After some recent heavy rains, I found myself dealing with some moisture in my basement. Basic inspection showed that my gutters were in serious need of cleaning; even light rain was building up and pouring over the side. I called around to several places and Kyle was one of the first (only?) to actually answer my call personally. The recent weather was causing problems for a number of people, but he was still able to go over to my house and provide an estimate just hours after I had called. He promptly called me back an indicated he would be able to do the job the follow day. He also suggested taking care of some longstanding moss issues as well. My roof is extremely steep, but if anything, he seemed eager to help me fix these longstanding drainage issues and get my gutters draining properly again. His quote as timely and reasonable. Sure enough, him and his crew showed up exactly on time and worked for a good 3-4 hours. Kyle is extremely friendly, professional and has an eye for detail and doing the job right. He found some defects in my gutter system and repaired them along with the rest of the work. He treated moss on both my roof, as well as the surrounding sidewalk. Kyle is so thorough that he emailed me an entire report of everything, including photos as well as a recommended plan for dealing with moisture issues going forward. As a final measure, he tested out my gutters to make sure they drained properly. The final invoice was for the exact amount quoted. My realtor recommended Squeegee Pros and I couldn't be more pleased! Kyle (Owner) answered the phone when I called on a Saturday, came out the next day (Sunday) for an estimate, and later that day sent a quote which seemed very reasonable. Right before putting our house on the market, Kyle washed our windows, cleaned the gutters, removed moss from the roof and applied moss treatment to it. My 4 year old son enjoyed watching Kyle wash our picture windows, he said it was like art (due to the patterns Kyle made with the soap). It was a rainy day though Kyle was a trooper (even with a cold) and got through the job in a few hours. I thought we should get our gutters cleaned because of all the rain we've been getting and because there was lots of leaves on our roof. I called Squeegee pros and Kyle got back to me right away. Someone came out the next day and the job was finished in about 40 minutes. With all the rain we've been getting again, I noticed that one of the downspouts was pooling water near the base and might be clogged. I emailed Kyle to let him know of the problem and he got back to me right away. He's sending someone to look at it first thing tomorrow morning. This is what I call great customer service.
