They have to behave like professionals, answer and return calls, know what they're doing, be patient with the consumer and their concerns, as well as have top notch, post installation consumer care. Also, can't fail to mention clean up after themselves, that's a special concern when you have dogs running the property, you don't need a nail in their paw... We have a ranch home, along with an attached three and a half car garage, so plenty of roof... tear off, replacement, clean up..all completed, in 20 hours! 12 hours the first day and 8 the next! Brian came over, pointed out issues and explained the pros and cons of fixing, repairing or replacing. He gave me many options for colors of shingles. His office staff put up with my many calls and questions as this was the first big home improvement I had done on my home. His team was prompt, professional and very clean. Even though the temp was in the high 80's the days they were here, there was no complaining and they worked hard to make sure all of the issues under the shingles were addressed and fixed properly. AFTER the new roof and gutters were placed, Brian returned to my home, did a thorough walk on the roof to make sure the work was completed to his high standards (it was).
