This dealership is the biggest joke on the planet. Don't waste your time and energy by entertaining this vile and wretched business with your presence. Where do I even get started? I'll break it into a few points. 1) Lying. I saw a car on CarGurus that looked like a great deal and called ahead to confirm the car is available. I called monday and went sunday, a whole 6 days ahead. During the days in between I talked to the dealership EVERYDAY, confirming my presence. I walked in on sunday and was told "this car was actually sold yesterday". I gave them the benefit of the doubt and looked at what else they had. They had another car, which was IDENTICAL to the one I saw online and in fact, IT WAS IN WORSE CONDITION, but it was $2000 more expensive. Why? "oh because we bought it for more from the auction". Give me a break. The dealer I talked to was named Mr. Carlos. He gave me excuse after excuse as to why the identical car which was online, was $2000 cheaper. Don't even get me started on his passive aggressive remarks that are supposed to "push" you to buying a car. He called cars which were horrible offers "no brainers". "this is a steal, this car won't last till the afternoon to be honest". Also, while I was with Carlos discussing a deal, one of the other dealers called me on the phone to make sure I am still coming to my appointment. I asked him if the car is still available and he said yes. WHILE I AM THERE. Then I told him I'm with carlos and to come to us to close the deal, he said ok and closed the phone and never came. I called him back to see if he's coming and he acted as if he didn't know me. 2) Theft. If it weren't bad enough that they lied about having the car I wanted, if you do get a car from there, you will have to pay around $1000 in "processing fees". Are you kidding me? They were going to sell me a 2015 Honda Accord with FOUR BAD TIRES and they acted as if they are doing me a favor by "fixing it for a little extra". So an $11,900 car with tax and plates and all that SHOULD cost you around $13500-$14000, and that's if you're from new york and also have a lot to take care of with the car. At this dealership, that car costs $15,300. This is straight up theft. Have some class. 3) Unprofessionalism. My final point. After Carlos showed us a $15,000+ price tag on this car and we correctly said no, the main boss came in. I want you to imagine an italian mafia boss that goes home and yells at his wife saying "Marie you call this lasagna?". A pale old man in his 60s with a button up shirt unbuttoned at the top and two big tacky gold rings on his left ring finger and pinkie. The attempted intimidation was surreal. After disagreeing on the price, his voice got loud and he acted like he didn't care. Great showing from an owner, top class to be honest. What a joke. If you want to waste your time or overpay for a car or get bullied by an old italian guy, this is the dealership for you! Well, Les Tyler from this Square One Auto responded to a text message about a BMW 235i for listed for sale for $23,900. I asked about purchasing the car, and, as I am out of state, I was told that I could just buy the car, and pay for the taxes and registration fees in my own state. Les then told me that the total price of the car is not $23,900, as advertised, but it is $26,670 because, in his words, through text, "The car's valued at $30,000," "We're way below market value," and, finally, when asked why the price was increased so much from the advertised price, not including tax, title, license, Les responded that "It's the cost associated with the documentation, certification and inspection of the vehicle." So, a price is advertised, and apparently they add on an inspection of something? I'm not sure of what kind of certification there could be through a used car lot on a BMW, so the cost there is how much? I guess the documentation accounts for the almost $3,000. I bought a used 2017 Lexus with this place and within a week it started falling a part and the engine blew while I was driving it. They gave me another car because they sold me a car with over 5 grand of damage they did not tell me about. The other 2017 Lexus they gave me almost cost me my life. The hood clip came loose while I was on the highway in the left lane detaching from my car and slamming my windshield in on the left lane of a highway. After that horrible experience I brought the vehicle I got from this dealership to a body shop to have a look, after they inspected it, not including what happened to my car with the hood there was 6 thousand in damage to my car that was not disclosed upon purchase. When I tried getting the plates for this nightmare of a car the owner of the dealership would not give them to me until I gave him 500 dollars I did not owe him. After he extorted that money out of me I called him to notify him about the damage that was not disclosed to me upon purchase once again. The owner yelled at me and said that he does not owe me anything, even though the two cars I got from this dealership were both lemons. This place loves taking advantage of people. They also love bait and switch tactics which I considered predatory. Please do yourself a favor and never go to this establishment ever. I can't believe this place hasn't been shut down yet. If it was I would have been saved from a month of being lied to, very stressed out and feeling like I've made the biggest mistake of my life. First they lied about the price of the car saying it was $15,900 and when signing the paperwork the price of car changed to $18,000. Second they added all these ridiculous extra after market things to the price which made the auto loan out to $23,000. Third they said that if I wasn't happy I had up to 72 hours to come back and return the car. Well the owner and the men who sold me the car called me a liar. "They never said that" Third, I went there and told them I need to have a co signer and instead of having me and my co-signer on the paper work they just put all of her information. So everything is in her name. I was mislead! everything that we spoke about was not what we were signing. And this is where I feel like I made the biggest mistake I trusted this dealership and they have put me through so much stress. I went back and argued about why the prices were such a big difference and what can be done about it. The owner Alex then agreed to take off all the after market things and the loan amount would change to be about 4,500 less. Well I had Alex sign a paper stating what was just said. This is what has to be done when dealing with these kinds of people. You need to have a video recording and have them sign everything you speak about. I have been back there about 5 times and after so many calls and text messages I was sure they weren't going to follow through with any agreements on making me a happier customer. It took a month to get my plates and registration. Well my friends since she is the real owner.. I got the plates and registration and they actually were truthful and did send a check to the bank for the loan amount to go down. So I am back to paying off my $18,000 loan. My friend and I are so relieved to be done with this place! DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME. Lowest prices around.... until your signing and end up paying so much more for a used car. read more

I went to purchase a car that I had been told via a phone message was in stock. When I got there the salesperson said it was sold that day. "Yeah ok" So I was shown other cars, the interior of the cars were all dirty and a turn off to any prospective buyer. were it not for the fact that they had a loaded model of the car I wanted (Honda) , I would have just left. My salesperson was not knowledgeable about the cars at all. He didnt make a decent sales pitch. and he sent someone else out to do the test drive with me. Sadly, I stayed and tried to purchase a vehicle that I felt was in good condition. After everything was set the finance manager comes and explains that there are approximately $1,850 in dealers fees and total fees of $2,700 which have to be added in. This now changes things financially. I felt that I could have been told this from the start and not wasted my time. This dealership is new and has a lot to learn and improve if they plan on being around for awhile. read more

PLEASE do not be FOOLED this place is full of FRAUD!! They will be so nice to you make you feel good and the car you get is great. I purchased a vehicle that was never inspected (which I was told) there were things broken, I was told would be fixed and wasn't. I requested my money back and got the runaround. I was told I would have a penalty fee of $2,000 (which was a LIE!!) if I gave the car back. They could not produce any paperwork on where the $2,000 fee went to. I spoke with the GM who was DISRESPECTFUL and NASTY. I then waited for the owner who tried to sweet talk to me to keep the vehicle he told me he didn't take back cars, but once I told him his manager Melvin and GM told me I could, he said my tone made him change his mind (B.S.). I never had an attitude because I knew I would be taking them to court. I called the cops to file a complaint. The police came and my end result LEE the OWNER screamed at me calling me a liar and how he didn't deal with liars but gave me my $3,000 back. They will try to BULLY YOU DONT"LET THEM!!!! Bait and Switch, I drove 1 hour and called prior to heading to the dealer, sales person, David, said "Yes come in" when I got there he informed me 3 of the 5 cars I asked about were all sold then tried to sell me another vehicle, STAY AWAY, THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY! VERY DISHONEST --- We saw a 2017 Kia on the lot priced at $7000. When we got there the salesman "Fitz" pretended to look for it but said it was probably sold. He proceeded to sell us on cars that were approximately $5000 above our budget. After holding out he told us that his manager, Lee, approved the car we liked for $2000 less (I have an audio recording of this). However, when we were shown the paperwork, the original sticker price was listed. Lee assured me it was just taxes and fees. When the "finance guy" Paul met us at the bank (I KNOW, I KNOW, in hindsight it was a RED FLAG) it listed the original sticker price plus taxes and fees. Because I was so tired of dealing with them and my daughter wanted the car we just finalized the deal. Miraculously, the 2017 Kia reappeared as inventory on their website around 2 days later. When I called Lee on his runaround and unscrupulous practices, HE BECAME VERY ANGRY AND BEGAN YELLING SAYING HE IS GOING TO TAKE THE CAR BACK AND HE "OWNS IT NOW" which he cannot do since the deal was complete with the bank. Trying to bully a customer and resorting to intimidation shows lack of self-control. I advise recording all conversations (NJ is a one party consent state) and being very careful because the salespeople seem to follow his lead, appearing to me to be somewhat intimidated by him themselves. Once you sign, as Lee told me, there's nothing you can do. We also found out later that their "insurance guy" LIED TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY about my daughter's job in order to get her insurance to leave the lot. We found out after they canceled it because we could not verify the job that he told them about. I'm here to confirm the shadiness that smaller dealers, including this one, are doing to compete on the internet. They mark the price down considerably under KBB just to add, what looks like a legitimate, "Dealer Prep Fee" of almost the same amount as what it is discounted, bringing the car back up to full price. It is a bait and switch. I just left this dealership after test driving and inquiring about a car that was priced "$17,995" and was quoted out the door price at "$22,800". The price, written down, was way higher than sounded normal so I asked for a break down, because tax title license and doc fee should have had it at $20,900. A dealer prep fee (not required by law) of $1895 was added and a $695 pre-installed Lojack fee to activate it or $295 to not activate it. The salesman said the LoJack was optional, but paying $295 for something you don't want doesn't seem optional to me. His response to me wasn't to try to work on a deal, but to compare it on his computer to other cars in the area that weren't direct comparisons. Stay away from this place. You might be able to get a nice newer car, but you'll find better product at a place that doesn't try to rob you. read more

Finally I called, spoke to a "salesman" and was told the car I was looking for had "just taken a deposit". What a coincidence! He told me they had others at the same price I could see so I set an appointment for later that same day. He said he would text me his info and website link. That never came. So I went to the website on my own. Low and behold, there were 3 more cars just like the one I wanted on their site. Just like he said. I was pleasantly surprised.
