I found this business through Yelp. I called them and they sent Sergey to fix my irrigation system . We agreed to fix the irrigation system for $1800 . Sergey worked with the system and at the end of the day , he told me that he fixes everything and the irrigation system is working fine , on checking the system, he operates zone 6 only and it seems ok , he told me that he is getting late and all the other 5 zones are working good like this one and if anything wrong I can call the company since they have 2 year's warranty, so I paid him the $1800 , the next day I checked the system and found out that the other 5 zones have problems to be fixed, I called sergey to fix the problem and he came and checked the problems in the other 5 zones and he asked for $2000 to fix the whole zones. Sergey lied to me when he said that all the zones work fine and he lied about the 2 years maintenance, and he refused to complete the job of fixing my irrigation system unless paying him $2000 more. So , in order to fix your irrigation system you must pay $5000 to this company and they do it in fraudulent ways. I will probably go to court to issue an order to complete the job or pay compensation if they did not take any action and complete the system in one week from my review. read more

This review is long overdue. We had Viktor and his crew come and install a huge irrigation system for us back in December. They did a great job, met all the requirements we needed for the City of Sacramento Grass Conversion program and were kind and respectful. Fast forward several months and we had issues with the Rachio system communicating with one area in our yard-Viktor came out promptly and fixed the problem. Great company. He does everything from the heart and did a great job with the artificial grass and decomposed granite too. This is a review for work done in Aug 2022. Appreciated the quick response and being open to working with me to trouble-shoot the issues we were having (a sprinkler line being pushed up by tree roots and a back yard system that sprayed too heavily at one end of the yard and not enough at the other). The price was a little on the higher end, but normally a DIY'er I knew the amount of work involved and simply didn't have the capacity given other commitments and I needed the work done quickly with the late summer heat. I contacted Sprinkler Techs after futile attempts to learn my drip irrigation system on my own. Victor responded quickly to my inquiry and made an appointment to visit my home the same week.
