Last Fall I called Sprinkler Tech to help with my leaky main sprinkler valve and in my backyard some of my trees and large shrubs weren't getting enough water. The owner responded to the call and added emitters to the trees. I called them back because I recently started having issues with some of the other bushes in the backyard dying. The owner's son Serg came by the same day and took a look at my backyard irrigation. The cause may be due to the excess heat vs the dry clay dirt not absorbing the water. They added a few ring irrigations to four of the trees and recommended splitting up the watering into 2 times a night at 10 pm and 4 am. Hopefully this will do the trick. If not they told me to call back. I was very impressed by their quick responsiveness and their high level of commitment to their customers. read more

We noticed a couple leaks in our drip system tubing. These were big cracks and water was spraying high, a few feet out. So we searched for help on Yelp and found Sprinkler Techs. Victor was quick to respond to my message. He worked around my schedule and was able to come out within the week. He arrived on time and even texted in advance when he was 20 minutes away. Victor is friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the two leaks we were aware of and then inspected the whole system and found four more! He was very efficient and fixed all six leaks within an hour. Throughout his visit, he provided tips on how to care for our drip system, which was super helpful because we really didn't know much about it. To be totally fair this person was fast to respond and got me scheduled quickly. My issue is in the quality of work. I asked for my sprinklers to be adjusted and heads be replaced as necessary thinking that my life would be better if a pro would handle it. I was at work while he came by and when i checked my system I was unimpressed and going to have to redo some of the work. I've had a few frustrating issues with my sprinkler system for years and finally realized I needed a professional to deal with them. Victor showed up on time and got right to work. One of my sprinkler zones wasn't turning on via the control panel; however, I could turn it on via the valve. I did the research and ultimately concluded a solenoid needed to be replaced. I did that on my own but the zone still wouldn't turn on via the control panel. I couldn't figure out the problem so I called Sprinkler Techs. Sergey came over the same day and diagnosed the problem. It turns out when we had our front lawn converted to drought resistant landscaping, the contractors cut a wire they weren't supposed to on the front yard valves which impacted the backyard valves (where the impacted zone was). Sergey repaired the wire and also replaced a sprinkler head that I was having some trouble replacing myself. All in all, Sergey is awesome and I will call them again for any sprinkler system needs. read more

We requested a estimate for a decomposed pathway running through our large side yard which was a complete mess. I had multiple sprinkler failures and one zone that was not included with the timer. Because I work we agreed on inspecting the work. They arrived and reviewed the issues and how to add a new zone. I had a new timer and cabling. After seeing the zone they provided a bid and I agreed to there bid. In a couple hours they replaced a selinoid that shorted, replaced a couple pop up heads and installed a new vale controller and connection to the zone.
