William responded with "Come on out. We are in the business of selling trucks!" (Additionally, their catchphrase is "THAT'S NO BULL".) Well, fortunately BOTH of these proved to be 100% accurate; as I was in and out with my new truck in less than 1.5hrs after a clear, concise, to the point, ZERO BS fees, or "surprises" deal. The overall opinion of the service department was very unprofessional. Dressed, however they chose to dress shorts jeans, no professional demeanor, eating a snack tray in the middle of the service department obviously, Bill Fick has a corner on the market in Huntsville. My vehicle engine blew up at 12,000 miles. They had the vehicle for over 20 days and when I ask if they were able to clean the vehicle just wash the exterior they were very put out. We only wash new vehicles was the response from the service advisor. Definitely would not recommend Bill Fick Ford.

He again said First come first served. Reached out to the manager and he basically said appt was for dropping off. So drove to the next Wiesner dealer in the next town NO appt. Truck already pulled to the back and stated 1 hour wait time. Wiesner Conroe is the place!! Bad business for GMC

I have only been to the new Huntsville Hyundai to buy parts. The parts manager really seems to know what he is doing and is very professional. Based on my experience with their parts department, I will definitely consider buying from Huntsville Hyundai the next time we look for a new vehicle.

This is the first one that I have been to in Huntsville where someone actually greets you in the parking lot as soon as you pull up and offers to help you, without making you feel like you are wasting their time if your not ready to buy right then. Christian was our sales person. He was so nice and helpful. He did not use high pressure sales tactics at all, and he was just as helpful when we were unsure about whether or not we wanted to buy as he was once we decided to make the purchase. He was very accommodating and he made the whole process very simple. Lamar was our finance manager was just as helpful. He really explained the different packages available, again we went in thinking we didn't want anything extra, but he explained everything to us and helped us to see the value in some of the additional options. I really want to highlight how easy, friendly and low pressure the entire process was. I went to look and left with a purchase but at no point did I feel like anyone was trying to convince me or persuade me to make any purchases that I was not comfortable with. After I the purchase was done Christian helped me set up my phone with my car and he put the license plates on it for me and made sure everything was ready to go. Like most dealers, they will get you into their F&I office and twist you around. It is their sick game.
