When I arrived, I asked how much that they charged for an oil change, I was told their basic service is $30.00 and full service is $37.00. I didn't really need the full service, so I told the man that I just wanted their basic oil change and he seemed fine with that. While he was getting ready to start my oil change with having me stay in the car, I asked him how much they charged to have the radiator serviced, the man said that he would have to find out and let me know. After a couple minutes another man came over who appeared to be the owner or manager of the place and he told me that he charged by how much the final parts and labor would cost for the service, he went on to say that he does not have a machine to flush out the radiator and just drains and fills them, that was fine with me, I just wanted to know how much they charged before blindly getting the service. I asked can you give me a ball park figure and he said no. I have never had any mechanic unable to give me a quote for a service. He then opened the hood of my car and asked me if I used regular window washer fluid, I said yes, then he said oh you are just getting the basic service, and I said yes and then he walked away and another person raised my car up on the lift and did the oil change which seemed to go very well. While I was up on the lift, I looked over to my right and to my surprise there was a list of charges for things, I saw it said $69.99 for radiator service, thinking hmmm why didn't he just tell me that. Then he came back when the oil change was done and took my credit card to pay for the service, as he was walking away he said that it would be $30.00 and there is a $1.00.charge for credit cards, which had not been mentioned before the oil change, but I was fine with it. He came back to my car window for me to sign his electronic credit card machine and folded up paperwork with the print inside for the service and reached into the window and put it on my dash, I was surprised that he didn't just hand it to me. After leaving the property, I looked at the paperwork and noticed that on it he charged me for the full service charge according to the paperwork, I thought that was interesting and decided that I would wait and see when it hit my credit card and see if he charged me for the basic service or the full service, well today I got my answer, he charged me for the full service, without at least doing the full service. So beware, that's the first and last time that I will be going there, that's too shady for me.

These guys were in and out on the shop floor to the office to pulling vehicles in and out. They have a tv in the waiting room they'll give you the remote to watch, it's a smart tv. The thing I personally liked and respect the most, while I was there I witnessed this: An older gentleman maybe in his 60s-70s had his truck towed there from breaking down on the road, not sure exactly what it was wasn't being too nosy. But the guy I believed to be the manager gave him lower prices on the parts and labors, also said they he would stay late that night to get his truck done and buy the man dinner if it got to be too late. Now this type of service you don't see any more. That right there is what will bring me back to this shop if ever needed. Keep up the great work and service you guys! It doesn't go unnoticed!

I then show up on time for my 1pm appointment and one of the guys is just staring at me smoking a cigarette while the other is doing a test drive and when i went up to talk to him he said ill be able to get all sorted out when the other guy gets back from the test drive. The "other guy" then returns from the test drive and instantly leaves to go get taco bell, i then wait even longer. He comes back with the taco bell and quotes me $86 for an oil change. And then once he's done with that he says i have to wait for the other guy to go get food for his lunch break. It is 1:30 as im typing this, and i was scheduled for a 1pm appointment, they havent even done anything with my car yet. Terrible service & awful pricing. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone unless you want to wait forever for your scheduled appointment and receive some of the worst service you've had at a mechanic shop. All this for just an oil change. Update: I ended up being there for around an hour and 20 min, and when the guy was done doing my oil change he was just sitting in my car on his phone until the other worker had to tell him that i had already paid and was waiting to which he then backed out and i could finally leave.

They'll even send a little bus to pick you up and drop you off back at the casino across the street.
