I have been using Romero's House Cleaning Services for about 2 years now and they have been more than fantastic. I have worked with both Antonio and Veronica on scheduling and logistics, and although they are extremely booked I have always been able to get on their schedule. I request a cleaning every 3-4 months. They have been great to work with! The first time they cleaned my house was during a move-out and I accidentally left the key at my new house so they had to wait about an hour for them to start cleaning because I had to ask a roommate to drive the key over. They were so patient and accomodating, I felt so bad, but they reassured me things happen and moving is hard (especially during a pandemic). They did a fantastic job and my landlord did not end up using his cleaning service since the Romero team had the house looking spotless! I've used them for 3 house moves and cleaning every couple of months and I HIGHLY recommend them. read more

LOOK NO FURTHER!!! I have used Antonio and Veronica (husband and wife duo) since November of last year. I have used a house cleaner for a few years now and thought I was getting my house cleaned. Turns out, the other company was just surface cleaning. Antonio and Veronica have exceeded my expectations. I felt so comfortable with them in my home, that I immediately gave them the access to get in for all future cleanings. I will take photos the next time they come. I enjoyed having Elsa clean our home for us once a month for the past year, she is wonderful and I highly recommend her. Since our home is large, it is a big job for her as I was only able to afford to have her come once a month. I asked Antonio if there was a "crew" that could come to do more for me at one time per month and he had a solution. Loui and Paloma have come to our home twice and I highly recommend them! (although I hesitate because they will become incredibly busy once everyone else knows) *big grin. Many believe of having people come to clean is a luxury and while I do agree I must add, I am a busy mom and wife, all of our children are now adults but they all live at home with us, five adults in our home. I cannot see enough about Romero's Cleaning. From the time that I began to inquire about services and cost via email Antonio was very responsive within 24 hours. I was a little pressed to book with someone so I actually decided to call to get all of the information over the phone in one conversation. I ended up speaking with Veronica who is the co-owner of the company she was fantastic over the phone. I could tell she was extremely sweet and thorough about how she handled her business. She was meticulous about making sure I didn't clean before the scheduled deep cleaning because she wanted to really ensure that I got the best service. I also really loved her honesty and that she expressed to me that doing a monthly cleaning for an apartment may not be most realistic because I'd be wasting money. However she expressed if that's what I wanted to do she'd be willing but also advised that maybe every 2 to 4 months would be more reasonable. I was so hurt when I learned that they were booked out for three weeks. So what I did was I booked with her for a potential date and that I'd call around and if I didn't get a sooner date with another company I will just keep my appointment with her. I think I only called another one or two companies and was convinced that I just needed to wait because Veronica was unmatched in her professionalism and her genuineness. I just knew that I had to work with her so I called her to confirm our scheduled appointment. I am so ecstatic that I did because she and Wendy did their thing in this house! I am beyond elated how they took their time and really focused on really cleaning everything in my house from the baseboards to the ceiling fans to the bathtub and stains that I thought when I moved into my apartment or permanent stains. I hired this service to do a deep-cleaning on a new house I moved into. I had some specific things I wanted cleaned including a very dirty shelf up high in an old closet. They took the shelf out of the closet, deep scrubbed it in my bathtub, and put it back up! This family of cleaners are super friendly and attentive to detail. Antonio and his wife are both life savers! I had just moved out of my apartment and needed to have both the kitchen and bathroom thoroughly cleaned. I initially hired a private cleaner, who was referred to me by my carpet cleaner but low and behold, this person canceled on me the day I needed her. Attached text to show what a poor businessman this is. I initially attempted to reach this company several times in May. Based on reviews I wanted to see what the hype and level of service was. I wanted to build a relationship with one professional company. I reached out one last time on May 8 and Antonio returned my call he seemed very pleasant and professional. He said they were booked until July 10 which was over two months away but we agreed to it. He asked that I please cancel if I would be unavailable. I assured him that I am equally in business and I would definitely be ready for them. He said they would call prior to reconfirm and give time. I was interested in a morning window. Well...I waited the two months for him to text me few days prior to our agreed day of July 10. Screenshots of text.....I asked one question...."how many hours would it take approximately ".....and he responded for me to find someone else.....WHAT HAPPENED???? WHERE DID WE GO WRONG? I tried to call right after he texted that message and he wouldn't answer. Wow wow wow. The professionalism of this company that I personally experienced is well below standard. I would suggest that they remove advertisement for business. They have met their peck with clients and honestly don't have room for any new clientele. Needless to say he never texted back nor called. I first called Romero's House Cleaning Services based on a recommendation from a friend to help me spruce up my parents' house before they returned from a trip. It was an 8 bed, 6 bath house with 2 kitchens and I was overwhelmed trying to handle it alone. They came in ready to work, brought their own cleaning supplies, quickly assessed what needed to be done and got started immediately. The house looked AMAZING when they were done. I can't say enough about the job that Romeros House Cleaning did on our home in Long Beach. We have been looking for a good house cleaning service for a while, and tried a few of the bigger ones out there with subpar results (i.e items on counters were not lifted and wiped under, there was zero attention to detail etc). With Romeros, not a detail was left out. Contact with Antonio (the manager) was super quick and easy. He was helpful and accommodating, and set up an appointment for us as soon as he had an opening (yes, it is very hard to get an appointment with them because it is only a few people that work at this business), but I assure you that no other service will clean as well as this one. I just made sure to set up something well in advance ( I think I booked a month out for a date the week of Thanksgiving). The day of the cleaning, Antonio sent out Paloma and Louis. I had an appointment for 1:15pm, and I was headed home from errands at 1pm and the crew was already outside my front door. Were they just sitting there WAITING for someone to finally answer door, or did they hop back in their car and wait? No. I walked up to find them sweeping my front porch, knocking all the spiderwebs off my entryway, and wiping down my front door! I was so pleased from the get go with this. They were very nice, and asked what I wanted out of this cleaning. I explained to them and they went to work. It was about 3 hours total of cleaning for my 1100sqft home. They brought all their own equipment and cleaning products, but did ask me from the beginning if I would like them to use any of my own home cleaning products (i.e. if I used green cleaning products, had special wipes for the TV etc). I was working in my backyard, but whenever walked I in the house for something, I would see Paloma down on her hands and knees, really cleaning under my TV stand, or Louis wiping every single edge on my cabinets or baseboards. Their cleaning ethic is phenomenal! I understand the biggest complaint people have with them is the scheduling availability, so I'm not sure if this would work out for someone if they wanted weekly cleanings (but that would be very pricey). However, if you are looking for someone to do a deep clean of your entire living space like we were for spring cleaning, having guests over for the holidays, moving out of a space, or like us, just every 45 days or so, then they are EXACTLY what you need. And speaking of price, I believe it is a pretty set price. We paid $190 for both Paloma and Louis for a total of 3 hours which more then covered our size of house (hence the weekly cleaning being a pricey endeavor). That price I must reiterate was WELL worth it. I have already contacted Antonio about another cleaning, and he said he is working on the 2020 schedule, and would set something up with me as soon as he finishes it. read more

Antonio and his team are truly incredible. The first time they came, I had them do a little extra - windows, oven, and fridge. My house hadn't looked that good in awhile! They are polite, friendly, and don't mind my small French bulldog coming in and checking out what they do.
