I have to give a shout out to my local Sprouts, which i visit on a weekly basis. While it may be smaller and less polished than some of the newer locations, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The store is always well-stocked, and I love their grab-and-go selection of fresh salads and sandwiches, especially the baguettes. Their pre-made kids' lunch boxes are a lifesaver on busy days. On sushi Wednesdays, they got pre-packaged rolls, which are only 5 bucks. Sprouts offers reasonable prices and has a wide variety of organic, dairy-free, and vegan options. There is a deli section where they also make fresh sandwiches (sometimes there is a line during lunch hour). Though small in stature, this store is big on convenience and selection. read more

They have a massive parking lot here shared with lots of other stores but parking is generally easy. Customer service was great and the lady checking me out was super friendly. I wish I could say something positive, but the guys at the sandwich counter ruin it. There used to be a guy there (I haven't seen him in awhile, and I wish I remembered his name). He was awesome. He would take our orders verbally. He'd remember us and what we liked to order. He was a good looking guy with blond-ish ginger-ish hair. Great customer service. The last few times we've been in, there were two other guys with zero customer service skills. They want us to fill out a paper then they just walk away. Just take our order, for God's sake. The paper is ridiculous. What I like isn't even on the board. And give these guys some basic customer service training, it's absurd how bad it is. Got a sandwhich today from the deli and it was not great. I wanted my bread toasted, but instead my entire sandwhich was toasted; all of the meat, cheese, AND VEGGIES were hot. I usually like this store, but today, after every employee I have interacted with the past week had asked me to sign up for their rewards program (which I did), the checker I dealt with was in such a hurry to go on her break that she couldn't wait for the system to think and reached over and X'ed out my phone number. After a series of bad customer service I won't return. About a month ago I stopped in for a sandwich. I was the only customer at the deli counter as they took my order then proceeded to stand around and do nothing for at least 10 minutes. There were at least 5 employees standing in the deli area all doing nothing. They weren't cleaning or prepping anything - literally just standing there consuming oxygen. Two weeks later I ordered a sandwich tray for an event. I showed up 30 minutes after the promised ready time, only to find out they hadn't started the order. Nobody had printed it out for the staff to prep, and a supervisor had to go looking for it. I don't know what happened to this location. It used to be great, but I shop elsewhere now. read more

This is definitely one of the smaller sprouts stores, and you may not find many of the items you would normally find at one of the larger ones. But the team that work here are very friendly, especially the people that work at the fresh meat and seafood counter. If you're in the mood for wine, also a very good selection. read more

Sprouts is a small grocery store offering a variety of produce, vitamins and natural products. They source seafood locally and frequently carry outstanding fish at a great price. This alone keeps me coming back again and again. As the former dutchess of this location on Yelp I have witnessed a dramatic change that has compromised the quality of the produce. Long time staff members have jumped ship and all that remains is a shell of Sprouts, basking in it's former glory. I used to be able to stock up on bags full of delicious chile peppers in all varieties. Jalapeno, serrano, Anaheim and pasilla peppers are a staple in my kitchen. I began to notice how quickly their peppers went foul about 2 years ago and have contacted management at both the store and regional levels. Unfortunately, it is not a fluke but a trend and they refuse to refrigerate the peppers which compromises their freshness. Today I visited like I have almost every Thursday for the past 4 years to discover the organic section barren. I asked the gentleman in produce if they had celery and he turned around, and opened a box of it for me to purchase without even looking at me. I remember the previous produce guy used to be so nice, offering me samples and telling me about his best quality products. After that, the cashier was unable to ring up any specialty produce and had to ask her co-worker the code for shallots 5 times before entering it correctly. Sadly, I will contiinue to frequent this location after my Thursday spin class, but now I purchase only a fraction of the produce as in years past, but with lower expectations and fewer grocery bags. read more
