Came here for some fresh groceries. Also found out that they have the Raw Milk...ooooo, cost a lot but I think it is worth it. Most of their items are fairly priced although you can't just compare on price alone as it is mostly organic or "good for you" items here. I don't typically shop at these stores but surprisingly enough, I ended up coming back to this store a few more times and each time discovering a little bit more. Service is pretty much minimal here although my thinking is that is how they can remain competitive so I am on board on this. Don't get me wrong, there are people about stocking and cashiering so we are good! Ambiance is slightly dim compared to other grocery store. Not sure if that is the vibe of a clean healthy store, but all good. Just need to get used to it. Overall, all good! read more

I usually get a turkey on multi bread with double mustard and load it up with fresh and crunchy veggies (lettuce, tomato, onion, bell peppers, cucumbers and pickles). A couple of weeks ago we were in this store shopping for vitamins and other supplements. Warwick came over and asked my wife if she needed any help. He then proceeded to assist her with her questions. He is very knowledgeable and made some excellent suggestions. Most of all he was nice and polite towards her. When you enter this market, people greet you. The employees all enjoy working there. Compared to Ralphs, where everyone is watching the clock or outside having a cigarette, Spouts people care about their health, and care for you. There is so much to explore. They don't have the bulk cookies like the other location in Tustin though, which is kinda a bummer. The bulk bins seem to have increased a lot!! I cannot believe the full on miss of sprouts this weekend. Just sent not one but two complaints to sprouts which I never do but was horrible. Not one but two meals for my boyfriend were ruined today, both purchased from sprouts Friday. Went bc I was near and haven't been in a while. Bought a nice looking huge chicken caesar salad and fiery orange marinated salmon. Lunch today - Opened the Caesar salad and the lettuce was mix and match of different types of lettuce, not just romaine and all of it was dirty!! DIRTY LETTUCE. Chicken wasn't that great quality either and when he checked out the dressing so much of it was cheap mayo based compared to the better versions we seek. Threw it all out. Then tonight heated the salmon and with one small bite- his mouth was on absolute fire. And he loves spicy food. He was excited for spicy orange salmon. And it had skin on it. Took like 4 different types of beverage to nearly clear some of the fire in his mouth but now he won't eat. What an utter disappointment this shopping was at sprouts. I won't go back. I really felt that sprouts was good quality, fresh clean produce (clean when it's a premade salad). And quality food. I dropped in for meat sticks to buy me time until dinner. They had a nice selection and CHOMPS brand was on a buy 2 discount. The beef regular one is my recent go-to choice. He was very very attentive and very smart and knowledgeable about all the questions that we had to ask about a certain vitamins that we need to take and all those good things. We absolutely appreciate him for his hard work and time and would like to recognize him for his attentiveness and knowledge. I ordered a sandwhich and specifically said to add "Kaiser Roll" instead of the regular options, but the worker put white bread which I greatly dislike. I am fine with paying the extra $0.70, just mark it on there. I don't understand why this is so hard to understand. They want me to go buy the bread and then bring it to them. Really? Can't you just use it for my sandwhich and add the charge to not inconvenience me? The cashiers are generally friendly and try to make some conversation. Never have I ever had a bad experience at a Sprouts until I visited the this location. This place has by far the worst customer service I have ever come across. Every single person has a bad attitude or smart remark when you ask them for help in finding an item which is part of their job mind you. I was completely thrown off by this, it seems to me like management is not hiring properly trained staff or doing their due diligence in properly training them in basic customer service skills they urgently need. Oh and another thing, when you want to restock an isle which is only wide enough for one person with a cart the least you can say is excuse me when trying to get by instead of just nearly bumping my shoulder or cart without saying excuse me. Complete lack of common sense and etiquette. One star is too high of a rating but unfortunately that's the minimum yelp allows me to select. read more

I think I have written a review before but am doing it again. There is nobody like Brett. He is hands down just a fabulous asset to this location. I have gone to other locations and stopped going to a Sprouts because they were not great. I don't love the deli department here because I can rarely get somebody to help me. This is a great location which always has ample parking, friendly service, great layout, and great high quality food options and supplements. They also have all of the toiletry and basic household products you need. There is adequate staffing and I am rarely in a line that has more than 3-4 people in front of me. This is a great location to find healthy baby food and snack options. The produce section is always solid, with many organic options. They have a huge nut section, my guilty pleasure are their organic chocolate covered walnuts and almonds. read more

I just left this location as a very satisfied and happy grocery shopper! The cashier Chris has great customer service and works well under pressure. The system was encountering some technical difficulties and it was holding up the line but he remained sweet through the process. Once the nice manager lady came to help they open up another register and everything moved quickly. The older gentlemen at the meat department was very helpful and friendly too. Came in today for some pickling spices and vinegar. As I was checking out, I remembered I had forgotten the vinegar and ran to the aisle. They were sold out. I found a worker! Chris! He immediately went to an adjacent aisle where there were a stack of boxes; he opened a box, pulled out the vinegar.. and i was amazed. I go to Sprouts very often, not just this location but several others too. I'm not sure what's been going on with their employees recently, especially cashiers, this is my second time I encountered poor service and poor judgement. Couple months ago, at a different Sprouts, they charged me for a bag I brought myself (wasn't even Sprouts bag). And it turned into a bigger problem when then they couldn't refund it for some reason. Then yesterday at this location, when the cashier was ringing up the purple yams, she accidentally pulled in another produce bag with a large avocado in it and weighed it together. She didn't notice until she moved the yams off the scale. I'm not sure why she didn't void the yams, weigh it again and ring it up again. I obviously paid more than I had since the weight was incorrect. The difference was over $1.70 due to the extra weight. Did she think I didn't see, or she just doesn't care? read more

Didn't handle my return professionally. Bought 3 items, returned 1, which still qualifies me for the discount (2nd one at a reduced rate). However, clerk didn't give me the full refund as the discount was linked to the item I returned. The clerk should have reassigned items or given me the difference in a separate refund or store credit. Instead the clerk asked me if it is ok if I don't give you the full refund. I wasn't going to argue my point as it would have made lo other guests wait even longer. How unprofessional. read more

I used to love Sprouts but the price gouging lately has really gotten out of hand. Expect 90% of the grocery items to be $1-$2 more than Whole Foods, on average. Literally the same exact brands and items are priced way worse. Their Bison Ribeye is marked up even more than that. I think corn tortillas are around $7 now, which is ridiculous for a cheap item like tortillas. Grocery prices are already way too high as it is, but it's much worse at Sprouts. Now just seems like not the time to be greedy and swindle your customers. They used to have good deals, barely anything you would actually want is ever on sale now. I don't even bother to look at their cheese section anymore because their prices are never competitive at all. I don't know what the heck happened to this company but it's a real bummer. I don't like this store. Sales people can't answer any questions. Items I used to buy are no longer offered. We loved getting Mortadella in the deli department but now it's made with too much fat (probably cheaper this way). Actually deli department is boring: at least 10 varieties of turkey and maybe 1 or 2 of ham. That's all. May I recommend corn beef, bologna, olive loaf, prosciutto etc. The reason I gave 3 stars instead of 1 is because of Bill in the meat department. I love coming here for a quick bite. Their $5 sandwiches are great and the guy who made my sandwich was really nice and helpful. Add ons such as extra meat, avocado, cheese, etc, are about $1-2 more depending on what you get. This location doesn't toast it for you which prevent a 5/5 from me but it was still yummy. Today is March 17, 2020 and as you know, the COVID-19 has gotten a lot of people on a panic and hoarding/stocking/over-buying a lot of necessities (ie. Milk and eggs, etc.). I came to this Sprouts at 6:52am this morning in hopes to buy Vital Farm pasture raised eggs and Horizon 100% grassfed milk as it is on sale this week and today is the last day to get this sale. Stood in line to wait for the store to open only to find that the shelves are still empty due to aforementioned panic-frenzy people who are stockpiling this stuff as if it is armageddon. Anyway, a really nice associate told me that they should be getting a shipment of eggs and milk in today and to check back in 2-3 hours. I called every single Sprouts store in the OC and a few stretching towards Corona and no one had any in stock or sold out immediately after they got them eggs in. I called back this store to check and Zach from Dairy took my call and was so nice and patient with me on the phone. He knew it's been so hard for many people to get eggs and he was so kind to let me know that they got a shipment of the exact type of eggs I was looking for and I was able to purchase them as I do not live far from this location. Everyone at this location was so kind and nice despite the rude and angry customers lately due to the lack of stock because again, the aforementioned frenzy people who bought more than what they need. Needless to say, I felt that chivalry is not dead and I especially want to thank Zach from Dairy at this location because he was really kind, patient, and awesome! Thank you! read more
