Well, as you can see from our correspondence, he was initially responsive, but then ghosted me after stopping by the property. The tenants told me he didn't even look at the house, just noped it out of there after seeing the foundation crack. Haven't heard from him, not even to let me know he didn't want to work this job, and I called and left him voicemails, as well. I cannot recommend Alex at Xanadu Home Services, he's unprofessional.

I got an estimate from him, and he was very friendly. That's about the only good thing I can say…read more He said he would send me an itemized invoice, but he never did. When I texted him to confirm the upcoming appointment I had made for repairs, he never responded. On the day he was supposed to come and do the repairs, he did not show up, nor did he text or call to let me know that he would not be there that day. My wife and I had rearranged our whole day just to accommodate him, and he just left us hanging. He could have easily responded to my request for confirmation to let me know he wouldn't be there and to reschedule, but he chose to simply ignore it instead. So he may be friendly and good for a chat, but he is NOT reliable or professional. I do not recommend using him.
