    Today, Monday, December 22, 2025, I, Rassin Roshan, placed two (2) orders of flower bouquet through Albertsons website. The process went through my phone On a GROUPON order sheet, I received confirmation number and for each order a confirmation order email. See attached. I called Albertsons florist department number to confirm my order(s). The most lovely Ms. Patti looked through her side of the orders, saw nothing. She suggested, I should call the phone number associated with the email. I thanked her and called the number. I took her suggestion and I called (800)580-2913. I spoke to a customer service from India. He too was very nice, but couldn't find my order. Well, I called Patti at Albertsons back and explained my situation. Ms. Patti a very kind person looked again through her backside of orders placed online. Unfortunately , she couldn't find my two orders. I live in Plano, TX, and can't get up and purchase flowers for my friend/adopted mother who lives in Santa Ana. CA. The most kind Ms. Patti, created a little flower bouquet see attached, and hand delivered to the destination. Thank you Patti at the floral department at Albertsons, North Tustin, for saving the day. She took initiative and gave me her time to research to locate my two orders. She solved my problem, by a most kind gesture of creating a little flower bouquet and delivering it and sending me a confirmation picture by text to my phone. Ms Patti is an outstanding customer service representative for Albertsons Florist. I highly recommend her. She is also an outstanding citizen providing me on the phone service as she might been having a very busy day at the store. Thank you Ms. Patti for all your help today, Monday, December 22, 2025.     This grocery chain always has the biggest produce section of both organic and non. Helpful staff too. I can always depend on Albertsons to display the newest items that just came out. And the Signature Select bottled juices are one of my favorites. They have really good fruit mixtures with no added sugar needed. I do just wish that they had an organic option within their brand line.

    This is a "trimmed" Tri Tip with so much fat from this Albertsons.

    The good: - A large supermarket with most everything you could need - Clean, well-stocked, well laid out with name brands and generic - Nice big parking spots, loading/unloading your crew is easy - Produce variety of seasonal items are good, cob corn all year! - Essentials like bread. eggs. and milk are reasonably priced - I like their meat section but one complaint below - Great sales on sodas and other items (i.e. buy 2, get 2 free) - Starbucks and a pharmacy inside - EV charging stations outside - They have employees than can shop and load for you - Helpful manager The bad: - Tri tip roasts are up to 1/3 of the weight is fat on the bottom. even trimmed - In some mornings there are no cashiers, just self checkout, sometimes a pain - Rising prices like all stores I like this store a lot. It serves my needs most of the time. Unless it's a hot sale (like Rib roasts at half price during the Thanksgiving to NY EVE), they're usually well stocked. If I need to ask an associate where something is, they always know. I really wish they would have cashiers in the morning. Sometimes I see people with a large shopping cart full of stuff and feel bad if they need to do self checkout. Not much more to say, except it's the best store around these parts for me

    I would like to compliment Randy from the Newport Ave. store in Tustin, CA. He helped me with balloons Sunday 3-23-25. At 7pm. He was very friendly and was always involved in my getting my order correct. I much appreciate him!! He deserves a kudos thank you Randy for making my daughter's birthday special.

    I ordered a birthday cake for my boyfriend from Albertsons and the ordering process started off smooth. I went in, placed my order, and everything was taken down correctly. The day before pickup, I called to make a few changes to the design--specifically to update the wording on top and add two things to the sides of the cake. They confirmed the changes with me over the phone and repeated everything back correctly. But when I picked it up, the order was wrong. They completely forgot to add my boyfriend's name on the cake, and when I mentioned it, they just said "sorry" and offered to squeeze it in really small underneath, which I declined. I had asked for the number "27" to be on the side of the cake, but they placed it on the front instead--and it looked rushed, smudged, and off-centered. The top writing also came out uneven and messy. When I brought all this up, no one offered a discount or partial refund--I still had to pay full price for a cake that didn't match what I asked for. Super frustrating, especially for a birthday.

    The main butcher is terrible. He is rude and unhelpful every time we go there. We will be shopping elsewhere from here on out.

My group of friends and I were purchasing snacks and waiting respectfully in line at Register 14. Our group consisted of one African American individual and three Southeast Asian individuals. When it was our turn to check out, the cashier told us the store was closed and refused to ring up our items. She directed us to customer service instead. When we went to customer service, we were informed that the store was actually still open until 10:00 PM. What made the situation even more upsetting was that after refusing to serve us, the cashier immediately rang up the customer behind us. If the store was truly closed, why were other customers still being checked out? The entire interaction felt targeted, disrespectful, and humiliating. While I cannot know the cashier's intentions, being denied service while another customer was served moments later left my friends and me feeling singled out and unwelcome. Rather than argue, I left all of my items behind and walked out. I have shopped at 99 Ranch for years and never expected to experience something like this. I hope management reviews the surveillance footage and register activity from Register 14 around 9:00 PM on June 6, 2026, and addresses why customers were falsely told the store was closed while others continued to receive service. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

    Disappointed at the Red Hill Location - Might Switch to Closer Stores…read moreI've been a loyal Stater Bros. customer for years. I regularly drive at least 12 miles past other grocery stores just to shop at the Kensington Park Drive location because their customer service has always been outstanding. The staff there is friendly, helpful, and makes the extra trip worth it every single time. Today I decided to try the Red Hill location instead, and I was really let down. The store seemed mostly empty, but the cashier Adrian at the 15-items-or-less register got visibly upset when he saw I had 17 items. I immediately apologized and explained I wasn't paying attention and had just gone to the closest register. Even though there was no line behind me (just one employee buying a drink) and another register was open, he made it very clear that my 2 extra items were a major inconvenience. It honestly ruined what should have been a quick, simple trip. After years of great experiences at your other store, this one bad interaction left a sour taste. I'm now seriously considering trying the other grocery stores closer to me instead of continuing to drive out of my way.

Restroom could have been just a tad cleaner and it gave off Saw restroom vibes but no big worry. As I was perusing thru produce, some of it was a bit yellowed and wilted already (packaged ones).

I'm prepping tonight so we can enjoy July 4. This Whole Foods has everything.... Except tomatoes.

Employees often ask if I need assistance, and I've generally had better customer service here than at some other grocery stores. The store carries a good selection of products and usually has everything I need, so I continue shopping here. However, there is one issue that I can no longer ignore: the restroom. This is not based on a single visit. Over the course of many months, I've used the restroom multiple times and have repeatedly found it in an unacceptable condition. I've seen urine on and around the toilet, feces left on the seat, and a general lack of cleanliness that is shocking for a grocery store. What concerns me most is that this is a business that sells food, including fresh produce, deli items, seafood, meat, and prepared foods. When a restroom is consistently maintained at such a poor standard, it naturally raises questions about the store's overall sanitation practices. I want to be clear that my criticism is directed at management and facility maintenance, not the employees working on the sales floor. The staff has always been kind and helpful to me. I am posting photos because this issue has been ongoing for a long time and needs attention. I hope management addresses it, because the employees and customers deserve a cleaner and more sanitary environment.
