I live in RP and we have hard water. My windows were horrific. We had a dining room window that looked permanently cloudy! My old window cleaner told me it would cost extra to fix it and he would come back and apply a special paste to it. Well, that never happened! The guys were cleaning the widows (they are quick but thorough.).by the time I remembered to tell them about the dining room window and how it would need "extra" work they had already cleaned it. Inside, outside, up and downstairs were cleaned in an hour. They were professional, wore booties in the house, and it seemed as though they may have been training someone and the man training was so patient, I love to see that. Make sure you check the job when they are done. I was so happy to have clean windows that I assumed they cleaned the screens and the window tracks. They didn't. The window tracks still had flies and dirt in them. Most every one. I wrote an email and they offered to come back but my schedule is packed currently and scheduling would take forever so I did it myself. Disappointing~! read more

OMG DO NOT USE Unfortunately I can't give a zero star. This is the worst business I have ever encountered in my 68 years. To begin with they were 45 minutes lateNot only did they do a horrible job washing the windows.Water drops all over my hardwood floors. Took me actually a couple hours to clean up the mess of water drops and wet tennis shoe prints all over my upstairswood floors.The crowning glory was A 3 foot gouge in my upstairs walnut hardwood flooring. The owner said nothing to me. The other two workers were already in the car when I saw the damage. I noticed when I went up to check the windows. I called him up immediately and he said he did it. All he said was I'm sorry. Turns out he removed my 3 x 5 window to wash the outside and placed it on my walnut hardwood floors without putting anything under it and obviously dragged it across the floor because it is very heavy. I have never had a window washing company remove my windows to wash the exterior , anyone else would use ladders. These guys do not use any ladders. Not to mention the unprofessional workers he had throwing squeegees and poles out windows up to the roof And the fact that many windows are horribly Streaked. After a few text back-and-forth he denied even scratching my floor. What's the saying "a picture is worth 1000 words" let's just say you've been warned!! All the five star reviews and talking about "Bruce"is the previous owner. Also notice all the good reviews are about the previous owner and are talking about cleaning gutters. Be warned if you let this guy in your house.This new owner is not diamond certified as it states on the website and he's using all the positive comments and website details from previous owner. Asked the person how much to wash the lower unit as he was washing the upstairs unit. He said he could not tell without seeing mine. Great Gutter Cleaner Bruce come once a year to my house to clean gutters as we have large oak trees on our property that completely fill the gutters. He evens cleans several windows at the same time. He cleans up after himself and even comes with a small white dog. Highly recommend. read more

I've had Bruce and Chris out to clean my gutters twice within the last year because of winter's heavy rain, old trees that surround the place, and leaves that the weather left behind. Great Job! I have a house that consists mainly of floor to ceiling windows and have tried many different window cleaning companies in the sonoma county area. Squeegee Master (Bruce) did a great job! He quoted the job over the phone and was able to work my job in within a few days. He charges by the pane (no matter what the size) and his price includes inside/outside and screen cleaning. Bruce personally cleaned all the inside windows and screens and had a team member clean the outside. Not only were they FAST, but my windows were clean and clear. In addition, Bruce was very neat and careful in my home. His team member took pride in his work and before he left walked around the entire house double checking the windows to make sure they were perfect. Perfect job!!! Couldn't be any more pleased with the service. Called on a Saturday morning they happened to be nearby finishing a job, came over within 20 minutes. Don't count on the squeegee master. I am selling my home and arranged well in advance to have my windows cleaned before the first open house on a Sunday. I called back several times during the week because I had not been given a specific day, much less a "window" (no pun intended) when the workers would arrive. Each time I was assured that someone would be coming to wash the windows before the open house. The last time I called, I was told that the worker would be there on Friday and that he would be calling to give me a time to expect him. Well, about 2:30 on Friday the worker called to tell me that he couldn't make it, but said that if I was in a real hurry, he could do the windows on Sunday. Great. Nothing like having your windows being washed while prospective buyers are touring the house. read more
