    I rented from Knight Realty; Kevin Knight for several years…read more I found Kevin to be an OUTSTANDING LAND LORD n I was very upset when he sold the property I was living in. Kevin and his entire staff; receptionists to the maintenance team were always polite, entirely helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It was a pleasure renting from him and it was not until he sold the property that I could TRULY appreciate his complete professionalism, his integrity and his entire demeanor in general. Knight Realty owns many properties and I know he's a very busy guy yet weekly he would personally walk the property to assure that everything was running smoothly. He interacted with the tenants in seeking a quick resolve to ANY issues. His presence showed his care and concern for both the well being of his property and his tenants. Kevin personally and quickly returns phone calls and I can say in all sincerity that in the 8 years I rented from him I never had any issues outside of the normal occasional clogged sink etc and they were always handled quickly and professionally. Knight Realty made regular visits to the property and maintenance personally checked and changed the batteries in smoke detectors, they assisted in putting in and removing air conditioners , they replaced any torn blinds, kept the grounds beautifully maintained with flowers and bushes, walk ways and stairs were always clean n clear during inclement weather. I could go on n on really with compliments and kudos but I hope you get my point. If you are looking for an honest, decent realtor who exhibits honor and integrity this is the place to go! I would rent from Kevin again in a beat and I have recommended him to others several times. In a big city it's very difficult to find a land lord who exhibits the qualities of this agency and they will always get a 5 review from me. He is also spoken of very highly from several others I know who are n were his tenants. Thank you Knight Realty n trust me when I tell you that we all really miss you over here!

In my personal experience, David was extremely difficult to work with. Communication was consistently delayed, dismissive, or flat-out unhelpful. Every attempt to get clear answers felt like hitting a wall. Instead of professionalism, I encountered what I can only describe as a level of disorganization and indifference that made even simple tasks unnecessarily stressful. The management of the complex reflected the same issues. Problems were ignored, updates were nonexistent, and owners were left guessing about what was happening with their own property. It became clear to me that Premier had no interest in transparency or efficiency, at least based on how my concerns were handled. I was so frustrated by my interactions with Premier -- and with David Karat in particular -- that unloading my unit felt like a relief. That should tell you everything. I'm more than willing to share my email chains with anyone who wants to see exactly why I came to these conclusions. My correspondence speaks volumes about what I personally experienced as the absolute mishandling of basic responsibilities. If you're considering hiring Premier Property Management, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. One star feels generous.

    There is a person named Lisa Molochnick who is a Leasing Coordinator at Vernon Housing Authority…read more This woman is incompetent and genuinely stupid. Her attitude is consistently sullen, and her behavior is robotic. She is also a liar, a fraud , and a bully. I recently competed the annual recertification process with VHA. The amendment to the lease was completed and signed by both me and the VHA officer. It stipulated the new rent would be $476.00 per month, a twelve (12) dollar increase constituting 30% of my COLA for 2025. 30% is the maximum amount allowed by HUD regulations. I have been paying the amount originally calculated, the correct amount for this year's rent, $476.00, for the three months since March when the new lease started. The amendment stipulating this as the amended amount was signed by both parties and Molochnick sent my copy to me. In the same letter she also accused me of NOT signing it and requested a second copy of my financial statement. I couldn't figure out why she was requesting the information again, but I chalked up to her customary and typical incompetence and ineptitude. It turns out it was a deceptive and duplicitous maneuver on her part. The law, rules, and regulations, whatever, will not allow her, VHA, to raise my rent by more than 30% of COLA, which in this case is $12.00. Her second calculated formula raised my rent by $30.00, which is 75% of this year's COLA. I called both HUD and Vernon Social Services to report what she was trying to do. Cristy McFatter at Social Services spoke to Molochnick, who proceeded to tell a bare-faced lie. She claimed that my second statement showed assets that were not in the first statement. The second statement was identical to the first, except that it was updated, showed records for four months instead of three, and that I was in fact overdrawn on my checking account. The second statement showed that my total assets had gone down. In a personal attack against me, she fabricated new data to serve her retaliatory purposes. I did mention in writing that her incompetence increases with each passing year. She took offence (or perhaps umbrage?) at the remark. To cover her incompetence, she decided to go on the offensive and use her enormous power as a clerk in the VHA offices to harass me and steal 75% of my COLA. For a lot of staff members here at VHA, it's all about POWER. I was so irritated, that I returned the original of my signed copy of the new amendment and formula (stipulating $476) without making a copy. I have since requested (demanded) in writing, that she return that original document to me. She has not complied. This another instance of her failure, her refusal to perform her job-tasks adequately. My dislike for Molochnick stems from an in-person recertification interview we had several years ago. There is a form among so many others that covers the necessity for interpreters. It makes perfect sense that such a form should be included, because that is a real need for many people, and the government needs to know. Our interview had been going on for some time, we had spoken before on other occasions, and we never spoke any language other than English. She knew full well that I do not need an interpreter. But this blank, blind, near brain-dead woman looked at me, as though she were a robot, an automaton, a vocalized form, absolutely refusing to think about her job, or what she's doing, or to treat me as a human being, or to act as a human being herself, and she said, as if she really didn't know, "Do you need an interpreter?" This is Chosen Stupidity. This is Willful Ignorance. This also demonstrates that this sad, pathetic woman does not have the requisite social skills to perform the job she holds. She is sullen, wooden, unthinking, inept, and vindictive, but arrogant and bully enough to try to hide her incompetence with a cheap power play. So she attacks me and claims that she's only doing her job. So many people (her definitely) think that they can behave unethically, immorally, illegally, viciously, criminally, contemptuously, but it's okay because they're getting paid for it. They are Whores. But that makes it all right. The paycheck, the money makes it perfectly acceptable behavior. "Hello, I hope I'm not disturbing you, but I have a form I need you to sign where we rip you off and raise your rent by $30 instead of $12. Is now a good time for you?" This is what both Torrina and another woman tried to do to me over the phone. This polite attempt to cut my throat while well dressed and with a smile and good manners (and no doubt with a gold crucifix dangling around their necks to demonstrate their holiness and commitment to Righteousness) makes my blood boil. I really hate hypocrites, phonies, liars, and frauds. I also hate being ripped off. That Molochnick tried to do this at all, that she harassed me by mail, that she instructed others to participate by phone in this illegal maneuver and unethical hounding, in a perso
