Thank you, Randy, for making this Friday afternoon grocery stop a better experience than it was before receiving your kind help! I try to avoid shopping during busy hours, but couldn't today. It was turning out to be a frustrating time not only because of the crowd, but my phone's signal seemed to be blocked inside the store (it was working fine before I entered and after I exited the store). Thankfully, Randy helped me by sharing his Wi-Fi, and walking me through how to access the digital deals. I hope the store's management will double- check the cellular signal situation, and also reduce the hassle of accessing digital deals by just inputting the customer's phone number like a few years back. What a joke. Avoid the sword at all cost came here in the morning and not a single register was open only self checkout with one person who took over 15 minutes just to help one customer with zero care or awareness to anyone else waiting and was just an absolute ridiculous situation and you have employees all over the store doing stuff, but nobody checking people out. The computers weren't ringing up prices correctly, and it was just an absolute nightmare. Never have I had this problem on Albertsons. read more

Today, Monday, December 22, 2025, I, Rassin Roshan, placed two (2) orders of flower bouquet through Albertsons website. The process went through my phone On a GROUPON order sheet, I received confirmation number and for each order a confirmation order email. See attached. I called Albertsons florist department number to confirm my order(s). The most lovely Ms. Patti looked through her side of the orders, saw nothing. She suggested, I should call the phone number associated with the email. I thanked her and called the number. I took her suggestion and I called (800)580-2913. I spoke to a customer service from India. He too was very nice, but couldn't find my order. Well, I called Patti at Albertsons back and explained my situation. Ms. Patti a very kind person looked again through her backside of orders placed online. Unfortunately , she couldn't find my two orders. I live in Plano, TX, and can't get up and purchase flowers for my friend/adopted mother who lives in Santa Ana. CA. The most kind Ms. Patti, created a little flower bouquet see attached, and hand delivered to the destination. Thank you Patti at the floral department at Albertsons, North Tustin, for saving the day. She took initiative and gave me her time to research to locate my two orders. She solved my problem, by a most kind gesture of creating a little flower bouquet and delivering it and sending me a confirmation picture by text to my phone. Ms Patti is an outstanding customer service representative for Albertsons Florist. I highly recommend her. I went into this store around 10:00 a.m. today. We are in cherry season so I thought I'd take a look and see if they were worth purchasing. I looked and the first three bags of cherries had heaps of mold in all three of them. I asked one of the staff nearby who was stalking whether or not there were more cherries as the ones that were out were awful. He said he would check in the back and I said thank you so much! When he came back he sat down a box of cherries in the case next to where I was looking. He then stated these could be just as bad as the ones that I was looking at. In the case! I asked, do you mean they could be moldy just like the ones in the case? He said well I haven't looked them over so it's possible! The worst customer service I have ever had in this store! This grocery chain always has the biggest produce section of both organic and non. Helpful staff too. I can always depend on Albertsons to display the newest items that just came out. And the Signature Select bottled juices are one of my favorites. They have really good fruit mixtures with no added sugar needed. I do just wish that they had an organic option within their brand line. read more

Just wanted to give kudos to Cydney in the meat department. I went in to get some frozen fish fillets for my senior mom. (She is on a very bland diet so fish and chips is a huge treat) Couldn't find them so she showed me where they were. (btw they are in a weird place). They were sold out of the ones on sale. She stopped what she was doing -- without being asked -- to check if there were more in the stockroom. They did not have them so she honored the sale price on the other brand. A simple gesture (and saved me $3) and made my day. Kindness counts. Plus great customer service. read more

The prices are ridiculous here. A 12 can pack of Dr. Pepper Cream soda currently costs $8 at Target. The same exact one costs $12 at this and all Albertsons. A bag of Lesser Evil popcorn costs $3.50 at Target and $5 here. I saw this with every regular item I buy. Then while I was ringing MYSELF up, the employee watching the self checkout registers walked up to me and had the audacity to ask if I wanted to donate to some charity. Didn't even bother saying hi to me before so. It's not the first time this has happened at an Albertsons. Why doesn't Albertsons, which has locations across the entire country, do the donating instead of passing the buck to its customers? Why people regularly choose to pay higher prices for the same items cheaper elsewhere while being randomly pressured to spend more money is beyond me. read more

The good: - A large supermarket with most everything you could need - Clean, well-stocked, well laid out with name brands and generic - Nice big parking spots, loading/unloading your crew is easy - Produce variety of seasonal items are good, cob corn all year! - Essentials like bread. eggs. and milk are reasonably priced - I like their meat section but one complaint below - Great sales on sodas and other items (i.e. buy 2, get 2 free) - Starbucks and a pharmacy inside - EV charging stations outside - They have employees than can shop and load for you - Helpful manager The bad: - Tri tip roasts are up to 1/3 of the weight is fat on the bottom. even trimmed - In some mornings there are no cashiers, just self checkout, sometimes a pain - Rising prices like all stores I like this store a lot. It serves my needs most of the time. Unless it's a hot sale (like Rib roasts at half price during the Thanksgiving to NY EVE), they're usually well stocked. If I need to ask an associate where something is, they always know. I really wish they would have cashiers in the morning. Sometimes I see people with a large shopping cart full of stuff and feel bad if they need to do self checkout. Not much more to say, except it's the best store around these parts for me read more

I ordered a birthday cake for my boyfriend from Albertsons and the ordering process started off smooth. I went in, placed my order, and everything was taken down correctly. The day before pickup, I called to make a few changes to the design--specifically to update the wording on top and add two things to the sides of the cake. They confirmed the changes with me over the phone and repeated everything back correctly. But when I picked it up, the order was wrong. They completely forgot to add my boyfriend's name on the cake, and when I mentioned it, they just said "sorry" and offered to squeeze it in really small underneath, which I declined. I had asked for the number "27" to be on the side of the cake, but they placed it on the front instead--and it looked rushed, smudged, and off-centered. The top writing also came out uneven and messy. When I brought all this up, no one offered a discount or partial refund--I still had to pay full price for a cake that didn't match what I asked for. Purchase chicken from the meat department, cooking as soon as I got home 20 minutes after purchase. The chicken was bad and had a rotten smell. I have been coming to this Albertsons for a long time to pay a consolidated bill through western union. I had never ever been asked for my ID to make a payment never ever. I know they ask for ID when you get a big money order but I was not getting a money order when the manager in turn I asked me for my ID. I felt he was BIAS towards me and rude when I didn't have my same address as the one I have in my ID. My bill payment was not even over $100 and he asked for my ID?? Like WTH. I did feel discriminated by this person. I didn't get his name but I know he is new to the store because I have never seen him before. read more

Why can't it be zero stars. I had hoped they would improve after their remodel- no. Items sold out, shelves not fully stocked, expired items on the shelf. I arrived at 7:50 PM on 02/27/26 and the Starbucks counter was unattended. I waited and then came back to ask if I could still order a drink since it wasn't 8:00 PM yet. The employee told me they were already closed and refused service. I'm confused because the posted closing time is 8:00 PM. If they are going to close early, the hours should reflect that. It's inconvenient to arrive before closing and still not be able to order. At that point, I might as well have gone to a drive-through location instead. read more

Been shopping here for 13 years, have always had nothing but good experiences from every team member who works here. Some of the Nicest kindest hardworking people at this Albertsons, I hope the company does its best to take care of their employees at this store. Another reason I come here also is every department is on point, -Floral, green ambience is refreshing when you enter front door, always some of the best flowers I've ever seen, tie dye and blue roses too !! -Bakery, excellent -Butcher counter always clean and great selection, Deli, can't beat the wings and fresh made ready salads. So incredibly disappointed with the custom birthday cake I ordered for my daughter's birthday. $60 literally down the drain. Dry. Filling was not what I ordered (and what they did put in there was so thin of an amount why bother). We ate one slice of a 10 inch cake and couldn't eat any more. Only two checkouts staffed with function human beings were open, the other four were closed. All of the customer powered self checks were in use, with 3 requiring assistance. But the two female staff were huddled together at their desk, repeatedly telling customers trying to give the store revenue that they would be there shortly. Sorry, when attempting to make a purchase on the way home from work, assurance isn't needed shortly, it's needed now. Staff more checkout lanes and chuck the "self-service", or next time it happens you will have to hire more persons to re-shelve what was just left at the self-checkout. read more

With only a week left before our wedding, we finally went to the bakery inside our local Albertsons to inquire about a custom wedding cake order.
