I like this location the best so far as it has a super cute "Recharge/Relax" dine in area in the front of the store if you just want to just grab some fruit, drinks/snacks & answer some calls, it's a super cute little, high vibes spot, with excellent people watching. Service is excellent here. The staff actually ask if they can help you find something OuiOui. It's also quite the little Fashionable two for one shopping experience with the Burlington store right next door. My husband I have shop here for years. We are huge fans of this location because of the quality of their produce and everyone that we deal with from the cashiers to the store managers are all so friendly and helpful. The store is well lit and always clean. If you need assistance, it's never difficult to locate an employee for help. Every single employee that passes near you will greet you which never ceases to amaze me! The biggest reason that keeps us coming back is the dairy manager. I have been placing orders for yogurt with her since she took over the position. Because of the quantity and brand I buy, it has to be ordered. I have an extremely limited diet for medical reasons so if I was unable to order this, Id be limited to Ensure and clear soups because I dont like any other brand. Charis has always gone above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, when I needed it. The former dairy managers were always polite but didnt make it a secret that it was a bit of an imposition. Charis has always been so incredibly great about getting this for me.. Even after Sprouts discontinued carrying the brand, she went out of her way to find it and continues to order this for me. I didn't even have to ask-she took the time and went out of her way to help me! This kind of customer service is just about unheard of! I have told all my friends about her and what a great store this is. Nearly all of them went in to shop after hearing me rave about it and every single one of them were incredibly impressed. The first time I interacted with Austin, you weren't there. I was looking for a very particular thing. Austin didn't know but that young man walked every isle trying to help. I mean, he stopped what he was doing to help. He couldn't figure it out so he asked a co-worker for help. She knew right away where it was. He wanted to come with her and me so he could learn where it was for future reference. When Austin went to go get help I saw Deanera. She, too, dropped what she was doing to come help. D stayed with us until we got the thing. As I was walking out of the store, D was walking out. THE GIRL WAS OFF. SHE WASN'T EVEN WORKING!!! She was there shopping. On her day off! Shopping! Three times we have purchased bulk items from the bins - all 3 times the products have been dry, old, dusty and the nuts were rancid. Last week we bought Stokes purple potatoes and once cooked, they were old and dry inside. Tasteless - which is such a disappointment for Stokes! We no longer purchase from this market. read more

I have often shopped at Sprouts and like many things that they offer, particularly produce and some harder to find shelf items. Yesterday I bought a package of ground beef that was clearly marked net wt. 16 oz. When I started to make it into four 4 oz patties, I did not have enough beef. With a little exploration and my food scale, I found that 16 oz wt. included the 2.2 oz packaging materials- clearly deceptive pricing. I called to register my complaint, first to a 'manager' who seemed quite unsure why I was bothering to call and then to a 'meat manager', who told me it comes that way from the warehouse. He did not seem to understand why I was concerned nor did he offer an apology. It is not the money, that concerns me, it is the deliberately deceptive pricing. Just be forewarned. read more

Last night I came in to look for organic hand soap. I I explained that I thought you guys used to carry organic hand soap But now I'm seeing you put SLS back in your store brand hand soap. As I'm looking at the other organic soaps, I can hear the manager and other employees making font of the fact that I needed the soap to be a 100% organic and not just 80% organic. Well, little does he know, I've had 8 skin cancer surgeries. So I'm very careful about what I put on my body and a manager and employees of a store that is aiming towards organic natural products should know how important this is. This is a great place for organic and natural foods. In addition to foods, vitamins, and beauty products, they also sell live plants! The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. If you can't find something, just ask. The sales are great, especially on ground beef, fruits and vegetables. Today I got grass fed beef for $4.99 a pound, and Fuji apples for 98¢ a pound. They have a great selection of grains, nuts, and dried fruits in bulk. Today I got pistachios for $5.99 a pound. They also have unusual brands, or hard to find brands. I went to Sprouts Farmers Market located at 33652 US Hwy 19 N., Palm Harbor to pick up some produce and also to look for a certain brand of bread which Publix stopped selling and Whole Foods was out of the last time I was there. The brand of bread is Silver Mills and it is stored in the freezer because it is shipped in from Canada. I searched for it and could not find it, I saw a female employee, older lady with grayish hair styled in twin braids standing by the freezer talking to a tall male employee. I asked her if they have the bread, I gave her the brand name, Canadian bread, told her I couldn't find it at Publix or Whole Foods, etc. and her response was "Why don't you move back to Canada since you can't find it here?" I was completely taking aback by that comment. I calmly and kindly told her I have lived in Florida all my life and I'm very happy here." I was shocked and in disbelief by that comment she made, that is like saying if I can't find the avocados are you going to tell me to move to Mexico? This employee needs to seriously go back to work on her customer service skills and be mindful and professional before she speaks with the customers. I have been in this store numerous times and this is the first time being talked to in that manner. The majority of the time the employees are helpful and friendly, the store is very clean and they have a great produce selection with the exception of one rotten apple. I agree with the recent review below... this store is nothing short of an embarrassment. The bad: * Rotted produce, almost ALL of it... from brown, smelly lettuce & soggy carrots... not many selections for most items & for some, 1-2 of each only. * Some tomatoes, apples & eggplants were good & in 4 isles, that was absolutely it. What was there was overpriced, even the rotten food. Pricing is terrible throughout the store, save for a few items, like rotisserie chickens under $9. * Beef is disgusting. It all looks so old, as if it will be in the trash tonight. There are some fresher items in the butcher case, but no beef under $18.99/lb. * Store smells throughout & it's not pleasant. * Not many selections of anything, a lot of packaged items look old, floors need sweeping. The good: * Varying array of coffees. Their store brand coffee is $9.99/lb, some more, some on sale $2 less, but it's bulk, so if you demand the strongest, freshest beans, you'll never get them out of a bulk bin that allows in air 24/7. * Small, but decent selections in beer section. * Good parking lot. This was my 2nd visit. I can 2-mos ago & gave it time, thinking the issues might be more Covid related. Honestly, they just offer poor quality & rotting food, surprising, since they seem to have an over-abundance of employees milling about. If they can pay that many people, they can pay for fresh produce & meats & discard the bad... WHY is that left on the shelves?! I'll never visit again. 0* out of 5. Go anywhere else... I live this place. Are they on the smaller scale? Yes. But do they have organic and wild food at a very low price. Yes and heck yes. The employees have always been awesome and friendly. The shelves and items all well stocked. But my go to is the wild seafood. I do not buy farmed seafood and here it is wild and inexpensive. Sprouts Farmer's Market in the old Books a Million building is brand new! And the parking lot shows that its HOT! What is Sprouts? Think of WholePaycheck, only a smaller foot print. You have all your "all natural" beauty products. Your gluten free stuff and your grass fed meats. There's a great big produce section and a bulk foods area, a seafood/sushi department (Yes, fresh sushi is mae on premisis) a bakery and I'm sure I'm missing things. The staff is super efficient and friendly. Case in point, I wheeled past 2 when they heard my NEW cart squeaking. The manager immediately went out and obtained a new cart for me, he unloaded my cart and re-loaded it for me. Turns out the small gate at the bottom had gotten bent so that with every push it swung and squealed. Really super service and wonderful attitudes. Some of the produce though.... The peaches were very small and the Pineapples didn't smell ripe. However their bulk gummy bears are To die for as are the dark chocolate covered pepitas (Pumpkin seeds) read more

Well today was my first time at a Sprouts & I was thoroughly impressed. They had a soft-opening by invite only so it's very possible that my one & only visit may not be compared to the norm...but I'll tell you this much, I'll be visiting frequently and will certainly update if need be. This place is immaculate. The layout flows well & it makes for a good shopping experience. Also, there is plenty of staff available if you have questions. They have the largest variety of both flavors and brands of kombucha I've seen in one place. Tons & tons of fresh produce that actually looks (& tastes) wonderful! A deli with so many options, a fresh olive bar (I became addicted to their marinated artichokes today), sushi, sandwiches, the list goes on and on. Samples were aplenty today...so shoppers were spoiled being able to have a sneak preview. The Greek Chicken Salad is outta this world! Lots of organic options. Good variety of healthy foods at great prices. I hear that on Wednesdays, they allow you to shop the sale prices from both the past week & upcoming week. Yay! We have a Sprouts over by us now! I went to the South Tampa one before and have been eagerly awaiting our opening. I like their meat specials, especially the boneless skinless chicken thighs! $1.67 a pound makes it a great deal for us. They are perfect for grilling or crock pot recipes and we do a lot of both. On this visit, I also picked up a pork tenderloin which was on sale for $1.49 a pound. I got the smallest one and it was still just over 3 lbs so we can cut that in half and have two dinners and lunches out of that. Their sales on produce are also really great and they have a lot of little gourmet items you don't find at regular grocery stores. They also have a lot of prepared meals in the deli and a small salad bar. The main reason I will go here is for the meat and produce or to pick up something quick when I don't want to cross US19. read more

After the all the buzz about the Tampa Sprouts, I was excited to try the one closer to me. This is the only Sprouts I've ever visited, and it left a lot to be desired. First of all, who planned the layout of this store? It's awful! There are three different perishable food sections sprawled out across the store. I like to get the perishable items last or at least halfway through my trip, but the design didn't allow that. I went on Wednesday, because I read they essentially honor two weeks (instead of one) of promotional prices. The prices were alright, but I spent about as much as I do at Publix. It was busier than I'd expect on a Wednesday night. Currently I'm doing the Whole30, so I thought they'd have a lot of dressings without added sugar. I was wrong! They had a TON of dressings, but I found two that were compliant. Honestly, I thought they would have a lot more options for me. The saving grace of Sprouts is their prepared foods. Wednesday they have $5 sushi, they make poke bowls, sandwiches, herbed salmon, etc. They also had Sprouts-made lunchables and pre-made dinners. There was also one employee who was super helpful near the produce. I don't know her name, but she kind of looked like Misty Copeland. It looked like she was stocking the fruit, but they should put her more in a customer facing role! Went into sprout with a friend to grab something for lunch, I walked around and looked, then I stood directly in front of the wraps and Ciabatta's sign to browse the menu, working in the vicinity was the sushi bar, meat market, someone prepping chicken for the over and two other employees conversing and working. And then the final employees who walked behind me to go into the employee section and then right in front of me with her cart. (3-5 mins of standing in the very same spot either looking at the menu, or at the employee to see if I could get service) NOT A SINGLE INDIVIDUAL ACKNOWLEDGE MY PRESENCE. (this would never happen at Publix, Winn Dixie, Deli etc.) at least someone would say hi, do you need help or what can I make for you. I am a black Male, but it could be I didn't look hungry Enough, or I didn't yell, or I didn't stand on the counter to make it be know I would like service. Or better yet next time if I ever come back what would be the best way to get some service?!?!? read more

I used to love to shop here, it was safe, friendly and seemed to be transgender friendly until today. I met the rudest cashier ever. I don't mind if people have an issue with a person being transgender but when I AM a paying customer I expect at least the minimum of customer service from a person who works there. Came in here on MLK Day Monday around 1:30pm. Parking here was pretty easy and I had no troubles finding a spot. Once I got in, I went straight to the deli to get some sandwich meats for the week. It was not busy at all, yet it took roughly 5 minutes before I was acknowledged and helped. The produce might be the best thing at Sprouts. Everything looked fresh and the area was clean. The biggest issue I had during shopping was the fact that there's too much cart traffic and the aisles just aren't big enough to support such. Prices here aren't too bad. They are comparable to that of a Publix. The checkout process wasn't great. I was in the express lane and it took about 5-7 minutes from waiting in line to checking out but it would have been longer had the gentleman working there not opened up the second register as I was in line. Overall, there are some good things in the store but I just wasn't blown away by this place. read more

Love sprouts wish they were more of them everything is amazing. The sushi. The foods. The customer care is outstanding.

Let me start with a positive, I like their selection of foods. For the prices you only get what you need when you shop. So if you have a family with a budget you may be limited on quantity. Now for the cons. I am not a fan of the way the place is laid out. It almost feels claustrophobic. There really is not a positive flow to the place and if someone leaves their cart in the isle you have no room to go around them. I was checking out and there was a support pole in front of my cart at the end of the checkout. So I had to make sure there was no one to the right of me before I moved my shopping cart around to leave the cashier. Quite obvious this place did not hire top designers and architects. Take out shopping insurance before you go. They are busy and there is no room in the isles. You will find many traffic jams inside. Medical insurance may be required as well for a lot of bruises from body cart bumping. read more
