He redid my bathroom sink and added a new chrome faucet along with putting up all the chrome bathroom accessories like my towel racks and track lighting! He also recently put up my new crystal chandalier and he even added the glicee medallion! Everything is straight and sturdy :0) I had an emergency one morning where I had my sofa delivered to me but they would not carry it upstairs for me. I could not be happier with Rich. We found him professional, reasonable, friendly, and knowledgeable. He replaced our ceiling fan on the vaulted ceiling, added a chair rail to the dining area, fixed sheet rock issues ranging from large 12" x 12" sections to small holes, painted a significant portion of the house with another man named Chris, and asked that we pay him when the job is complete and we are satisfied. Me and my husband just bought a house and we knew when we bought the house we needed to fix some soft spots in the flooring upstairs. My husband pulled the carpet back but we couldn't pinpoint what was ultimately causing the flooring to flex when you stepped on that area of the floor but it felt like down the road that one of us might go through it one day if we didnt get it fixed. Although my husband said he could pull the plywood up and fix it that would have been time consuming with his busy schedule and a huge mess for us to do it ourselves plus we dont have the tools. I called Rich on a Monday and told him what we needed fixed and asked him if there was anyway he could come look at the floor and possibly fix it that week. He not only came out that week but he also repaired the floor that Friday. He did a great job and to my relief he was reasonably priced. I was initially stressed to even find out how much it might cost us to do this type of repair. Rich is professional and extremely efficient, he took the time to do the work right.
