A-1 has two other locations in the Sacramento area and multiple times I've been in Roseville and they were sold out of what I was looking for and they took it upon themselves to call their other locations to check if they had what I wanted-that's excellent customer service. -Second thing that truly stands out for me about A-1 is they aren't cheap on inventory-every week when new releases come out,they always have plenty of copies so that as many customers as possible have a good opportunity to get the issues they want-not all comic shops do this-others keep such limited inventory that they sell out too fast-A-1 rarely lets that happen. This Roseville location pretty much has its own parking lot,so there's always has plenty of parking available for its customers. We tried to bring it back and the manager told us they do not refund things that are opened. We would not have bought the toy if the sales girl would have told us the truth. Then we had to open it to see what it did. I tried calling an area director at another store. After ringing the phone for 3 minutes during open hours with no answer, I gave up. BEWARE! I will never go back and I recommend going somewhere else.
