Not a very good first impression, I have noticed National Lube Express and decided to give them a…read moretry for an oil change. When I arrived, I asked how much that they charged for an oil change, I was told their basic service is $30.00 and full service is $37.00. I didn't really need the full service, so I told the man that I just wanted their basic oil change and he seemed fine with that. While he was getting ready to start my oil change with having me stay in the car, I asked him how much they charged to have the radiator serviced, the man said that he would have to find out and let me know. After a couple minutes another man came over who appeared to be the owner or manager of the place and he told me that he charged by how much the final parts and labor would cost for the service, he went on to say that he does not have a machine to flush out the radiator and just drains and fills them, that was fine with me, I just wanted to know how much they charged before blindly getting the service. I asked can you give me a ball park figure and he said no. I have never had any mechanic unable to give me a quote for a service. He then opened the hood of my car and asked me if I used regular window washer fluid, I said yes, then he said oh you are just getting the basic service, and I said yes and then he walked away and another person raised my car up on the lift and did the oil change which seemed to go very well. While I was up on the lift, I looked over to my right and to my surprise there was a list of charges for things, I saw it said $69.99 for radiator service, thinking hmmm why didn't he just tell me that. Then he came back when the oil change was done and took my credit card to pay for the service, as he was walking away he said that it would be $30.00 and there is a $1.00.charge for credit cards, which had not been mentioned before the oil change, but I was fine with it. He came back to my car window for me to sign his electronic credit card machine and folded up paperwork with the print inside for the service and reached into the window and put it on my dash, I was surprised that he didn't just hand it to me. After leaving the property, I looked at the paperwork and noticed that on it he charged me for the full service charge according to the paperwork, I thought that was interesting and decided that I would wait and see when it hit my credit card and see if he charged me for the basic service or the full service, well today I got my answer, he charged me for the full service, without at least doing the full service. So beware, that's the first and last time that I will be going there, that's too shady for me.

If they could be given 0 stars, that would be the case. The owner is a liar and scammer…read more He said the alignment was completed and charged for it! Then next time said it wasn't completed because they weren't able to get a part off. When questioned why they charged for the full alignment, they had no excuse. The lack of alignment caused damage to the tires and he said he's not going to do anything. When brought to another shop, they advised that parts were snapped off by Finish line and would need replacement. The owner said there is nothing he is going to do to address this and essentially prove they caused the damage. This place is terrible and the only person I would recommend go there is my worst enemy! Don't waste your time or money and allow them to make your vehicle worse and cost you more in the end!

So my girlfriend bought a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee through Finishline Auto in Oneida N.Y. Test…read moredrove it and liked it. They said there wasnt anything wrong with it except they needed to fix a wheel bearing on the right rear and their garage inspects the vehicle before they put it out for sale. With much trust in her heart she proceeded to sign all of the papers and documents to purchase the vehicle. After signing all of the proper papers she gave a down payment of $1350 and plus the trade in of her current vehicle that was another $1350. So with the total of $2700 down, title signed over and payment plan all set you would expect for her to get her vehicle but no. She had to wait another week to drive her already purchased vehicle due to the incompetent business practices they have. There were always excuses to why she couldnt have her vehicle yet. So still promising nothing was wrong with this vehicle, after those 4 weeks of waiting she finally got here vehicle. She drove it back in forth from work for 2 weeks, work only being a mile down the road, the Jeep started acting funny and started to blow antifreeze into the cabin. It had never overheated once. Now she tried to contact finishline Auto many times to talk to them about what was going on but they would screen her phone calls and refuse to answer their phone. So finally she had enough and took her Jeep to a Jeep dealership to actually see what was wrong. So the Jeep dealership trys to contact the warranty company that Finishline auto uses to see what she can due fix this without paying because its only been 2 weeks of use. The dealership finally got a hold of the warranty company and they said they need to inspect the vehicle to see what was actually wrong. So more than a month later we finally heard from them saying they only thing they could cover were gaskets and labor. The Jeep dealership saw that Finishline Auto sold my girlfriend a vehicle with warped cylinder heads and is known for selling broken vehicles to people all the time. Now that the warranty only covers gaskets and labor she still has pay $1100 dollars to pay for the cylinder head. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FINISHLINE AUTO IN UPSTATE NEW YORK. THEY ARE NOTORIOUS FOR RIPPING PEOPLE OFF IN ALL OF THEIR LOCATIONS!
