This is my favorite grocery store. Clerks are Nice and the stockers are very helpful. Heat produce and meat departments.

What an improvement!! There must have been a management change at this location in Prescott Valley. The overall store has a much better "vibe" than it did in the past! The employees are friendly and helpful. The produce looks fresher, and the people working in that department are much more accommodating. They are happy to move their cart out of the way while stocking. No more dirty looks, yay! And lastly, they allow customers a chance to sample 3 different types of hot coffee, to help with their ground coffee selections. They are smart to provide small sample cups, because they will definitely get it back in sales! I am now thrilled with my **new & improved** Sprouts store!! read more

We so appreciate Sprouts here in Prescott. Produce department is the best. Interesting house brands. Not a discount store, but high quality and professional staff. We so appreciate Sprouts during the time of COVID, as they expect customers and staff to adhere to common sense measures, unlike other grocers. read more

Best fresh fruit ever. Easy to get around items easy to find. Prices are reasonable. I like it better than big stores

In fairness, I gave them a week to respond to my emailed concerns - they've chosen to ignore me. Went to this location having never been to a Sprout's before, but had heard good things. I liked the low aisles (store seems more open/airy), lighting, and produce selection. I didn't like the meat. For some reason at Sprout's, "Manager's Special" means nearly-expired meat at full retail price. Any other grocery that does it discounts it significantly. They also mis-labeled the ingredients in their stuffed burgers and for some inexplicable reason chose to bag the raw hamburger with the fresh fruit. I cooked the meat that same night and it was one of the worst hamburgers I've ever eaten - it didn't get finished. I certainly won't be purchasing meat here again, and I am none too pleased with their customer service. read more

Always fresh. Huge selection of unique candies, nuts, and fresh fruits. Sprouts usually has excellent customer service, so I don't know what other reviewers are complaining about! Since this one opened recently, it is understandable that workers are still getting used to their jobs. read more

I can't say enough about the Sprouts store. I can get a rain check that NEVER expires, Baby back ribs that are all meat instead of fat like most stores. Great employees, courteous and helpful. Buy the baby back ribs on sale. Best moneys worth in town! read more

I work in the valley and have shopped Sprouts before, so I was so glad to have a Sprouts up here! You can't beat the produce anywhere, the wine selection is good too. They have the best price Deli sandwiches in the world. The meat counter is very competitive with anybody and the fish is pretty decent also. Absolutely incredible supplement section, they have everything, not as good as online pricing but you don't have to wait. Thanks Sprouts for coming to the Prescott area. read more

Love having Sprouts in Prescott but I wish they'd do a better job with the salad bar. They need a vegan choice of salad dressing and keep the lettuce bens full. Also wood like to see a vegan area in the store where I know I'm not buying animal products. I hate having to scrutinize every label. read more

I Have been shopping at Sprouts sense they opened every week ,mI have spent thousands of dollars in this store and have only ever returned some moldy cheese. Today I tried to return some nasty toothpaste that I purchased I just wanted to exchange it for a different brand. I didn't have my receipt but the cashier has seen me in there many times. I had to jump through hoop after hoop then they were going to charge me 25% just to exchange the toothpaste. If this is the way Sprouts treats there good customers I guess I won't be one anymore. Buyers beware at Sprouts and just hope you don't have to return anything.some of the worst customer service I have ever had. To bad I use to really enjoy shopping at Sprouts not any more. read more

We're pleased that Sprouts has reached the Quad-cities area, they were one of the treats of a drive down to Phoenix - I've always had a pleasant experience, opening week was hectic but things seem to settled in now - I just wish this store had a real lunch counter section like the big ones down in Phoenix. read more

Just visiting from Phoenix and saw this store on the way to the motel. Love our local shop so stopped in for some snack veggies and a few dark chocolate peanut butter cups (they're for the Mrs., I swear!) Same great atmosphere we're used to, great service, and easy access. Produce is the best, as always. I heard the peanut butter cups were good too! read more

I find the staff quite friendly and have never bought anything I haven't liked . The store is clean and well stocked . I do watch the ads otherwise their can be pricey but I enjoy their service and happy they decided to open a store here in Prescott Valley, AZ. read more

I live in Prescott Valley and enjoy shopping at Sprouts, but I don't think they should be allowed to say that they are a farmers market. They have designed their store decor to "feel" like a farmers market, but they are not! They are resellers of some AZ local produce, but certainly not all of their produce is local. If you want Yavapai County local produce, PV has a real farmers market on Tuesdays in the Harkins Theatre parking lot. read more

I have a chronic respiratory condition so I can't wear a mask. I also need to see what I am buying. I went into the store relaying to the man at the door that they must be ADA compliant. Their on-line accommodations do not fit my needs. The manager, Devin, stopped me to tell me I had to wear a mask. I told her I can't wear a mask & they have to be ADA compliant. She told me about the on-line shopping which I said it doesn't work for me. Then she said she had to call the police & I said go ahead I don't care. She got on the phone to call the police. In the meantime I completed my shopping & left the store. How dare she call the police on me when there isn't any ordinance in our community regarding masks and in our community of 49,000 people only 249 have tested positive for Covid and there are only 31 people hospitalized with 16 people under investigation. The Sprout's draconian store mask mandates are overkill and an assault upon our rights. The fact she called the police on me is ridiculous. I'm thinking of suing. read more

Poorly managed. This is yet another manager who thinks his job is to sit in his office and let the employees do whatever they want. We used to leave with three bags of groceries after our weekly visit. That's down to a handful of items due to empty shelves, poor service, and a regular practice of discontinuing products. Every time we visit they are out of something. We stopped buying burrito tortillas because we ended up having to go elsewhere too many times. I complained and the the manager said they had sold the last case. We ended up back at the store two hours later for something else we forgot and more tortillas were on the shelf. He lied about selling the last case because he was too lazy to check the back room. Products are often not clearly priced, particularly in the produce section. They will advertise a price, but the code doesn't match the produce. Bait and Switch? The cashiers are terrible. Once we needed an extra bag and requested paper, and the idiot cashier proceeded to place each remaining item in a small, individual bag and expected us to carry them loose. Most of the time they are simply slow because they are socializing or daydreaming, or changing drawers while customers wait rather then between rushes. The store is usually a disaster, too. Step ladders and carts left blocking aisles, food all over the bulk aisle floors. Once we walked in and there were broken eggs on the floor. By the time we left those eggs still hadn't been cleaned up. Another time we needed to buy bulk oatmeal but there was a stack of empty boxes and trash on top of the barrel and the stocker was no where to be seen. When I complained to the manager he looked at me as if I were crazy. Another time I wanted to get a deli sandwich and the employees kept looking at me at the counter but no one ever came to take my order. I complained to an assistant manager about the slow service and he asked if I had received my sandwich. I said no, but his response was basically "okay." Terrible store, all due to a disinterested manager. By the way, only about 15% of the products they sell are safe to eat. Most still have harmful ingredients like GMOs and carageenan. Only one organic produce island, too. The rest has been soaked in chemicals. read more
