed there last may 2024 for my sons birthday the kids really enjoyed the room but especially THE POOL! Main reason we booked with marriott only to find the pool was closed after we arrived and unpacked! No mention of this at the front desk at check in OR ON THEIR WEBSITE! After my daughters birthday dinner she wanted to swim so the family headed to the pool only to be met by a closed sign! We went to ask the front desk and it apparently had been closed FOR A MONTH an entire month and thats not enough time to mention that on their website!?!????? When we made the reservation we explained that we were coming for my daughters birthday and for the pool BUT STILL NO MENTION OF A CLOSED POOL! Marriott is a big enough company where it should absolutely NOT be closed for a month not to mention a whole month during summertime when the pool would be used most!!!!!! We left and canceled our stay for the 2nd night and stayed someplace else where the room was not up to our standards just to use their pool which just further aggravated us!!!!! If only they just updated their website to let guests know ahead of time instead of misleading them! When asked when it would be up and running again we were told it could be a while! read more

Hotel was clean and quiet. I have no complaints about my recent stay since it met all of our needs. Staff was easy to reach and accommodating including the night staff. I received everything I asked for promptly whether it was new shampoo or towels. Food was better than most hotel breakfasts and had a good variety. Eggs and some variety of sausage for hot items. You had your choice of blueberry or plain waffles. Our neighbor started blasting music at 7am and it was quickly taken care of. We stayed in both Springhill and Towneplace since we extended our stay. Both were well taken care of other than a tile or two needed new grouting. Plenty of storage space and shelves for those who have longer stays. The hotel is also pet friendly (although ridiculously expensive $125). I will definitely return anytime I'm back in the area. read more

This place is brand spanking new and very well designed. We were visiting to attend a funeral and just needed a nice comfortable place to sleep- this fit the bill and exceeded our expectations. Our king suite was very spacious and comfortable- however there was a door connecting it to the adjacent room. The door was locked of course and probably a double door, but we could hear the family staying in that room and clearly hear their conversations. Luckily it was not as bad where the bed was and keeping the heat blowing helped provide some white noise. Layout of room seemed a little strange to us at first with the tv away from the bed (on the wall across from the bed but about 7 ft to the right instead of directly across from the foot of the bed)- it's also not directly in front of the couch in the room so whether you are watching from the couch or bed you have to pull the tv away from the wall and swivel it to face your direction and then watch it from a distance. We got used to it though and decided it wasn't that bad. Hotel has a gym, pool, breakfast and a bar and is close to everything. I used the gym in the morning and there were plenty of machines and I had it all to myself. Would definitely return. read more

We stayed here with family for almost a week. These are roomy suites!!!! Great Service, Great atmosphere, Great Breakfasts, and ez on and off the freeway. Our GPS wanted to constantly take us to the freeways and not on the local Washington Highway but everything we would need was close by! We were 40 minutes from Boston and Plymouth for sightseeing and could visit the family in RI in 30 min. Did we mention the indoor pool, exercise room, outdoor basketball court, shuffleboard, oversized chess and checkers to do? We'll, it's all right here. Staff is friendly, hotel clean, and even a bar open at night! Come in what's keeping you away from a great vacation for family. read more

Nice, easy check in! We got a gorgeous room with king bed. Clean, modern, and spacious. Beautifully clean bathroom with nice sliding door. Bed and bedding are extremely comfortable. Nice common area with many tables for continental breakfast. Would definitely return for another stay while in the Wrentham area. read more

Horrible experience, although the hotel is beautiful and they "seem" to have it all together. That was not my experience our first night checking in the staff was excellent very welcoming and friendly. The next morning everything changed. I had ass pressure at the front desk by this woman. It was pretty much snubbed so then I tried to call from my room to ask the same question and no one answered the phone multiple times. The worst of it all was my daughter started to experience some kind of rash or bite the first night we were there I didn't think anything of it until the morning we left and she was covered in what looks like bug bites. As soon as I got home and she had seen a doctor, I contacted the hotel and spoke to an Alex. He stated he was the DM of the hotel. I explain to him what had happened, an that there may be a problem with the room as her doctor explain to me that they looked like bed bug bites, he pretty much laughed it off told me he xan assure me that her doctors were incorrect and it had to be "something i used to irrate her skin" also stated thatthat there were people staying prior to our visit and people staying in the room now and that there was no issues. I of course had pictures and the note from the doctor stating all this and let him know I could email that and again he laughed and said that he didnt need that and i should be more conscious of what I on my daughter, EXCUSE ME, WHAT?? He then stated that they would have someone come in and check out the room from outside of the hotel just to be sure and would reach back out to me to let me know what the outcome was. Well, I never received a call again. I've tried more than once to call and get in touch with Alex and have been told numerous times he's not available I have since had to have a exterminator come into my house to make sure we did not bring anything home with us, I am now fighting with my bank to try to at least have my money refunded but they can't seem to get in touch with ALEX the DM either. I would not stay here again if I was paid too pretty sad because they have such a great reputation Marriott in general but this place was absolutely horrible service and stay the place looks gorgeous, but that's just a façade once you stay. I have stayed in many of the Marriott hotels and suites etc in the past and NEVER had an experience like this pretty sad because i will never use this hotel again. Absolutely horrible experience, would give zero stars if possible! We have taken this same trip 6 years in a row. We arrived to check in after multiples calls with managers leading up to our stay to confirm we would have connecting rooms and or directly next to each other because we had two children under the age of 2 traveling with us. The manager (I believe named Alex) assured us we would have connecting rooms and a pack and play available AND gave us our exact room numbers. Upon our arrival the incredibly rude desk staff informed us that "nothing is guaranteed", no connecting rooms were available, and the two rooms we had booked were not even next to each other and absolutely no pack and plays were available (all things we had confirmed in multiple previous calls, even said the pack and play would already be in our room for us). We were appalled, they continued to rudely say nothing is guaranteed and the manager should not have done or told us anything that we had spoken about with him. We were very clear in stating on the previous calls that we would find other accommodations if they couldn't assure us that we would have these things. We were beside ourselves with the way we were treated and the blatant lies we were told. It really ruined our trip after driving 2 hrs to then be absolutely SCRAMBLING in the parking lot for another place to stay that could accommodate us. To ice the cake, the front desk girl smirked at us and said I'd be happy to cancel this reservation free of charge for you. We have stayed here multiple times in the past without children and had no issues. We would never think to stay here again or recommend to anyone else. read more
