She has invested in tech to make it easier for her customers to get quality goods and make the shopping and payment as easy and seamless as possible. She is such a great resource for information on fabrics, construction, dyeing and fabric care. I recently bought yardages of silk and 2 different linen fabrics. I tried Central Office across the street, to copy an 8×10 I cut in half, separating two paragraphs. I needed them separated, on two individual 8×10s. They charged 15.00 dollars, " formatting" for something I did myself on their printer, for 20 cents, that took me less than a minute. 15 dollars times 60 ? Hmmm.
