    Decaf coffee

We had the kindest bartender who helped us choose dessert and drinks. The manager Matt also accommodated a decaf coffee. The ambiance was so nice for a Saturday night. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I were staying at the Cliff House and as we arrived later and needed a quick bite and a nightcap. Michelle was wonderful and the food and drinks were the perfect end to a long journey .

Cute little bar, but the service sucks. It was a SATURDAY evening and one person was working. Thankfully, we had already eaten elsewhere and were here for drinks & dessert. Both of those took some time to receive, but ended up being decent. However, why they don't have a coffee pot in the bar is beyond me. I love coffee with my dessert and had to wait another 15 min. after receiving the dessert for someone to finally run over to the Cliff House's restaurant to get a cup. I felt sorry for the waitress; she was stressed out and I did not blame her - hey owners, add some staff! This place has a nice outdoor patio garden area and balcony, and the stairwell was lit up with pretty blue lights, but for our first visit it was cold and snowing so we will have to try these options another time. I'm hoping our second visit will be better, but I won't hold my breath. Next visit for us is do or die. We give places a second chance, but only one. See you again, RM Bar & Grill.

    Margarita

Decided to give this place a shot despite the reviews. I do not understand why this cute place gets such a bad wrap. The atmosphere is cozy thanks to the fireplace, red walls and unique lighting. Our waitress was also the bartender, I felt she did a great job taking care of the entire room. I tried the margarita and asked her to skip the syrup, it was tasty. We had the Cliff House Salad, Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, and the Beef Brisket Sandwich. The chicken was super tender and I really thought the pimento cheese really gave it an interesting flavor. The salad was tasty and a perfect balance of all the ingredients. I didn't try the Beef. I do plan on dining here again maybe even in the summer when the patio is open. I hope fellow yelpers give it a chance.

Had the American Burger. The bacon was old , the patty was over cooked. Loaded fries were horrible. Service was good. Will not come back.

Poor service! We never received our appetizer and when our entrée arrived the $38 steak was overcooked. Would not recommend!

The food was not good at all. Chicken was raw. The wings were so small and the sauce lacked flavor. No salt on the fries.

One of best kept secrets in Colorado Springs. Excellent drink selection and the food comes from the same 5-star kitchen in the Cliff House.

A re- gentrified and artsy downtown enclave with paid parking at $2 for two hours . Meeting my buddy here for a fun girls day lunch was a good choice ! . We felt very welcomed and not rushed which we appreciated. Appetizer of "boudin balls " was absolutely unique !4 big cheese & rice & sausage deep fried balls I'm a bed a savory dark gravy/sauce . I could only compare it to a casserole gone snack size ? Not unpleasant just unexpected. For my main I was so tempted by another "appetizer" , that after the waitrons glowing recommendation I had to go for the soy glazed grilled Brussels sprouts . They were everything promised . A bowl of ELK CHILI was the perfect accompaniment. My gal pal ordered the "most popular " fish and chips " and declared it was the best fried cod she'd found since her Alaska vacation. There were other intriguing menu choices , especially the wild game options , so I will certainly revisit this unique and welcoming restaurant!
