When we called to remind them of not having the product available when stated, they threatened to sue! Over $126!!!! Rather than deal with the courts (as they probably suspected) we paid the bill! He could have easily responded to my request for confirmation to let me know he wouldn't be there and to reschedule, but he chose to simply ignore it instead.
