I love shopping at this specific Sprouts! I lovethe Double ad Wednesday's because I get to shop sales for both weeks! My favorite is when they do Their buy one get one 50% sale. I love their bulk prices, I always buy the granola and gummy Bears! The oats they sell are the best ones for overnight oats and the produce always lasts me soo much longer than anywhere else! They have awesome sales and the best is knowing they have things that are healthy for your family! There is always someone willing to help! The guy at produce offered to cut a dragon fruit and offered me a sample when he saw me looking at them! He didn't know it was the first time I had ever tasted a dragonfruit and now I mix them in my fruit salad regularly! Selection usually limited to the usual suspects regardless of condition. Seem to have many products that are really green but have been gas ripened. Bread and bakery are generally not tasty. Excellent variety and quality in their self-serve dry foods section, with generally very good prices. Poor and expensive dairy section. Employees usually helpful but not outgoing or available. read more

All the workers here are super helpful! The produce is fresh and the lines are short because a worker opens up a register when they see customers waiting. Specific to the sandwich bar: formerly, sandwiches could be press toasted. Not generally a huge loss, but for the Italian meets served on refrigerator cold bread it's a killer. Eliminating Boars Head as premium sandwich meats/cheeses is fine: those on offer remain good quality. Mourn the loss of a fresh mozzarella option Sandwich bar gets busy, but they usually staff sufficiently. The combo option of adding water and chips for a buck is good value. Sandwich prices run 6-7 bucks, which is a good deal. read more

I give 5 stars because the manager Chris will help out and tell you what is going on when you want a product that is not on the shelf. The employees always go in back and look for product when the shelf is empty. They don't act like you bothering them. They act happy to do it. Makes shopping better. My most favorite Sprouts location!!! The inside is so clean and everything is in its place. They even group the keto bread in its own section! If you are on the keto diet or getting ready to start this is a must stop for you! They have several different super low carb bread options along with keto friendly wraps. Yes, you pay more than for normal stuff but when you would sell out your third cousin to a crazed pack of chain smoking hard living llamas for a piece of bread.... you will find it actually affordable. It is all how you look at it. Like any Sprouts. it could have more of a selection on some items and less on others. The nice thing is this store is spacious. You can really get that social distance here! Which can be nice if you like a little room when your hunting food to drag back to your cave or house. Back away scavengers! This is MY food! Sometimes the lines are a little slow but they are quick to open more registers. Also, I find everyone who I've come across who work there are really genuinely nice. Even if I did get teased about my California notions of bags and paying for them! It was actually pretty funny, I can't ever pass for a local! I peeped that they have butter lettuce... if you haven't tried it please do! It's so soft and really makes for a enjoyable salad. I'm obsessed! If you want to kinda contemplate your place in the universe and how little we are when looking through the lense at the magnitude of space and time... go look at the wall of energy bars. The Good: Deli sandwich. Delicious (I wish they would heat them better though). The price is right too! The staff are terrific throughout the store. The Bad: Why charge so much? It hurts to shop there. The sushi is crazy expensive. You know for a "farmer's market", you would think that it would cater to the working man or woman. In lieu of the current global status, I like the fact they hand-wipe the shopping carts for you as well as keeping them separated from the used ones. Similar to Mark M's experience in 2020 (which he detailed in a Yelp review dated 5/26/2020), I was physically threatened by Sprouts employees while I was at the store this evening. 3 employees said they would kick my ass, and 1 employee said "you're about to get your ass kicked" At the checkout counter, the cashier Catrina asked me where I found an item that I presented a coupon for. I told her in the snacks/cookies section. She then asked me if it was in the front or the back of the store, and I said towards the middle. Catrina then told me "You don't have to be rude". I responded that I wasn't being rude, merely answering her questions and that I hoped to be able to pay for my groceries and head home. It was 9:50 and I noticed that this store closed in just 10 minutes (at 10 PM) After letting Catrina know that I was just answering her questions, Catrina raised her voice and said "you can stop now". I asked her what she meant, and she said "you know what you mean". At this moment, a man in the adjacent checkout line told me to "leave the cashier alone". I responded that the Cashier was in fact the person who was being disrespectful to me, and that I was merely answering her question. The man at the other register then called me an asshole. As I was walking out, he again called me an asshole, and I stopped to ask him why he was verbally accosting me. At this point, 4-5 male Sprouts employees approached me and told me that I had to leave at that very moment, and that if I didn't I would get my ass kicked. Two of the male Sprouts employees (one who referred to himself as the manager, I didn't see his name but he was wearing glasses) moved right up into my face - so close that I could smell their breath. The man with the glasses (who had referred to himself as a manager) reiterated that I was about to get my ass kicked. As I walked out the door, one of the male employees threw down his name badge and yelled "I'm going to kick your ass, this job isn't worth it" and then proceeded to call me "n*gga" (racially offensive slur). I continued to walk out the door, and the manager (wearing glasses) said that the cops were coming and that he had recording everything. I was followed to my car by this man and two other male employees, he approached my car and took video of my license plate. I left the premises, and wondered if I should ever return to this store (and if I did return, if I would be verbally assaulted and threatened with physical harm again) read more

I'm visiting and had a great experience here. All merchandise was nice and neat. I had no trouble finding what I needed. I was greeted by Metti, who offered excellent service and a friendly encounter. She was kind and very easy to talk to. I actually went back another time since I had a good experience with the staff. The ambiance was very relaxing and calming. Typically grocery stores are overwhelming, especially if you're new to the store, but all my food was organized in a logical manner and constructive which made my shopping easier and quicker. I use to live in San Luis Obispo and I loved the Sprouts there. They carry the 2 healthiest store bought pasta sauces and an array of great health food. Produce is usually good. I am a cook and have noticed something about Az, most things I would not refrigerate, I do now. It's not that they received shitty product, this weather seems to speed up the ripening process. Customer service has always been fine, I don't expect much. So a hi and bye is great. I read a couple other reviews, I enjoyed the one about the dog licking fruit. Gross, but funny. I would like to know the particular fruit it licked besides its own " berries" . Rather have that licking fruit than the guy who cried about having to wear a mask in the store. "Muh Liberties". Go live in SLO dude. Overall, Sprouts has been awesome no matter what location I had been in. So looking for a specialty health product. They usually have it. They had plenty of everything I needed in stock, the store was clean, the employees I interacted with were nice and helpful, the check out was quick, the produce was fresh, and the parking lot wasn't a total disaster like many grocery stores can be (and I was recently there on a weekend). We shop at this store often and find fresh vegetables, fruits, and other items as well. We were very disappointed in the customer service that the employees at the Deli section. We asked for very thinly sliced cold cuts and they were not thin sliced, we asked for hard salami and received pastrami. When we notified the employee she became upset, then another employee squared up to my wife as if she wanted to fight her. Very unprofessional! Poor customer service! I have a young man that would be happy to take that job and provide excellent customer service! This sprouts is the worst I've ever been to. Their fresh produce, mainly fruit, is very limited. What they do have is either not ripe enough it shouldn't have been picked or so ripe you got 2 days to eat it max. Their vegetables, unless organic, only come in HUGE bags. I don't need 14lbs of carrots. I just need like 4. I don't buy organic anything cuz it's all the same besides the price. Their meat selection is WAY overpriced. Also incredibly limited. They charge $7.99 for a tiny pack of blueberries. If you're looking for yogurt forget it. Milk, forget it. Unless you only drink soy. Even Their eggs are tiny. You can find some really good deals when shopping here, they have discounts every week on selected items so I you shop for those then it's cheap and high quality! My review is because of something that happened today. We were waiting in line. A young Hispanic female cashier at the lane next to us had the closed sign up. Then a young guy walked up and got behind us and she called him over to check him out. Then we went over to and asked if she was open. She said no. So we went back where we were. A few minutes later, another young man walks up and she called him over saying she could help him. She was only helping guys she found attractive it seems. She never offered to open for us or the older couple who was also waiting in line. This is the first time something like this has happened to me at any store. Super rude!!! read more
