My iPhone is one of my favorite possessions. There, I said it :) So much of my life flows through that little device. So, you can imagine my reaction when, two days ago, I reached into my pocket to find that my iPhone front screen had been shattered. I had a bunch of business travel coming up - so I had to get it fixed immediately, and I wanted to make sure it was done well. I looked at my options online and saw that repairing the front of the iPhone myself was a complicated fix, and the quality of third-party screens online was suspect. I saw that getting a screen repair through Apple or AT&T was going to cost me an absurd amount of money. But then I saw iCracked online, read great things about it, and decided to give it a go. I'm so glad I did. Laurel was a phenomenal technician. She responded promptly to my request through the iCracked app, drove down to meet me the next day at a local Starbucks, and she was very pleasant to work with. She repaired my iPhone quickly without a hitch, explained everything as she went through it, and was very professional throughout the whole process. I've had a lot of computer repairs done over the last few years (including at the Apple Genius Bar) and Laurel was certainly the best. For little over $100, my phone is fully repaired less than 48 hours after it shattered. If you're thinking about hiring her... definitely do it. You never realize how much you miss your phone until it starts flipping out on you and you can't use it anymore! I have a really high stress job that requires me to keep in touch at all times with clients and my colleagues at work. I was rushing and left my phone on the top of my car and drove off. I heard it fall and realized what had happened but it was too late! The screen was shattered and the phone was totally unusable even though it was still powered on... I could hear the sound of important text messages coming in but could do nothing about it. Ugh! So I got back to the office and looked for a solution and found iCracked. They got in touch within a couple of minutes and were able to schedule an appointment immediately. The technician that came out ran a bit late (but he texted to let me know beforehand though, he was on another appointment that ran over, so not really a big deal) and he fixed the phone in about 30 minutes right at my desk. The service of this company is outstanding. I had 4 IPads and and 1 iPhone that needed to be fixed immediately. I got in touched with the company, they came out the very next day and picked up all devices. They even gave me a replacement iPhone so I would not miss a call or text. I assumed it would take a couple of days for them to get parts and fix all 5 of my devices. THEY HAD ALL OF THEM DONE THE NEXT DAY. THEY EVEN NOTICED I DIDN'T HAVE IPAD PROTECTORS AND SHOWED ME HOW THE PROTECTORS WOULD HELP PROTECT MY IPADS FROM FUTURE DAMAGE. THEY COULD HAVE SAID NOTHING AND ALLOWED ME TO DAMAGE MY DEVICES AGAIN (by accidentally dropping the devices, that is how all my screens were cracked in the first place). The company ordered the protectors for me and gave me a great price in the process. There prices was far better than any company out there on the open market. As you can read I am totally satisfied with their service and if you use them you will be extremely satisfied also. I am so furious with the tech that "fixed" came to my house and fixed my phone last night. Last week I dropped my phone and cracked the screen pretty bad,this time instead of calling another mobile phone repair company I called these guys. Well my phone works again except now the screen flashes and sometimes won't turn on at all,the home button dosent Work half the time and my front facing camera dosent even Work. The absolute worst part is that since this is the second screen I've had put on it I have no warranty!! I basically gave them $80 to make my iPhone 6 worse then it was before it was "fixed". After having my screen iPhone 5c repaired by another company, it mysteriously cracked again immediately the next day while resting in my purse. I was immediately suspicious of the quality of this replaced screen and waited hesitantly to find a quality repair technician to fix it once again. Thankfully, I found iCracked! My phone was repaired by David - he is professional and expedient, and my repair came with more than I expected! Not only did he identify that the other company lost some of my screws and fix this, the new screen comes with a protective screen cover, and it was all complete in 15 minutes! I had a cracked screen replaced on my iPad 4th generation. Anthony picked my iPad up in the evening and returned it the next morning. I was a little hesitant about letting my iPad go home with a stranger, but I understood that Anthony may need time for adhesives to set. I did not feel comfortable giving Anthony my pass code to unlock my iPad and set it to airplane mode for my comfort level. This meant that all the tests needed to make sure the iPad was functioning correctly with the new screen had to be performed when the iPad returned to me and the adhesives were already set. I broke my iPhone 4S the 2nd day I had it and wanted it repaired right away. I was leaving town on a business trip in a few hours, and Ken dropped what he was doing, and met me at Starbucks near my house RIGHT AWAY, and fixed the screen right in front of me in about 20 minutes. Bought a new iPhone 5 and within a month had cracked the screen. Of course, I didn't get the additional coverage that would have paid for itself with this repair. I called iCracked and Christopher showed up that evening to fix the phone. Chris was great! He contacted me immediately after I submitted a request via the icracked website. I had multiple phones that needed to be fixed (each with cracked screens) so he offered a "group discount", which I appreciated. We met at a Starbucks, he checked the phones thoroughly ... he took the phones back to his shop, and then we met a few hours later at a Chipotle, and he walked through the phones again. 5c damaged at 4pm on Sunday. Schedule appointment for 10am Monday, Labor Day holiday. Jason called 30 prior to say he could start early if I was ready. I setup table for him and he went to work on daughters 5c and my botched attempt at an iPad 2 self repair. He fixed both in about 2 hours with the iPad taking up the large majority of time. While you might be able to get a repair done for a few dollars less, why waste an afternoon at the mall or spending hours (and possibly days) trying to fix it yourself? Just call Jason! read more

I had a great experience working with Rashid. He was very fast, accommodating, and easy to stay in touch with. Since I had already bought a screen from iCracked.com, he only charged me for the labor when he fixed my phone. German did a great job on my iPad 2. I had it repaired at a local shop in DC and they cut my Wifi antenna and used subpar materials to attach a new screen. German fixed it all! Including the charging port that the other repair shop bent. German was very nice and professional. The only thing I do not like about iCracked is they seem to prefer texting. I do not mind it after they have my device, but to explain the initial problem is a bit much to text. Overall, excellent job! read more

What a great experience. Anthony came to the neighborhood where my office is located and fixed my iphone's cracked screen in a Moe's. First thing he does is run you through a bunch of tests to make sure the phone has all of its functionality. Then in 40 minutes, he texted me that it was ready.
