She is always delightful and has a smile on her face. The service is great. We have had a problem every now and then but everyone does. They always make it right. The customer service and the service you get for your laundry is better than anyone in town. They are a cleaners who will remember your name and always try to help you if you are in a bind with time. More businesses need to hire more Veronica's because she cares about each of her customers. This customer will continue to go for the service and for the smile you get when you enter the door.

They also have a drive thru which is pretty unique. For a blazer and pant suit to be cleaned I paid $26, I personally think that price is appropriate.

Pants are always heavy starched for work. picked them up and they were pressed only. Not a big deal. Called comet to explain and asked if I could bring them back so they can be heavy starched. The lady insisted that's how my wife told them to do it. My wife said that wasn't the case but regardless of the misunderstanding I wanted to bring them back so they could be done how the notes are on file. Got a call back minute later by a different lady and she was upset and being confrontational about that's what your wife said to do. It got to a point quickly I asked if it's that big of a deal should I just go somewhere else and she said yes that be best. It's obvious she is having a bad day I get it but hope she reads this and provides better service going forward. Don't think what I was asking was unreasonable and people do have misunderstandings but she wouldn't let it go. First comment I've ever left so that should say something to you if you read it.

There were no stains or anything on it, I just wanted it freshened up. I only wore it once. When I picked it up, the girl I dropped it off with gave it to me and I notice right away as well as the girl who I gave it to me acknowledged that it was not in the same condition as it was when I dropped it off. We got the manager involved and he denied that the dry cleaner did the damage. He did not offer to give me back the cost to have it cleaned, and said I would have to take their business to small claims court to get any reimbursement for damages. I haven't been back since, and I highly recommend to stay clear of this dry cleaner.
