He was helping another customer and made sure that customer had his full attention. Afterwards, Kyle gave me the same courtesy. Fully answered my questions about any product, inquired about my goals and provided suggestions for products that he recommended for those goals. I never felt any high pressure tactics only that Kyle wanted to make sure I was fully informed about not only the Complete Nutrition line of products but also other products that are available in the store. Rob, the store manager arrived during my visit and when appropriate asked if I had any other questions or concerns. THAT is customer service!
