We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Hassan at the reception upgraded our suite and we had plenty of space for 3 of us. The suite itself was absolutely gorgeous and super clean. And we really appreciated the kitchen that had everything our 1bdr apartment has. The hotel itself has plenty of amenities and even a huge library in the lounge area. A huge separate shout out to Miguel and the kitchen staff for opening the kitchen for us after we missed the complimentary breakfast on our first morning. Overall, an amazing experience! We're definitely coming back!

"Sweet things from Boston So young and willing" (Steely Dan) Located in the center of the hustle and bustle where Route 9, Speen Street, the Natick Mall and the Mass Pike all merge, you'll find the Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Natick. The location is excellent, the hotel still feels brand new, the front staff was super friendly and welcoming, free parking was a snap, the sleeping room and kitchen/den area were spacious, and the huge bathroom and big shower station were first rate. The complimentary breakfast was quite good, and the only quibble we had was there were no bagels or peanut butter, things you always find at these sort of breakfast spreads. All in all, we loved our stay here.

That gets averaged with the hotel itself which was clean and comfortable, but starting to show its age and need of maintenance. Our tv didn't work first night we arrived. Friendly maintenance man was able to fix it. The bedside lamp didn't work but we found by plugging something into the outlet around the corner near the bathroom ( which was loose and didn't work), the bedside light flickered! We of course told them when we checked out, which the friendly desk person wrote up right away and thanked us. The building itself isn't up to Marriott standards but the staff was exceptional.

Everything in the room was clean and passed the blacklight test with flying colors (I take one on vacation, because I am that type of weird). The room was overall surprisingly large! This applies to the room itself, the vanity, the closet, and the bathroom. Some things were a little plain and in various shades of brown, but I am one who looks for a place to stay, not a magnificent work of architectural and interior design. If there is one thing I can personally ding them ever-so-slightly on, it's the bedding. I am the cousin of the The Princess and the Pea, and the conditions for this faux royalty to sleep tight have to be just right (wait, does that make me Goldilocks?). I would have preferred a slightly softer mattress, less firm pillow, and sheets pulled taut with military-grade exactitude. Of course, that's just me and my preferences, YMMV. Where it comes to their staff, everyone I've encountered has been pleasant and kind. While I am not someone who cares for amenities beyond daily housekeeping, I've found they were pretty limited. There is a coffee station, a mini-mart, and that's pretty much it (IIRC). Final verdict: Other than bedding that could be slightly better for this old grouch, the stay was perfectly fine. It took care of everything I seek when I crash for the night. That said, there was also nothing remarkable or above and beyond about the experience. With that, a rock-solid three, not because of issues, but the lack of anything remotely noteworthy.

I was…read morenominated as the Boston Celtics' "Small Business of the Game" and my whole career has been based on "customer service." I also worked at the front desk of a hotel for two years while I attended Wellesley College and after that I worked as a paralegal at prominent firms in Boston before starting my business. I *deeply* understand customer service, professionalism, and the weight of negative Yelp reviews which is why I have quite literally never written one. I originally wrote a negative review (and it was the first negative review I have ever written on Yelp) because I had a negative experience with one of the front desk agents at first. But one of the things I also understand working in customer service is that if you give a business the feedback they need to make changes and to "make things right" and they are receptive to that feedback, a business should not be judged because of a one off experience. I was able to communicate my issues and I am updating my review to reflect that the hotel handled my feedback professionally and for that I am very grateful.

You still get the quality, comfort, and reliability of Hilton while also getting a hotel that actually has personality and charm that reflects the area instead of feeling like a generic chain. The decor is incredible. So much cool nostalgic artwork, bright pops of color, music references, and fun themed touches like old-school phone booths and a vintage motorcycle display. It feels lively, stylish, and upbeat while still being relaxed and comfortable. The music, lighting, and overall atmosphere instantly put you in a good mood. I got one of the newly renovated rooms which was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bed was great and I slept really well. The gym is simple but completely serviceable. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is also excellent. It is very easy to access from the freeway and it is close to great food, shopping, and anything else you might need. Overall this is a hotel that is actually enjoyable to stay in. Clean, comfortable, full of character, and just fun to be in. I loved it and would absolutely stay here again.

Hotels in the city were significantly more expensive and if I remember correctly, they charge a lot for parking. Even though my employer was paying, I couldn't justify the extra cost. The location is convenient to the highway and I had no trouble getting to it. Parking was free and convenient. As is the Hampton way, the bedding was great and the room, hall, and elevator were spotless. There was no noise problem. The bathroom, though, had two small problems. The top of the baseboard had accumulated dust or dirt and suggested a deep cleaning of the bathroom wouldn't hurt. Second, half of the shower door wouldn't slide so I had to lift it into position. I reported that at the desk on my way out in the morning. The bathroom is really small with the wonderful shower taking up 25 to 33% of the room. Fixtures were fine as was general cleanliness. I see that other reviews mention the age of the property and wear and tear. I didn't really see an issue but maybe some rooms have taken more abuse than others. Perhaps my imagination went wild, but I thought they had the largest breakfast buffet that I had seen at a Hampton Inn. As usual, it's not a gourmet breakfast but it's certainly good and filling. I would definitely stay here again when driving into Boston.

I really liked the saline pool so you don't have the overwhelming chlorine smell especially since it's an indoor pool. It was heated and the water was very clear. You need to inform the Front Desk staff if you want to use it because this hotel's policy requires a lifeguard to be on duty when you use the pool. But i am sure that this was a truly beautiful facility! The brutalist mid-century architecture was stunning, and I found a few buildings with a similar style across the beautiful campus. Half of the rooms had lake views, and all rooms had views of the beautiful fall foliage. The Club was right on the path through campus and around the lake, which took about an hour to walk [briskly] around. The rooms themselves retained their original mid-century charm, including a brick interior wall, a built-in wood shelving/closet feature, period accurate furniture (I'm a bit of a mid century design snob), and some original 50s/60s style bathroom tile. The room had plenty of space and a comfortable king sized bed, although many of the people I was with mentioned having small, twin sized beds in their rooms. The meeting facilities were also beautiful, with incredible views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. There were multiple room options of varying sizes, in addition to numerous service packages, from beer/wine, to buffet, to snacks and drinks. We had several meals in the Club, all of which were excellent. The New England fare included clams, mussels, and clam chowder, which I particularly enjoyed. Even the lunch sandwich buffets were excellent. I found breakfast to be a bit lacking, but I'm not a big hot breakfast person anyways, so just a bagel was sufficient for me. Staff in the Club were beyond friendly and professional. I truly felt like I was staying in a 5* resort due to the staff's hospitality. I can't say anything about value for the cost because I'm not sure how much the space costs to rent or stay overnight, but rest assured you will get a beautiful space with top-notch service when using the facilities at this Club.
