Always wanted to get them done and other businesses were booked out till winter with no availability. Woke up one morning, and thought we definitely need to get our windows cleaned so I contacted several businesses and Golden State window responded within 15 minutes. He said he had a slot open for late afternoon and the price was so fair and reasonable. I couldn't refuse. Jose and the crew came out cleaned 33 windows inside and out including scrubbing, wiping and vacuuming the inside tracks. We were so pleased with the service, we decided to go with Jose and replace all 33 screens as well. He even installed metal tabs so we can easily lift the screens out as needed. The job began on Wednesday and was completed by the following Monday. I actually got a call back three days later from another company, but they were too late. As the saying goes, the early bird gets the worm! Kudos to Jose and Golden State Window Cleaning. I appreciate the hustle and work ethic. Highly recommended!!!

Just as I was about to make a decision, Brightedge reached out and, after some back-and-forth, offered a reduced price. They had fewer reviews than the other companies, which made the choice a bit uncertain--but I ultimately decided to give this newer business a chance. I'm so glad I did. They were able to fit the job into my preferred timeframe and even provided a virtual quote based on window count and mapping tools, which made the process easy and efficient. From the moment they arrived--right on time--they were professional, courteous, and worked nonstop for the five to six hours they were here. The quality of their work was outstanding. Some of my windows unfortunately have condensation between the panes, which I had mentioned in advance. They did everything they could to improve their appearance and took the time to clearly explain why that happens and what it means long-term. I really appreciated their willingness to educate me--it's information that will be useful going forward. After completing the job, they also offered to steam clean my patio, driveway, and other outdoor surfaces at a very reasonable price. While I chose not to add that service this time, I appreciated the offer and will likely take advantage of it in the future.
