We have relied on Pinks for 3 local moves and one cross country. Worked with both Jeff and Riley…read more Some of the same guys helped us for every move. I just can't say enough great things about Pinks. Just the best, easy to work with, prompt, great customer service, and fair price.

This place has really gone down hill!! Big time! I started going there 10 years ago and I loved it!…read moreThe girls at the front desk were amazing and the techs too they loved the animals so much! The vets too! But now omg no way! Soooo sooo soo awful! Don't ever bring your babies there ever!!!!!!!! The front desk is soo rude and doesn't even look at you or even say hello to the animal then the vet tech Pricilla was the worst!!! Just a miserable grumpy angry women! Not a smile if you paid her I bring my cat she grabs him so hard with these huge gloves and towel doesn't say hello or anything! The vet was just as bad! Rude unfriendly uncaring just horrific! I have had animals for my whole life! I grew up with a little farm we had horses cats dogs etc so I know animals very well and I have been to many vets in my lifetime! This was the worst experience of my life! I would never bring my baby to that awful place ever again! The vet didn't even touch my cat other than jab him with the shot she said she couldn't listen to his heart or look at anything? Meanwhile they have done things yearly for ten years no problem! Anyway do not ever go waste your animals time and stress to not be showed any love or care or kindness! I will tell everyone I know and all the people I sent there to never go again! I don't want anyone else's babies to go through that treatment ever again! You guys need to be shut down! Idk anyone who would want to bring their babies to a place so full of anger and just unhappy miserable people! Who don't seem to care about the animals or the people who are bringing their babies there! You need a whole new staff and or retraining and some happy pills or therapy for them! Seriously it was that bad! Get it together!

Sincere gratitude for the exceptional care Dr. Elson provided to my pets. While he previously…read moretreated my Australian Shepherd wonderfully, I am especially grateful for his recent help with my four-month-old kitten. Thank you for fitting us in for a last-minute appointment this past Saturday. Your quick diagnosis and successful surgery just an hour later truly saved his life. I am extremely grateful for your dedication and skill.

We started going here in 2020, and initially had a good experience with both our dogs…read more This year has been a disaster though. When I brought in my dogs for their vaccinations, they completely missed the date of one of my dogs rabies vaccination and he ended up being unvaccinated for months. When I called them about this, the person who answered the phone didn't apologize and was very flippant about it. I had to advocate for an apology, and it was only at that point that they offered to comp the cost of the appointment. Then this month, one of my dog's was sick, and I had to wait three days for an appointment b/c they had only had one vet on staff. We finally got bloodwork done and I was told we'd hear back from the doctor the next day. I called at 4pm the next day as I hadn't heard anything (mind you, my dog still is sick), and they weren't able to tell me anything. I then had to call back again at 11am the following day, and a diagnosis of diabetes was delivered over the phone by a receptionist - with no empathy, no explanation, no walking me through a care plan, or what to expect, etc. They then told me I had to go to ANOTHER vet down the road to learn how to administer insulin. It was horrendous, and to this day, no one has called to follow up to see how he's even doing or what the status is. All that to say, we're now happy customers down the road at Noah's Ark Animal Hospital. They are kind, professional, knowledgeable, caring, and generous. I recommend them as an alternative to this place.

Pearl had been treated…read moreunsuccessful for 2.5 months by our regular vet at Banfield Hospital, where she had been a patient on their wellness plan for 3 years. Our regular vet treated her for "colitis" but admitted that she did not know what else to do and referred us to a 24h clinic for further diagnosis and IV treatment Pearl was discharged from the clinic the next day with prescriptions for six different drugs, while her symptoms kept worsening. After one week of force-food and medications down her throat we decided to put her to sleep in the comfort of our home, which Dr.Krier offered to do. However, before proceeding with the euthanasia, Dr. Krier asked us the permission to examine the dog and to review her medical record. She took it upon herself to talk to the Emergency clinic doctor and discovered that although the clinic tested Pearl negative for Lyme disease, they had not tested her for Anaplasmosis, which is another, very similar, tick borne decease that affects older dogs. Dr Keil took another blood sample and called us the next day that her hunch was correct and the test was positive. Dr. Krier immediately gave Pearl a prescription for antibiotics and immediately showed a good response to the medication. Two weeks later our dog is eating , barking, licking our face and acting normal and out son has renamed Dr, Krier as "Dr. Miracle". She not only quickly and correctly diagnosed the dog 's symptoms, when other vets did not, but also treated us with compassion and provided incredible service. She has followed Pearl's recovery at every strep around the clock by phone and email even on Sunday! I never met such a caring , knowledgeable vet and I am so thankful that she gave our dog another breath of life ! Sadly, the same week that she saved our dog, she had to put her own to sleep but never let her sadness impact caring for other patients. I would recommend Dr. Krier to anybody looking for a compassionate, incredibly perceptive and experienced veterinarian who intuitively understands both animals and owners and can ressurect a dog on his death bed !

She has helped two of them cross over the rainbow bridge, and knowing that their last moments were full of peace and calm in the comfort of their own home means so much and has really helped with my grieving.
