This business is NOT A JOKE…read more I don't know how else to say it, but in essence, this service brought in an army of professional cleaners and organizers and completely rejuvenated my house. The amount of detail and effort was unbelievably heroic. They cleaned the ceilings, walls, every crevice, disassembled/cleaned/reassembled my kitchen appliances, moved everything, scrubbed everything, turned the entire house upside down and did a total restoration. My stove was cleaned to the best of my ability, but after they did their magic, the years of baked on oil and grime were erased completely. They recaulked the bathrooms and touched up the paint on the cabinets. What! Toilets were cleaned amazingly well even the inside of the tanks. They completely renewed the house. As a result it feels new. There's so much less dust now overall. We didn't have a neglected or dirty house in the first place, but they went so far above and beyond what we were capable of. It's astonishing. Do not hesitate to engage with this company. Total professionals. Unreal results and they've clearly made a science out of this. These are not janitors or Housekeepers, though you could get them to maintain the place. These are professionals who are highly trained and passionate about what they do. I was able to find someone who could come to my home sooner but they offered to send someone out the following day so I kept my booking with Sunny Home Cleaners. My first booking was for a deep clean. That did not happen but when I expressed my concerns they sent the same person back the following day. They apologized and it was communicated when the cleaners came out there were just some misunderstandings as to what needed to be done. The cleaners were respectful of my home and did a great job. I was pleased and happy to keep working with the same cleaners. I like consistency and shared this when booking my cleanings and shared I am autistic so this is very important to me. The same cleaners came out two weeks later and did a great job. I got a call after stating I can no longer have the same cleaner anymore and they were going to send someone else. I refused and reminded them I like consistency. I was then told the person they sent out was an independent contractor that does not work for the company and they are not able to send her to my home anymore. I expressed that was not okay and was told I would get a call back within 24-48 hours. I had to call back 4-5 days later because I noticed the person I turned down was set to come to my home after I said no. I was advised there is nothing to be done so I cancelled all of my appointments. So my main problem is when I initially set up my appointment I was told they do background checks on all of their people but all of the sudden they aren't sure about who the initially sent to my home. I also was never told the cleaner did not work for their company. So when they canceled my appointments they charged me a cancellation fee and when I complained I was told they didn't know what I was talking about and will fix it right away. I didn't hear back so I called 1 hour later and no one answered my call. It should not be difficult to refund a charge. All in all this company is not honest and when they could not maintain their assurances they charged me for not being okay with it. I do not recommend this company. Edit: After leaving the review I got a call, I was asked to send proof of the cancellation fee, and I sent them a screenshot of the email receipt. I was then issued a refund within 5 minutes with a text confirmation. I was asked to remove the review but I decided to just provide an update. My experience was still my experience. They offered discounts along the way but all in all they just aren't a good fit for me. Things don't always work out. Give them a try, your experience might be better than mine.

Two people showed up to clean the 3 bedroom 2 bath house. They spent a total of over 3 hours to clean. The brought professional cleaning tools and supplies. They cleaned and scrubbed everything from kitchen to the bathtub to even the window corners. My parents cook some pretty oily and greesy stuff, they were able to clean those. They even cleaned the corners you don't notice everyday. At the end, my parents and I were very please with their service.
