DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT HIRE AMY'S CLEAN TEAM! After the initial walkthrough of my home, Amy quoted me $400 for a deep clean ($500 if they removed my son's knickknacks from dresser/shelves) & $175 for a basic clean every 2-3 weeks. I communicated that I wanted a deep clean to start & would then decide whether I wanted to continue with services. I left my home in a relatively tidy condition so the cleaners could focus their time on actually deep cleaning. I did mention to them that the bathroom was the dirtiest room in the house. Unfortunately, it felt as though they looked at my home & decided it was "good enough" rather than putting in the effort & attention expected of a professional deep clean. The bathroom was NOT cleaned at all. The shower walls & floors were still dirty, soap scum on the glass doors & water stains on shower trim, dirty around the toilet bowl, toiletries that had not been wiped down or cleaned, dirty sink, hair on the walls & floor, dust underneath the sink cabinet, floors & baseboards that had not been wiped down. See pics for reference, I had close to 50 pics of all areas left uncleaned but could only upload 20. Unfortunately, entire areas throughout my home were also left untouched, including the baseboards, fans, bookshelves, back of lamps, underneath the bed & the kitchen, dining room & living room floors not mopped. The entire house was left feeling almost exactly as I had left it, tidy, NOT deep cleaned. When I expressed my disappointment, Amy's initial response was "Really?" The following day, the focus shifted to the fact that 3 cleaners had supposedly worked "hard" for 3.5 hours, when they had actually had been there for only 3 hours. I understand they spent several hours in my home, but time spent does not equal quality of work. I thought I was going to pay for a thorough, professional deep clean & expected the level of quality that comes with that service. Unfortunately, I received neither the quality nor the results. Amy offered to resolve the situation by asking whether I was looking for a "discount." To be clear, I was not asking for any "discount" at all & to think that I wanted to "pay less" for half butt work. Given the condition my home was left in & the quality of the work performed by the general manager, Kerstyn & the two other cleaners, I believe this cleaning should have been offered completely FREE. Instead, Amy stood by her negligent cleaning crew & "apologized that they didn't meet my standards." Wow. Despite this, I voluntarily agreed to pay $175, the amount originally quoted for a basic cleaning, even though the service provided was far from what I would consider a basic cleaning. I did this in good faith rather than refusing payment altogether. Unfortunately, once Amy received payment, she ended communication. There was no meaningful follow up, accountability or genuine effort to address my concerns, even after texting her 2 days after everything saying "Hey Amy, please give me a call. I was actually expecting a call from you yesterday so we could talk. I've come across so much more uncleaned areas in my home that you need to be aware of. Please do the right thing & call me back." After being quoted $400 for a deep clean & having what felt like the bare minimum actually done, how could I not feel taken advantage of? I thought I was going to pay for a professional deep cleaning, yet significant areas of my home were left untouched. Whether intentional or not, the experience left me feeling like I had paid for a service I simply did not receive... & ultimately, I feel scammed. DO BETTER AMY!! read more

Having moved MANY times, I've used many different house cleaning services, and none of them hold a candle to Amy's Clean Team. I've also recommended them to family and friends. They did a phenomenal job on my parents' rental, spending over 8 hours deep cleaning tough stains, carpets, and more, all at an affordable price. After moving recently - and very much neglecting to keep up with cleaning my place frequently - I reached out to Amy to schedule a deep cleaning. Though she and her team were booked up on many of the days I was available, she stayed in contact with me for several weeks until we found a time that worked! Ariana arrived exactly on time and spent four hours deep cleaning my 1 bed/1 bath apartment. I actually said "Wow" out loud when I came back and saw her work! She truly went above and beyond and my place is spotless. Not only did she hit all the major areas - she also tidied up all my miscellaneous items, dusted every nook and cranny, cleaned my baseboards and inside all my appliances, and made my bed perfectly. I paid $450 +tip for a deep clean from a team of 3 people. When they arrived, they commented on how the house was not that dirty (we keep it pretty clean but I don't have time to do a super thorough job) which to me meant they would do an excellent job since the work wasn't going to be that intensive, but I was wrong. The team skipped *entire* areas of the house that were supposed to be included in this incredibly expensive service, including mirrors, windowsills, blinds, light fixtures, some of the countertops, kitchen table, wine fridge door, fridge shelves, ALL surfaces in the living room (!), some of the surfaces in the bedrooms, shelves in the showers, and many other items. I see them packing up getting ready to leave and I asked if they were going to address all the many (roughly 22) items they skipped, and two of them gave me attitude like I had done something wrong by asking them to finish the work I was paying $450 for! The lead housekeeper stayed back to finish up everything that was missed so I was grateful to her but I was embarrassed that I had to ask for SO MANY things to be done when the list of service items were clear and they should have known better. I texted Amy to let her know what happened, including my appreciation for her lead housekeeper who stayed later to make it right, and she never replied. I am shocked. Contacted Amy to set up a cleaning for half a house. Explained it was an urgent matter. After messaging back and forth, we set up Saturday, 10 am I called my friend at 10:15 and was dismayed to find out no one was there. Messaged and called Amy at around 10:20. Got a reply at 10:42 which said "Good morning. I'm so sorry. I'm trying to get ahold of her right now". Last communication. I would not recommend this company. I have hired Amy's Clean Team for about 2 years. Here is the summary Pro: Cleaned reasonably well for the reasonable price Cons: 1)Skipped some surfaces from time to time; 2)one cleaning lady flipped the drain filter upside down. When I was about to take a shower after she left, I had to flip it back. Not until then did I see all the hair tangled together and clogged at the cross of the drain under the filter. I wonder if she would simply remove the filter and dump all the hair down the drain if she were cleaning her own bathtub. She wore gloves. Was it harder for her to move the hair out to the trashcan 2 ft away than flipping the filter to stuff them down the drain? I ended up with digging them out along with the dirt and threw them into the trashcan. 3)my 6 days old Roku stick's long range wireless receiver((My order was shipped on Dec 16th, broken on 21st, reordered the part on 23rd) was broken by the cleaning crew. The crew pulled out the USB splitter that powered it and the Roku stick, ripping the plug off its cord and exposing the wires inside it. This was clearly a case of carelessness, since it dragged the monitor the Roku stick was plugged into. My son only plugs and unplugs cords to and from it, and I don't touch his desk at all. I contacted Amy, but never got a response or an apology or an explanation from the owner. I suppose they are too busy to care for me as a customer, but this is rather rude and unprofessional, so much so that I have decided to hire someone else. read more

I set an appointment for 9am, they arrived at 9:40am. I didn't mind, when Rosa and Alejandro walked in they were perfect angels. To be honest i have 0 complaints about them personality wise and everything to be said about Amy, the person who i conversed with. When i arrived back into my house after Rosa Told me she was finished. I was shocked that my house was still a mess. I contacted Amy and let her know how i was feeling about my home. Her response was " they sent me pictures if i knew it was like that i would of charged you a lot more. " first off. That's rude af. I never asked for a discount a deal, nothing and I'm happy to pay WHATEVER the price is. She brushed me off basically calling my home filthy. I didn't have my entire house cleaned. The dishes in the clean rack were still dirty, the bathroom was still dirty the floors looked nice but to be honest i will never in my life work with Amy again. She needs to learn customer service. If I'm hiring someone to clean my house i just would expect it to be clean. That's it. The half job that was done was very poor and I'm seriously disappointed. A simple hey I'm sorry you feel that way let me know what i can do to make it right really would of fixed this problem. But instead brushing me off and calling me nasty basically doesn't sit well with me. Now I'm paying for a horrible job because it's Covid and there working how can i not pay during these times. We asked her to clean the mirrors and windows glasses, but she denied because she said that is part of deep cleaning. We asked her to clean the restrooms but she said that's deep cleaning. I was very unhappy with their service. I hired them to deep cleaning on an empty house to get it move in ready for myself. They sent one person for the inside of the house and Cesar, the window guy. Cesar did a great job cleaning the windows. Although the inside the house was not "deep cleaned." The toilet was still a little dirty. The sink and faucets weren't cleaned thoroughly, the shower still had hard water stain on glass door, dust and webs under kitchen and bathroom cabinets. All cabinets were not cleaned. Stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator were missed or not cleaned thoroughly. On move in day I had to clean as I placed my items in cabinets and refrigerator which was why I paid someone to do to make my life easier. I am still in the process of cleaning out cabinets and I'm just very disappointed and overwhelmed that after I paid $490 I still have to clean! Update: the team did not do a walk through. They were outside smoking when I got back the property. And I did not know that I had to review their work. If I paid for a deep cleaning that's what I expected. My job isn't to check if they performed their job duties. You offered to send someone to clean the bathroom cabinets and then I messaged you later once I found out everything else was missed and you said nothing. read more

Amy's team did a good job when we were in need of a last-minute cleaning. Her crew came with 3 women total, and got things done quickly. The house was in decent shape prior, so I asked them to concentrate on surfaces (dusting, polishing, etc...). All rooms were well cleaned, tidied, and vacuumed. The floor cleaner for the kitchen and other rooms smelled good, and wasn't overpowering. The bathrooms were the only reason why Amy's team didn't get 5 stars. One of the toilets looked to only have had the bowl cleaner added, but no brushing. Also the floor of the shower remained dirty, as did the tiles. Admittedly, this isn't the easy part, but it's why we pay for cleaning. We'd use Amy again in a pinch, if all of our other cleaners are unavailable. I inquired about having my house cleaned. They responded that it would be $375 to $400 for first time cleaning. I ran this house on Airbnb for 2 years and had the house trashed a couple times and never paid more than $300 for the entire house top to bottom inside and out.
